I had purchased HTC handset online on 02/03/2010 from THE MOBILE STORE. But i have not received the handset yet. I am following with them since 6th march but getting the same response everyday i.e. its under process. I dont what is there process which is taking them too long. My order no is[protected] if anyone can help!

sir i have a order no [protected] on dt 14.02.2013 the mobile store web site but in 10 days after they cant shipped my hend set the i told the coustmer care person to cancel my order the person told that take 48 hours maximum time sir i want to know when did my money will be refunded to me

    I purchased two Mobile handsets from The Mobile Store,The Mobile Store, Ramlal chowk, Panipat. During the sale there is a promotion for money refund upto 55%. When I scratch the offer I got 35% on samsung mobile & 5%on Spice mobile cashback. As per the instructions I filled the form and submitted to the Mobile stroe via courier

    After several reminders they did not credit my money.

    Plz take necessary action againsts the mobile store .they are selling their products with fake promotion .it is totally harassment of public money

    I have purchased Sony ericsson Mobile from The mobile store and got 55% cash Back offer.Till date i have not received the money.When i contacts the customer care they keep on telling cheque will be despatched with in two three days.But almost eight months are over and i have not yet received the same.This peopole are cheating by giving fake promotions.

    The Mobile Store — CASHBACK NOT RECEIVED

    The guys from mobile store cheated me with upto 55% cash back offer. I purchased mobile and won 5% cash back. I filled in the form as they advised and sent it via courier. When ever i go to them and check for the cash back the only answer i receive is, it will be delivered by next week.

    I bought 3 samsung mobile phones under the cash back scheme and am yet to receive the promised 5% cash back.. The Mobile store here in Kalyan just keep asking me to call the toll-free customer care for my problems..the customer care fellows just keep saying that you'll get the cash back tommorow and their tommorow never arrives..

    Beware ! Avoid getting into cash-back schemes with Mobile store and buy your handsets from others but not Mobile-store..or be ready to be at loss..

      I have purchased a mobile (Model no- LG GB106) Order no[protected] online on 9th March & as per the site it says the product will be delivered within 3working days but it’s been 10DAYS I am tracking the parcel by writing emails & calling their customer support center daily there is no response at all, in fact the call representatives have no idea/information about the package & daily they request us to call the next day on the other hand the online status shows VENDOR LOCATED since day one of my purchase. There is no Manager to discuss and get a solution for my problem. I feel they should close their online shopping due to inefficiency of providing adequate service to the customer. Can anyone guide me how to get the refund from them?

        I purchased Mobile handset from The Mobile Store, Malkajgiri. During the sale there is a promotion for money refund upto 55%. When I scratch the offer I got 5% cashback. As per the instructions I filled the form and submitted to the Mobile stroe via speed post.

        After several reminders they did not credit my money.

        So far I have not received any communication from you. You are due by 5% amount.
        This is my 4th reminder. Please see to make payment at the earliest.

          This is with reference to online shopping on The mobile store, the complain is with regards to substandard service and unreasonable delay in delivering the product.
          This is with reference to the order of which details are mentioned below.
          Order No.[protected], Order Placed on 5/3/2010, payment recieved by the mobile store on 5/3/2010.
          As per the website of the mobile store @ www.themobilestore.in it is clearly mentioned that once the payment has been made the mobile phone would be delivered in three working days. I have not recieved my order till 12th March 2010. Secondly services of mobile phone in the form of feedback, toll free number and email is a gimic and is just to fool the customer. Quote this, when you call customer care they do not have any information about the order, all they can say is that "we will forward your complain to the concern department", In email also you get the same reply. I have called 7 times and send 7 emails but still no one could explain me the reasons for the delay or even ensure that I get the product. A consumer feels hopeless because he has already made the payment. The Status on the website is "Vendor Allocated", The vendor Allocated is The Mobile Store, CP, New Delhi. I fail to understand that even though The shiping address is also from New Delhi, why It takes so long at your end to deliver the order.
          In todays generation of Online shopping a customer expects quick and prompt service. I am affraid that if this kind of service continues thousand of customers may be fooled.

          ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS ARE requested TO STAY AWAY from the mobile store.
          I have suffered huge loss beacuse the mobile phone was intended to be used for my business, and I had advertised the sim number on my website.

          hi Everyone,

          I bought a new samsung s 3310 mobile @ The mobile store. within one day, a line apeared in the display of the mobile. I registered a complaint in that shop and handover the mobile set to them for service. After that they didnt update anything. And i was tried to reach them on phone, its said switched off. Then i tried to reach the cc of THE MOBILE STORE, its saying "Thank you for waiting" ,not long time only 30 minutes.Just i have only one doubt, is this the style of The mobile store to make money. Dont trust other mobile shop which is in your city, because you are not going to purchase mobile frequently, so they will offer something and give you a worthless product. buy mobile from the shop, who has running his business in your city for long time..

          Sir, I am writing you with sort of request ( Please don't consider it as complain).I being a very very loyal customer of your Stores and have visited at least 100 outlet personally, I have have never felt any problem in service or set, till recently.

          I visited one of your store, whose address is here by given:-

          and brought one MICROMAX mobile. Though in this store everyone knows me because each month i usually buy one cell or other, I felt really ashamed with the service being provide with the said store.

          Couple of months back, i was told that this mobile-MICROMAX is of good quality and under the same impression i purchased it and gifted it to my brother in law.But withing a week, the set stop working and it required a change in mother board. I submitted it with your store and i was assured that it will be serviced and delivered back to me in One week.

          With this promised, so many weeks have passed and i am still to receive the set back. Now, unfortunately my office stood just opposite to your store, i cant help but once in a week i pop in and keep enquiringly about my set.

          SIR, NOW THE STORE BOYS LAUGHS AT MY PROBLEM AND THEY COMPLAIN THAT THE MICROMAX SET IS NOT GOOD TO BUY.

          Being a loyal customer I would like to ask few things from you:-

          1. Why you are selling MICROMAX set? (IF IT IS NOT GOOD TO BUY..?)
          2. why cant we approach the consumer forum for the staff behavior and lack of professionalism?(ITS MY HARD EARNED MONEY!) and you have given me guarantee for the same!
          3, who will explain the delay of more than 60 days in serving one set? ( store manager says-he cant)

          I am still to receive the Cell and with n number of false promises of the delivery date i am forced to write you this mail, and with deep heart i would like to inform you that i am no more loyal customer to your Brand. Yes i know, Individual me, is not going to hamper your business. But trust me, I will be more vocal and more on the opposite side of yours while discussing set and services

          I have been trying to get in touch with the so called "Customer care" of Mobile store, but the emails remain unanswered and if you are able to connect over phone the standard reply is that they will get in touch with concerned department. I REQUEST ALL THAT DO NOT FALL PREY TO VARIOUS SCHEMES LAUNCHED BY MOBILE STORE - MORE SO THE "CASH BACK" SCHEME AS YOU WILL NEVER GET IT.           This is the mail regarding my PF (provident fund) claim. I did many correspondence (as affix with this mail) & call regarding my PF to Ms. Ragini mam& Ms. Surbhi mam HR in Delhi Head office but she always neglect the things. I never get a positive feedback & guidence.



          Should this type of expectation we (employee) have with our company (TMS) that after working with very hard & having so many positive expectation we received this type feedback and compensation. Me & the other employee currently working at TMS who are having contact with me are getting very DEMORALIZE due to this feedback & having unsecure future.



          I worked with this organization very honestly and with my best possible positive efforts for a long time & relax my responsibilities on 5th September 2011. I fill the PF form in December 2011 for my PF funds so that i can take some rest from my needy financial situation but i think there is no hope for me.

          So after many disappointment & fatigue I’m writing this mail to you with very hopeful eye. If there is any authority who can listen my voice & can help me out. So plz do needful ASAP….

          This is to bring to your notice that I have being facing the following problems as mentioned in trial mail.
          I have not been yet approached by any of your employee even after putting soo many mails to the following 2 ID's.

          I have also submitted complains on your website from CONTACT US many times but still haven't got any satisfying resolution from yourside.

