Sir/Madam, I bought a Cell phone “Sony Experia Miro” from “The Mobile Store” on 09/01/2013 in the name of “Vikas Kumar” (my brother) with an extended warranty of 1 year. Duration of extended warranty is 09/01/2014 to 08/01/2015. As now it’s been more than 1 year and warranty of cell phone with Sony has been expired and now mobile is in time period of 1 year extended warranty with “The Mobile Store”. Now I am facing few problems with my cell phone and submitted the same to “the mobile store” 3 times in past month to get it repaired, but my problem is not resolved they didn’t repaired my cell phone just keep it ideal at their store for all 3 times and returned it as it is. Please request you to help me to solve my problem. Below are the detail where I submitted my cell phone and extended warranty policy no. send 2-3 mails on ID"[protected]@themobilestore.in" mentioned over the site of "the mobile store" but still not received a proper solution.     I purchased nokia xl from mobile store kanpur somdatt plaza centre and yesterday (31/10/2014) I got some minor problem of not decreasing the volume so I prefer to go mobile store to show the problem but there employs are so rudely and they talk to me so vulgarity specially the samsung guy standing there they are ready to fight with me and the mobile store boy also taking the side of there samsung employee. And when I told them our problem that employee ask to other employee that do you have any hammer so he can check me mobile after broken via hammer this is his tone of talking to me. And they also told me i[censored] give me 500 rs so instantly I will change this via some other new mobile. They also selling second hand mobile set in mobile store. So from my yesterday experience I will not suggest anyone to buy mobile or any other thing from mobile store specially kanpur's som datt plaza store. One more thing when I go at the time of purchasing they talk me like we are god and yesterday they talk like we are nothing. I go to that shop because they told me that i[censored] hv any minor problem I will help u instantly in my store itself we have one mobile engineer. So in future no mobile store there products are costly and services are big big zero they don't have mannerss to talk to there customer. If this is happening again and agian everyone forget the name of mobile store.

      I ordered a Micromax Mobile from the Mobile Store online website. The purchase was paid for by credit card. The account was debited instantly. At the time of purchase, the order placing screen assured me of a 3 - 5 working day delivery time frame. Given the order was placed on the 14th October, 2014 I expected the same in a weeks time. It has been 17 days and counting, but still no product. I called the mobile store to enquire on the status of the delivery after 7 days and was informed that the product was out of stock and I would have to wait till stock arrived for it to be shipped. Later that day, I received an email from the Mobile store stating that the product was back in stock and there was a link from where I could place the order. The website confirmed that the product was in stock and accepting orders. I called customer service the next day and was informed that the product would be delivered in the next 3 - 5 days. I received a confirmation call from the Mobile store 1 day later confirming my order and that delivery will happen shortly. I spoke to the team once again yesterday (16 days since the order was placed), apart from the rude demeanor of the agents and being hung up on, the supervisor came online to inform me that the product has not yet been shipped, it was out of stock, the website was still taking additional orders for the product and I need to wait an additional 3 - 5 business days for dispatch post which delivery will take as long as required. I need help to ensure that this inefficiency of operations doesn't go unpunished. Not only is it a great inconvenience to the customers, it is also a financial burden without having receive any goods / services in return and further, it sets the wrong precedent for the online industry which is picking up in the country at the moment an has great potential for both buyers and sellers alike.

      The Mobile store called me two days ago to inform me that the order is confirmed and that i have to wait 10 days to know when they will receive stock on the product. Further I was told that the delivery time-frame can't be confirmed till they have stock. What is even more interesting is that the mobile store continue to take orders for this product online. When I pointed this out to the representative that called me and also cited that the phone is in stock in the stores, I was informed that they can't reallocate stock between online and store and I will have to wait till the online department received stock. I also received an offer to cancel the order and bear the interest rate charged to me by my credit card company. I have declined to cancel the order. I sincerely wish someone would help pull these guys up for the poor work and business ethic being displayed by the Mobile Store!!

        Hi, I had purchase a Samsung handset mobile ( Note 3 NEO) from your mobile store at kirti Nagar moments mall from Mr. Punit his no. is ([protected]) on 20.10.2014. After 2 days we faced some hanging problem, auto restart issue, heating problems in phone. so we went to Samsung service center and they gave me DOA against the same. And same will be submitted to Mr. Punit, 3 days back but still we have no rec. the new mobile. Now they saying ( Mr. Punit and his boss Mr. Sunit ) that you will rec. the handset by today but it's opened, not seal packed. How i take the same. There is some insurance part also along with mobile, again he saying i have no idea against Insurance. So request you to provide me the new handset with seal pack or refund my money.             I order to buy 'Titanium S19 ' white handset form themobilestore.in, order no.[protected] and pay by debit card in 16/10/2014 but they are harassed me and not give actual information, first time the customer care executive agent told my handset has dispatch within Monday (20/10//2014), but I have not received any result, then second time I called her and they said obviously they dispatched within wednesday, third time I called and they told me to call after one days so I call Friday (24/10/2014), now they inform me the mobile is 'OUT OF STOCK' and say me to wait 2 or 3 days for availability, but when I booked from website I follow the 'In Stock' availability of that handset and till date(24/10/2014) the website shows 'in sock' of the said handset so they cheat me. please help me to solve this problem

                The order no.[protected] was placed on 15.10.2014 with advance payment. The shipment terms was 2-3 days as shown on website during booking. The product is not shipped yet. I called their customer care so many times but every time they told me to wait for 4 to 5 days. I am fed up with them. Please help me to come out from this problem.

