We, m/s. Agarwal datamatics pvt. Ltd.,, would like to inform you that we have booked a urgent courier in air mood from bikaner to kolkata, vide professional courier slip no. Bkn - 811316 on 18/11/17 and manager of this branch told us that consignment will be reached by tuesday evening positively.
I was totaly shocked when i enquiry about my courier delivery position at their jaipur branch on 121/11/18. They told us that my consignment was booked in normal mood and will be delivered after 4-5 days.
I contact with bikaner branch manager, he firstly misguide me and argument he roudle told me that when courier reached to kolkata, he don't know.

My brother had sent me jacket and watch from professional courier Bangalore on date 13/11/2017 to professional courier Manipur and they have said my goods will be receive by me on 16/11/2017 but I have not received the things still it is 5 days delay from the date what they have said.

    I had sent a courier through pro service on 12 september 2017 from surat to bhilwara. The consignment contained a passport weighing 50 grams.

    I was charged 240 by the professional courier office in surat gujarat instead of 180 as mentioned on the receipt. I was refused to ask for the extra money charged by the courier service owner. Also, i was threatened saying that my consignment will be stopped in the middle of the transit if i ask for the refund. Highly disappointed on the malpractices done by the franchisee owners of professional courier.

    Inspite of repeated emails everyday since 13 september 2017 till date my issue is being taken for granted by the company. The surat branch of professional courier is trying to shut my mouth by offering me 500 as the penalty charge inspite of reimbursing me highly.

    I am attaching the receipt given to me in photos section. Please look into the matter where the customer is being exploited just to earn personal commissions.

      This is in regard to courier no - ccu[protected]. I have been calling since last 5 days i must say this is the worst courier service i have ever seen. There is no response for mails, kolkata branch customer service people provide wrong information or you can say “fake” information in order to hide their mistake and hyderabad customer service does not respond properly. This is very disappointing to say that because of the delay in courier which consist of medicine concerned patient is suffering badly from her disease. I want courier ti delivered as soon as possiple as this is the case of emergency.

      Consignment of wedding saree from Bangalore to New Delhi worth 27000 was stolen by handling agents in delhi. It's been 3 weeks no update what so ever and the attitude of their employee is horrible. They started blaming us for their malicious behaviour. Do not ever send any parcel through this fraudulent people.

        Consignment booked from global arts & crafts, new delhi vide docket no del51569442 on 17th oct 2017 addressed to mr. Siddharth hebbar, flat no 105, palmcourt apartment, jakkur planation road, bangalore 560064 has not been delivered til now, where as professional courier tracking system shows delivered on 23rd october 2017. On following up with the seller we came to know the details.

          I am a resident of gudivada town i have received a parcel from a certain city as it was very urgent to me as myself gone to the office and asked the concerned parcel of me to handover but the concerned person of proffessional courier (Owner gudivada branch) was using unaparlimentary words and talking very arrogantly about the concerned parcel and roughly handling the parcel as the parcel was very urgent certain necessasary action should be taken

            On 04.11.17 we had place a courier form banglore to dombivili (Mumbai), consignment no. Hrd[protected], as per online tracking (On their site) our consignment had reached to dombivili (Professional courier office) in morning 9'o'clock, this office is only 15 min from our office, we were expecting to receive consignment on 07.11.17 as they start dispatching by 11'o'clock but we did'nt receive material on 7th niether on 8th & nor on 9th, after taking a lot of foliow up & talking to super seniors now they are ready to dispatch on 10.11.17 or are asking to pick up from there office as always, as we have regular orders & the people in there dombivili office are so unresponsive, they do not understand your urgency & every time we have to call them & remind the about our consignment orelse they won't execute it
            All we need is to on time delivery without reminding them about our consigment

            Regarding to the consignment number : LKO[protected] on date 4/11/2017, courier company refused the deliver the consignment at recipient address without any valid reason .
            its very important paper in consigmnet but they not respond proper.
            Sir, aap ki Mandsaur branch par proper way me jawan nhi dete hai. Aur courier. Bhi time par deliver nhi karte hai...