          But all in vein, it seems that all fake information is provided on the website of themobilestore.
          If a problem is from yourside, it should be resolved by your employees to satisfy customer and make customer happy.
          Here it's totally opposite case.
          I had purchased micromax funbook tab on 3rd nov which was a defective piece and we complained the same day.At that time we were told that you'll get a replaced packed same tab.
          Later on when duo was done your employees told us that now we don't have the same piece as its not available in our stock all over India so now u'll have to buy some other handset.So I requested for refund as I don't want to buy any other handset.
          I also requested to make the tab available from some other outlet and redeem my duo if you can't refund my amount.
          But that is also not agreed.It's your problem if the same piece is not available in your stock.Why should customer suffer and buy some other handset.This is the worst service I have ever come across in my life.It's not my mistake anywhere in the scene than why should I suffer?I have invested not just 100bugs but its the matter of Rs.7101.I don't understand what problem do you have in providing me my refund amount(7101) so atleast I can buy it from some other good outlet.
          Even after taking so much steps you'll do not have courtesy to atleast give a call from some senior person of themobilestore.
          Make sure that if you are providing me the same configuration ph with same amount which I have paid for the previous defective piece.Why should I put more amount, or buy some other handset and put some more money.
          Even after explaining and putting mails again and again, and things wont work from yourside, than I'll have to take some crucial step against themobilestore, it might not only be a complain to consumercourt against themobilestore but I'll bring all these things in eye of media.I have been given a time of 2-3 days yesterday by 2 of your employee(one is mangesh the manager of themobilestore virar west and the other one is your customer care executive)to wait for same tab out of which 1 day has passed away.So, now for you'll only 2 more days are left to face some legal situation if you all don't refund my 7101rs. or make the tablet available for me.And make sure that I AM NOT GOING TO ACCEPT ANY SEAL BROKEN TABLET OR A SINGLE PENNY LESS FROM MY PAID AMOUNT AS REFUND NOR WOULD I ACCEPT SAME REPLACED PIECE BUY PUTTING SOME MORE AMOUNT NOT EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE MORE AND NEITHER OTHER HANDSET OR SOME OTHER ACCESSORIES.The thing should not happen like that the price have rised and all those cheatings.           The worst service of Mobile store.I am totally unsatisfied from the service.I have purchased Micromax Funbook Tab(with calling) on from THE MOBILE STORE(Vishnu Pratibha Appt, Virar west) of RS.7101.The same day problem of applications not getting shared was faced by me, and i visited the shop for the same.The person there told me that the piece seems defective so will get it replaced once the service center opens on 5th Nov 2013.When I submitted the tab on 5th person there told you yourself go to service center and put the request for replacement, when it was your employee's duty to submit it to the service center as it was the same day complain.Later when he agreed to submit by themselves we were told that you will get the replaced piece tomorrow (very next day) but they told me that SERVICE CENTER WAS CLOSED and was not given and told to visit on Saturday.On saturday when we approached for the piece, we are told that your replacement of piece has been done but now we do not have the stock for the same piece.As throughout India no Stock is available for the same Piece also i was offered a cash back of 350 Rs. for which i was told to purchase some accessory only.The accessory which I wanted was not available in the stock throughout India so, again I was told to pay some more bugs and buy some other accessory from the cash back.And it got expired in 3 days, even when I have not received any phone how will I buy any accessory?and in these stupidity you'll just expired the cash back time period.Now, I am told to buy some other phone as the STOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE.

          I would never recommend anyone to buy from Mobile Store nor would I in future purchase anything.

          You people cheat with customers sell defective pieces and than when problem is faced by the customer you'll don't keep STOCK AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT INDIA.

          For what the hell have you'll have opened the shop if no STOCK is available throughout INDIA just to make CUSTOMERS FOOL and make FRAUDS, once customer buys some thing later on YOU"LL JUST DON'T KEEP THE STOCK AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT INDIA.

          You people make sure that I am going to put these things on social networking sites and going to approach high authorities and consumer court,

          I want the same piece or my whole Amount to be refunded within a day.

          You FRAUDS are just using customers money and making cheats with loyal customers.The amount may be a very small amount for you'll but for a customer its a big investment amount.I have sent the scanned copy of bill also with the last mail but all in vein.

          I am writing to bring to your attention the highly unreliable services which you bundle to your products.

