One of my vendor had sent an package from pune on 21 nov. 2017 to badlapur (Dist. Thane). Today, 24 nov. 2017 i'd received the call from professional courier badlapur ([protected]) stating that you have to visit our office in badlapur and collect the package.

I hv sent 7 bohra attires ie ridas by professional courier frm burhanpur to sambalpur on 15 sep 2017. On reaching 2 of the costliest attires worth 5000/- were missing. I hv filed complaint to professional couriers head office too but they are not taking much interest. I have placed complaint on jago grahak jago also. They told to put complaint on consumer court. Plz look into the matter....

I have sent small package from bangalore (09/10/2017) to tonk which was not delivered.