                  Yesterday on October 19 2014 i went to the Mobile Store located in 107, Santoshpur Ave, Rani Rashmoni Bagan, Santoshpur Kolkata, West Bengal 700075, to cut my normal SIM Card into a micro SIM.I asked for the Charges, and the Seller told me i would be charged 100 rupees.I found it very overpriced, but since the mobile store normal is a reputed shop, i thought it would be the normal charge.I am aware of, that normal local shops take maximum 50 rupees. I did not receive any bill, and returned home.Today, my husband called up the same shop and asked how much they would charge, since he too found 100 rupees overpriced.The seller told him it would be 50 rupees.SO WHY are You cheating on foreign customers??? I expect this manners when i go to a local shop, but from a big branded company??? I am living here since 6 years, i am no tourist, and even then, YOUR COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO ACT LIKE HOOKERS IN THE ROADSIDE AND OVERCHARGE!such cheap manners i did not aspect from your company, i will post this letter in all common consumer complaint forum, till action is taken against this type of problem.regards, Marion Baidya

                    I had ordered two mobiles from this website. Having order numbers [protected] [protected] There was an offer of 7.5% cash back on purchase from ICICI debit card within 60 days. After calling Hundreds of times i get a cash back of 1727.18rs after 90 days. But i have recievd it only once. There is no information regarding the other product cashback I have called the customer care about a 100 times. they keep registering comaplaints and keep asking me the same things over and over. Make me wait on hold for 2-3min(3times in a call) its been more than 120 days since i should have got the cash back but still i haven't.

                        I Purchased a Micromax A290 handset from Saltlake sectorV Mobile Store branch. While taking I have checked as asked the representative about the details. They never told that this phone doesn't have (Although micromax also not communicate over box/ handset) capacity to run two Sim and Micro SD togetherly. After billing when they tried and not able fix two SIM and micro SD, they said this phone doesn't support. And their store manager came and said they have this cmmunication by SMS, however same was not coveyened to sales person. While I asked the store manager about why same was not communicate before I purchased, he saying he just got the communication. I can't believe this. Need resolution immediately.

                          I had made an online purchase of Blackberry Z-10 model in April from The Mobile Store site. The phone was giving a battery problem right from the time of purchase. Finally by end August, the phone completely went dead. I have given the phone to your authorised service centre here in Mumbai and he said that the phone will be sent to Chennai for investigation. Now it has been almost a month & I have no information on the phone. I have been using various models of Blackberry for many years and have never face such problems. I think there is an inherent problem in the Z-10 model and I have been completely let down by Blackberry. Now, I request you to please arrange to either provide me the other model of Black berry i.e. Z-30 as a replacement or arrange to refund me the amount of Rs 17, 990/- and close the process. Expecting an early reply from you.

                              I bought two mobiles, Samsung galaxy s4 (IMEI-[protected])bill no(24231/[protected] and the HTC one(IMEI-[protected])invoice no.(212336). on the 27th of september 2014. we were informed priorly that these phones are the display models and we could avail discount on them and we would get 1 year warranty for these products from Samsung and htc respectively.In the htc phone i discovered a camera issue so i went to get it rectified under warranty to the htc service centre and there i was told that this device went out of warranty on 15.06.2014. Then to be assured of the Samsung device i got it checked from the Samsung service centre and was told that it was out of warranty on the 1.04.2014.On further queries we were told by Samsung and htc that the warranty starts when the sim card is inserted in the device.
                              I requested the mobile store to replace my device but they are least concerned with this issue.The area manager mr.Puneet Arora is neglecting my demand to replace the devices.
                              i would really appreciate you to look into this matter.

                                As per detail given, we take the extra warranty of 1 year from sep 2013 to sep 2014 with rs. 299.I had submit the phone on 3june2014 to service centre for repairing purpose. But as checked by them, the extended warranty is not found. So they were unable to repair the phone. And also i am reached to the mobile store contact no which founds wrong and the store is also closed when visited their address. So please help me to solve my mobile phone issue.

                                  I have got the extended warranty on my Nokia Lumia 920. There was a minor issue of vibration not working. I submitted my mobile on 16th September 2014 under the Job Sheet order no. RP677915. After 14 days when contacted the store where it was given for servicing to know the status of the phone repair, they provided me with the service center number. I contacted them and they have replied that phone will be repaired only if I agree to pay the repair charges. Even after repeatedly informing them about the extended warranty they did not agree to repair the same without charge. Height of the case is that they have claimed the damage of the vibration is on account of liquid damage. I am very surprised to know about the fact as my mind still does not support that water can damage only vibration and nothing else in the mobile. When I have never dipped my mobile in water, this explanation exposes their true color. I doubt on their integrity. After searching online, there were number of similar complaints available on various sites. It is very hazardous to the consumer rights and their shopping integrity. Please look in this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest so that I can enjoy my life peacefully. Without mobile my life is not mobile. Thanks & Regards, Akash A. Balani. [protected].

                                    I have ordered HTC desire 816 on last Friday i.e. 5th Sep 2014 via order no.[protected]. I have received SMS from your team on Saturday that shipment will get dispatched in next 24hrs. Today after 10days mobile is not received to me. 10 days of TAT is slower that Indian post office I believe. Websites like Flipkart delivers courier with in 2days. This is inspite of daily follow up with company / courier service and escalation, no one is really bother to expedite this issue.

                                        Hi, I got my handset Nokia E-05 which is given for repairing third time in The Mobile Store as per the trail mail description After facing the lot of trouble and contacted by many people and describing the issue many time I am facing the same issue even it is in extremely bad condition and body of the phone is cracked. After having lots of conversation I am not able to find any solution of my problem, we are suffering from lots of mental trauma as service provider is not giving proper response in this matter. I am writing this mail to consumer court in hope to find out justice because we are simple people belonging to middle class and the company’s like mobile store use to think that they could do anything with customer as customer is alone and helpless Now it’s going to be above a month and Mobile store is just doing mental harassment.