          Around 3 months back, the screen of my mobile (Sony Xperia P) started malfunctioning. I opted for extended warranty for the 2nd year when i purchased my mobile and and the error occurred in the second year itself. So I approached the mobile store center here in my city Kurukshetra and gave them the mobile for servicing.

          Now its already 3 months and i did not got my mobile. I have approached the mobile store center more than 20 times and every time they said that i will get my mobile in 2-3 days. They said he have given the mobile to some person named kapil in mobile store, Panchkula for repair. Kurukshetra's mobile store person also talked to their senior managers and they also warned the concerned persons a lot of times . I have also talked to Mr. R. bajaj from Mumbai and he also keeps on saying that I will get my mobile in 2-3 coming days. But I did not get it till now and no action is taken in this respect.

          I want to question the credibility of your company and wants you to help me find a reason why I should not stop using your products and why today's youth should not come to know, through blogs, social media and newspapers, about your practice of cheating your own customers. Please advise as to why I should not seek immediate intervention from consumer forum and seek damage changes against the losses and harassment I have been put to.

          Hai i am one more victim of the mobile store. I bought a screen guard for Samsung galaxy tab. They have sent me an empty packaging. I have sent an email regarding this and the customer care centre there was no response after 3 months said they never received any email ! i wrote an email and send the hard copies of the email to their mumbai managing director's address.           This is to report a series of preposterous events that happened during my turbulent purchase experience of your latest smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S8 IMEI NO. [protected] Invoice no.- 52661/14120944.

          May 4th, 2017:

          I pre-booked the phone and was educated that I will get a Wireless Charger as FOC along with my purchase. To my excitement, I booked the phone through this gentleman, Mr. Deep Sagar, who proposed me the phone at THE MOBILE STORE, CP B Block, New Delhi 110001 outlet. I was informed that both my charger and my phone will arrive on May 11th, 2017.

          May 11th, 2017:

          I was excited to receive what I was committed on this day & yes, I was excited. But when Mr. Deep Sagar (the store manager) and I were on the verge of closing the deal, I was shocked to learn that the scheme under which I was supposed to get a Wireless charger (as FOC) was not uplinked on to the Samsung’s server, or so was told to me by the same salesperson. He was not at all helpful by any means. What was worse, he did not even admit he/his outlet, THE MOBILE STORE, were anywhere at fault. Considering I was upset, he offered me a power bank as powerful as 14500 mAH. I CHOSE NOT TO ACCEPT IT and stood firm for my Wireless Charger to be given to me with the purchase. I argued that since, as a customer, I was not at fault, the commitment from Samsung must be honored. Just because some salesperson did not punch it right, why should I be bearing the damage? I don’t know all of that.

          May 22nd, 2017:

          I again visited the Store. I enquired if my issue was resolved but to my sheer annoyance, it was not. Rather than arguing this time, I asked the gentleman to stop misguiding me and give me a solution as to how will I get my Free Mobile Cover.
          He offered me the power bank again and suggested I speak to the Samsung Customer Care. They told me to get the phone, insert the SIM (the registered mobile number I pre-booked with) into Slot-1 of my new S8. By doing this, I will get a confirmation-text about my Free Mobile Cover in 4 HRS or less. I though I should trust Samsung at least considering which I bought the phone and left, happily.

          I kept waiting for the confirmation-text message for days but it never appeared. I felt there was something wrong. I went back and asked the same salesperson, Mr. Deep Sagar, as to why had I still not received it. Even called you on Samsung customer care, where I was told that I had to insert the SIM in Slot-1 whereas you inserted in Slot-2. Now, I CERTAINLY DID NOT KNOW THAT! HOW WILL I EVER KNOW THAT?!

          Finally, when I insisted that I want my Free Mobile Cover, he got arrogant and straight away denied. Enough happened that day and I got back home hopeless.
          Later, even my friend went to explain the same ##### that it is not my fault as I am just one customer who only wanted to buy a phone but even he was abused, insulted and sent back.

          I reckon that is all the reason I wanted to write to you reporting my case. I suspect, the Free Mobile Cover is still in Deep Sagar’s custody, who knows maybe this was all deliberate so he could pick on my freebie.