              I was booking the courier to mumbai by professional courier on 23.09.2017 from sathyamangalam . Ref no - sty2330431.but still parcel not deliver . Many times i was call to booking office and customer care @ sathyamangalam office but still now no responsible reply ... I was follow this courier up to two months.. That was very impotent documents.. Please take suitable action .

                Myself shaheda rangwala frm burhanpur
                I hv sent 7 bohra attires ie ridas by professional courier frm burhanpur to sambalpur on 15 sep 2017. On reaching 2 of the costliest attires worth 5000/- were missing. I hv filed complaint to professional couriers head office too but they are not taking much interest. I have placed complaint on jago grahak jago also. They told to put complaint on consumer court. Plz look into the matter.

                  This is bhargav, i had really bad experience with the professional courier service from koramangala office.

                  I have sent small package from bangalore (09/10/2017) to tonk which was not delivered.

                  The chargers for sending package is 130.

                  I have repeatedly went to there office in koramangala the place from where i have sent package, here comes the shocker.

                  Know one from your office takes customer complaint seriously and also they don't the status of my package, then you guys call yourself "the professional couriers" this is real joke.

                  Guys one small suggestions please never use these people service, later you would regret for it.

                    This is in regard my parcel which was lost by professional courier company. It is almost 4 months & no response from their end neither to solve it or to refund it. Four months ago i gave one parcel which was supposed to be delivered to chomu jaipur, but in transit they lost it. Now in that parcel it was health supplement which was bought for 4500rs from ebay. After following the office for few days one the customer executive got in touch with me his name was shailesh from complaint department, after conversation he told me we will refund ur amount if we didnt find it, now after few weeks again i reminded him but again same reply we have forwarded ur refund request, & now the scenario is that even he is not picking up my number nor replying. It is almost 4 months & they are not interested in resolving my issue. I don't know when i am going to get my dues.
                    Plz look fwd in this matter.

                      I have been to all the local offices and also aproched professional courier from all the ways possible, raised many complains, but there is no professional response from professional courier side, which is encouraging me to take bigger action as there was important document, which i can not get now.

                            This is in response to after receiving a call from professional courier that a courier on my name has come & it will be delivered in a day but its more than a week they have not delivered. After calling nearest courier agency they told its been sent to other agency. How irresponsible on their part to behave like this? Very bad & pathetic service. How i will receive my courier now?

                              Courier not reached, it has booked one week back. It is 200 km distance. They are keep on postponing. Courier number atp425503. It contains all medical bills and discharge letters. Urgency they are not understanding. It has been booked on 25th october 2017. Already 8 days over. Professional courier guys are telling address is wrong. I have messaged the address, still they are not giving it.

                              My consignment MSR5012102 was out on 25 from mandsaur to dehli n still in Delhi from 3 days.. last tym also same thing happened n kashipur delivery person dint even delivered d product kept it with him for 2 days n finally I had to send sumone to recv it.

                                On [17-oct-2017], we handed over the above consignment to professional courier's delivery person to deliver 2 desktop machines to our delhi office. The consignment has not yet delivered; moreover after doing the rigorous follow up since 17th oct 2017 with their customer care officers i was intimated that the entire loaded container got exploded during transition and all the goods got burnt.

                                I am attaching a copy of that correspondence with the necessary screenshots confirming the damaged/burnt machines for your convenience.

                                I am within my rights to request a refund for the burnt product. I would like to receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Attaching an image of my cheque leaf containing my account details to remit the entire amount to my account asap.

                                Let me also highlight that this phenomena has already resulted into considerable amount of business loss; hence imperative to mention that a speedy resolution will help us to prevent further losses as we’ve to buy new desktops at the earliest.

                                Looking forward to your prompt action & will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of [inr 88015.4].

Im caling ambala and delhi number but no proper response from the courier peolple there is no reson for them to stuck the parcel in transit but still they dont listen to our queries they talk so rudely

                                        Hai! I am dr. V. Jawahar running my private clinic in rettaivalikkal, trichy, tamilnadu-620102. I used to send parcels very often to chennai & receive the same from there too. The delivery service exerted by srinivasa nagar, tiruchirappalli, tamilnadu branch is very poor.50% they deliver late and 40% they don't deliver. I used to collect in person. This often occurs repeatedly. Hope atleast this time you will take necessary action. Otherwise, i have no option except consumer court.