          This is the first smartphone I loved so much at that price point that even if I could not afford it, I struggled and squeezed my pockets to get it on EMIs. However, now when I have my phone I am not happy with this purchase as I clearly know, I deserve my Free Mobile Cover.

          I am requesting your reply in anticipation and trusting Samsung for justice.

            I had recently placed an order for HTC Touch2 on 22nd Feb'10. I'v waited over 3 weeks now. I called thier executives yesterday and they told me i'll get a call today . . .however nothing of that sort happened . .and when i called today they said i'll get a call tomorrow .. what sort of behaviour is this? i haven't recieved my handset!
            After promising me yesterday that it'll be delivered today, they called and said that they have no stock , then they said the piece is open and faulty.
            All the time they keep saying '..we understand' . . well then do something abt it!
            Now they're sayin take some other handset, what the hell? who are you to tell me that! I asked for an immediate refund to which the representatives said it'll take upto 14 days to refund . i beared 2 weeks of frustration for nothing! i want to take legal action against the company.


            Please tell help me out.
            This was my worst shopping experience!
            Purchased a Nokia 5800 from The Mobile Store, ECR Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. The new mobile having color patch in the screen this has been identified and informed the store by next day .They are not ready to replace me with the same color mobile since the color (Black ) I chose is having high demand and they need to pull the undemanding color that in stock with there for long time. Please don’t go to “The Moble Store” for new mobiles if you expecting a service.
            I have purchased a Samsung E1410 handset from the mobile store (TMS); order number[protected] on 20th of May 2010. Till today neither I have received my product nor I am getting any certain reply from the TMS people. Whenver I call up their customer care either the server is down or they would register a complaint and would not go ahead to do anything for it.

            This is a height of negligence and it only shows their poor management and unable to tackle things.

            I seriously advise people not to purchase any item from them online since these people are cheats and do not have integrity to deliver that they promise...

              SBI offered me that if I purchase any mobile handset (any company and any price) from The Mobile Store outlet I will get 2 out of 8 assured gifts but when I went to the outlet at Sector-8 Rohini, they say that offer also says that purchase should be above Rs. 4000/- for Nokia Handsets and less than Rs. 4000/- for Non-Nokia handsets.

                the mobile store cash back offer is nothing but a the great mobile store fraud offer as they are not providing the benefit i m one of the sufferer of this cash back offer you can see the mail discussion by their team and all wrong feed backs were provided by custoomer care executives that i will recieve my check next week and they provide me check no. for the same. this is since 1st week of jan 2010
                till date that next week hasn't arrived my cash back was for 2 blackberry tours billed at 27990 x 2 = 55980 so my 5% cash back is almost rs 2790

                this is nothing but fraud and cheating case

                it is highly disgusting on your part that i have to keep follow up. i was told that i will recieve my cash back offer by first week of january 2010 which has past. i would like to know if i am going to get that cash back offer or not. i will definitely see to it that this case goes to the press and consumer court so that in future you are not able to cheat on people. this type of service is not expected from any corporate group.
                remember justice delayed is justice denied you are doing exactly that fooling people with your gimmicks. ihave read in papers that yau haven't given cash back offer to several of your customers but believe me i will pursue this case to the court.

I have purchased Nokia Set 7210 on 12/01/2010 it's IMEI No-[protected] from Mobile store(panipat)for my brother in law (Kunal) but from next few days( 2 or 3 days) some problem starts in this mobile when i call to some one or received any call but my voice not listen by other person & battery backup was very less(without use 2 or 3 hours) i gone to The mobile Store they said we can't do any thing you go to Nokia care than i gone to nokia care they take my mobile and change some software and said everything is ok but next days same problem arise with some other problems i again gone to The mobile store they again said go to nokia care but this time i said what is going on here? they said ok sir you give me your mobile i show this set to Karnal(manager Sumit belongs to Karnal) you call me tomorrow but after long follow up they said i send this set to my company they will change this set and give you new set but you wait for 15 days i said ok but after waiting of 15 days they said they require another 20 days to change this set. I really don't know what is going on here?

                    I bought a mobile phone worth Rs9000 from Mobile stores in Ghatkopar east on 23 August 2010, and i was given a scratch card, through which i won a wrist watch of Reebok worth Rs.2500 and i was told to send the scratch card along with a DD of rs.99 to Reward Point B/901, fairlink Centre, new link road, Andheri West, I sent the DD of Rs.99 and the scratch card on 27/08/2010, The gift was supposed to come in 4 weeks time,

                    But to my disdain i havent received my gift till date, i called their customer service and they took my details and did nothing, i again called customer service and every time they disconnect my call.

                    Please can some one help! these people have made my life difficult and wastage of my money

                        I’ve purchased Blackberry 8520 from The Mobile store on 31 Aug 09 Vide invoice number KA/24906 from The Mobile Store Koramangla with a promise of 5% cash back in 2 months. When I complained about this in month of Nov I got a reply that it will take some time and in first week of Dec you will get your check. We surely send it across. This is January of 2010, I’m still waiting on for my Money. Pls let me know why you guys are cheating for small money and do false promised when you have no intention of returning money.                         I want to know if my document did not reach then how did you tried to fool me
                        round from sep 30 to oct 20?

                        I can challenge for the calls that i have made in your customer care.
                        I had had a talk with RAJU in customer care and he has also ditched me?

                        Every time i tried to register acomplain i was said that no complain can be
                        registered and only request can be taken and there is no unique number of the
                        reques.
                        This is big cheating from mobile store and spectramind marketing and i would

They have promised to refund the 5% Cash Back on it. They gave me a form to fill it along with bank details and dispatch it to Chennai office to Cash refund processing. Accordingly I have filled the said form with bank details along with my identy proof & copy of invoice and dispatched through courier.
                        Now Almost 5 months has been passed. I have not got any cheque or any credit amount through ECS in my bank account. I am following up regularly with their shop person they are always saying please wait your refund cheque will be processed.
                        I wish to ask through the stage of Consumercomplaints that how much time will you take for refund processing and why you are commiting with customer of such type of promise.

                        It seems all fraud. I purchased a sony mobile from mobile store on October 15th and got 55% cash back via their scratch card. I fill up the form and send it to the address mentioned in same week.
                        But the same thing happened and I have got nothing.
                        I contacted to their shop and they said because of some delay in their payment process now checks will be delivered in first week of January. But nothing has happened.
                        It is a good way to cheat the people.
                        If any of you guys are planning to go to consumer forum or some where for legal action against them then please let me know.

                        The Mobile Store — No cheque of the 5% scheme

                        I have written numerous times. Yet still I have NOT recd my cheque.

                        Since the necessary procedure has been done by me and the required steps not followed by your company, I would like to raise the query to higher authorities.

                        It has been 3 months and I am yet to receive the cheque.

                        I have sent all the details, numerous times yet still I have not recd the cheque.

                        Following are the attachments:
                        1. PAN CARD
                        2. Voter ID
                        3. The Voucher Scan copy.
                        4. Bill Scan copy.

                        The Mobile Store — Cash back offer cheating

                        Mobile store cheated me with upto 55% cash back offer. I purchased mobile and won 5% cash back as per the scheme. I filled the form as per the instructions. After several reminders over mail/phone/personal i did not get any response from the Mobile store. I repeatedly sent mails but no response. Don't rely ever on mobile store. I recommend not to buy any product from mobile store.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I am working as a scientist at BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTER, Mumbai and staying at 1510, Anushaktinagar, mumbai.

                          I had purchased a NOKIA E71 PREMIUM model on 13/11/2009 from THE MOBILE STORES , OPPOSITE VAHSI STATION (Invoice no. MH7683, Dated: 13/11/2009).

                          The mobile Store vashi had promised me to give a gift of pair of speakers against a purchase of Nokia E71 premium which was never delivered to me even after visiting the shop twice and reminding them on phone several times.

                          I had suffered my duties in my office too and had to take leave and pain of going there and asking for it.

                          I felt lots of embarrassment also asking for a pair of speakers before other customers 2-3 times.

                          Also I suffered monetary loss as the price of the same mobile set was little lesser in other stores than mobile store (on that day) but as they had promised me to give the speaker ... so i purchased it from theirs shop but in spite of reminding so many times, this gift never came to me.

                          So, after waiting for almost a month and a half, I am writing to you and hoping that it will be properly justiced.

                          Its not that the price of speaker is too high that i cant afford but its my right as per the consumer law and i am fighting for my rights. These companies just for marketing sake and fulfilling their target, they give many assurances and once the product is sold off, they even don't recognize the customers. So, justice to this will be justice to all those customers who suffers such losses.

                            The MobileStore online order no[protected] dated[protected] for Sony PlayStation 3 has been a nightmare experience.

                            I have always had high opinion of Essar Group but recent deal with "The Mobile Store online” has left bitter experience.

                            As detailed under I had placed on line order for Sony PlayStation3 on 23rd Dec,09 by paying Rs 19,990/-.

                            I was assured the delivery at Bangalore within 3 working days.

                            But this deal has become my biggest mistake of trusting a group company of Ruias although I had placed orders only because it is an Essar partner company.

                            Pl look into it that the product is delivered TODAY as this is a birthday gift for a boy who is looking forward the gift.

                            I hope an esteemed group of yours will not cause disappointments to a child on his birthday.

                            The problem with your website is something which is misleading into the wrong Product Buy.
                            When I select the model GD580 & hit the buy tab, the page which it leads to next is for Handset LG GD510. I don't want to buy GD510 rather I need GD580 at the price that shows on your website.

                            Why such misleading is being done I can't understand.
                            I would appreciate if I can get a proper explanation in this regards as otherwise I would not recommend online buying via your website. I need it at the price which is reflected on your website.

                            The MobileStore Limited — Discount Amount didn't Get

                            I purchased on LG mobile GM200 Model from The MobileStore Limited.
                            Invoice No: KN/1440/00001/4984.

                            It got 5% discount. They asked me all details and tell me condition that we will give you disount amount by check. I have fullfilled the condition and asked for discount amount.

                            I called more than 100 times and asked for discount money. From last 8 month, I called every week but I didn't get any amount.

                            I expend more money to call The MobileStore customer care but they didn't give good response and didn't return my money.

                            My mobile cost of that time was 5399.
                            The MobileStore is using cheating me to show discount offers.

                            i purchased a Nokia E5 from Mobile Store on 18th jan 2011

                            there wass a problem in the phone as its camera was not working fine
                            so i told them this matter on 21th jan 2011
                            but he executive in the mobile store disagred to replace the mobile


                            at the moment i purchased the phone i told them that the camera is not clear but he said me that its due to the lemination on the camera
                            remove it and then the camera will be clear enough

                            i removed it on 21st and still the camera was not clear
                            so i told them the prob but they refuse to replace it

                            Not returning Mobile set given for repairing which is under extended warrenty.

                            Mobile set given for repairing on[protected] at Mobile store, Plot no 10, Block no 15, Somdutta Plaza Civil Lines Kanpur U.P. After repeated visit they are not returning mobile set.

                              Fraud company(the mobile store) Cheating the peoples with 3rd quality products, i bought a blue tooth handsfree last month it worked well after 3 weeeks it wasn't connecting with my mobile, i asked with mobile store executive but he told me to go to nokia care, y i want to go there i bought the product from you for service i want to anywhere, business doing by you peoples,its like a day theft, dont cheat peoples,we are earning money by our hard work but you peoples taking thefting from us,better you can beg in the street or in a temple.

                              By the time i asked the query another customer complainting that he has got a mobile a day before and it was not working.

                              Kindly take action on them to avoid our indians to be cheated.

                              We are well educated & we can see what is right & what is wrong.
                              If anyone want to purchase a branded mobile phone, than its better to buy it from a branded outlet.
                              Now we have options that each & every brand has its own outlet.
                              Never purchase any cell from surplus stores.
                              We try for schemes & low prices, that's our main mistake.
                              The mobile store is a shop where u will find all refurbished cell phones. So never go there.
                              Last time i have purchased a blackberry from them, as there shop was not having wifi i have to go home & check the wifi of my cell, & unfortunately wifi was not working. I asked them to replace it, but they suggested me to go in the service centre. I have contacted to there higher level & i got a replacement after 2 days. I took a Nokia E52 in replacement. i was having all the customer data base of that particular area. I informed all the customers about there fraud deal. & seriously there business was 75% low due to that. I[censored] r cheated by someone than its very simple to act legally & spoil there business. Hardly u will have to spend 200-300/- to get the customer database of that particular area.As now a days its a business to provide database in c.d's.
                              On business level we cant shut there shop, b'coz no one comes front to be united & take action. Atleast by spoiling there business we can shut down there shops.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had purchased an LG KP 500 from your store at Shop no 12, Tawa Complex Bittan Market, Bhopal in the hope that I will get good services, but I very unhappy and have the following two complaints.

                                1. Non-receipt of 5% money back for LG mobile phone. The Invoice no is MP/24074 dated 12/10/2009 for LG KP 500 mobile phone. The documents for the redemption of 5% discount have been sent long back, but till date the cheque has not been received even after two months. The scratch card no is: PTMS00089827.

                                2. Non-receipt of mobile phone leather pouch. The store has not provided this cover till date although it was promised at the time of delivery, but was not available. I have visited the store at least 4-5 times for the same.

                                Kindly take immediate action and send the cheque and the leather cover and inform me.

                                  I purchased a LG GB230 from the mobile store (lajpat nagar) on 17th oct. 2009 and i got 5% cashback on it. They assured me that i'll get it within 15 days & i havn't recieved till now. Please help.
                                  I purchased a samsung mobile S3310 from the mobile store ltd. 1600, Outram Line Kingsway camp, GTB Nagar, Delhi 9, on dt 28 sept. 2009 and I got discount 25% under the money back scheme.they assured me that I will get it within 15-20 days in your ECS Bank Acct.but I had not recieved till now.Pl help&Acknoledge. thanks

                                    I buy cell on 2nd Feb 2009 (Sony Ericsson K810i ) from Mobile store
                                    Santacruz (E) Mumbai. of Rs 11039. That time I was having only 10000 cash
                                    so for balance amt I swipe my SBI ATM card but due to some problem in your
                                    swipe machine that transaction was not processed. So I paid balance amt by
                                    cash from my brother.After 2 months I come to know that my A/c get debited
                                    by Rs 1039 & I made double payment.

                                    I show this thing to the branch head & concern persons of Santacruz Branch
                                    of your chain. But there ppl didn't give me proper reply so I went to bank
                                    but they told we didn't received any credit entry against this debit.

                                    And from last 7-8 months I m struggling for this money. Your santacruz
                                    Branch staff mainly Manish Motte (who swipe the card) & Sachin (Branch
                                    Head ) not giving me proper reply .


                                    Is this your policy & approach towards customer ??

                                    This is last option I found so that corporate should come to know what
                                    exactly going on & how you can harass your customer.

                                      Had been to The Mobile Store at Nagerbazar-Kolkata 319/4,Jessore Road, DumDum,Nr.Laketown Diamond City Project,Kolkata[protected], for a leather pouch for Nokia E-63 phone, it was available and the cost was Rs 250.00. However, when offered to pay by credit was refused and asked to pay by cash only. Was ready to pay by cash and when requested for a proper cash receipt, was told that only a job receipt like that for a repair would be given. This appears to a unethical trade practice trying to evade VAT and sales tax etc. Such unethical trade practices are a against the laws of the land and needs to be tackled.
                                      Had called up the mobile store call center and registered a complaint in this regard. May I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

                                        I fully agree. Even i made a purchace on "HTC Touch P3452" handset on August 20th, 2009 and it was told for me that 5% cash back i will receive withing 6Weeks, now its reaching almost 6 months. Its very pathetic, when ever i call to Customer care they always say within this week you will receive the amount. I too purchased a samsung mobile model-C3250 where there was 5% cash back and for three and half months passed I have not received my cheque.where as they promised for 6 weeks .Isnt it a mockery of mobile store and Consumers that at the time of purchasing they bothered to realise know they are shying away from their responsibilities.Please take care that something happens because it is pure cheating .

                                        I have talked first time in month (after waiting for 2 months) of sep and the guy told me that i will be receiving the cheque in first month of nov but i havnt received it. so i called again in 2nd week of nov and i got the reply that i will be getting in the end of 2nd week then again i called up and now they told me that i will be receiving it before end of nov.

                                        and now you are again requesting me to call on that no. which is complately useless.

                                        please give proper reply to your customer.
