I send courier 12th april 2018 chennai to mysore urgent courier so i ask customer care they said if you send pro primum service it will reach 13th april 2018 10.00 am so charged extra but still it not delivered today they tell minimum 48 hours need then why they told me false information about timing. Today is the last day if not delivered today there no use full no:pro6346349, saidapet branch, chennai take action for this complaint

Hi iam karthik from core logistic company, iam using this services more than 10-15 years in bangalore, chennai, andhara regular basic courier, now my office moving from huddi to hsr layout, ur hsr office s not co-opperate with my company some days comming, some days not coming, no one to response very worst,, and one more last ten day no courier to be delivered in hsr layout, no one to inform to collect courier iam going to office ask means he said talk to manager, wats s the problem i[censored] not solve this problem means definately i will change the service to another for my all branches make it soon

Unnecessarily mentioned as door look even though the door is kept open and person s waiting to receive the product without delivering the product. Not enquiring the name and address. While approaching company, delivery man told that no need to enquire nearby houses to reach u and told that he will simply return the product. No response to customer enquiry. Very poor service

I undersigned suanminlal, has sent a document through professional courier from hoodi bangalore to churachandpur manipur vide consigned number blr[protected] on 1 march 2018. I had reached imphal on 2 march 2018. However, the document is still not deliver till 3 april 2018. I have visited the hoodi circle bangalore professional courier office 5 times in a rows complaining that my document is undeliver from propestional courier office jmj shopping complex, paona bazar, opposite friends talkies, imphal, manipur 795001. I was assured that they will resolved and deliver it. However, they did not do nothing from their end except logging complaint vide crm-210119 which mid of march 2018. Post which i was given imphal professional courier manager mahindra ph [protected] and their office counter lakshmi number [protected]. I have called them almost every day from the second weeks onward, lakshmi told me i will talk to my manager mahindra but i did not receive any information from her back. I called up mahindra, informing the undeliver of my documents, he has told me to collected at imphal which is 55 kms from my home. I request to them to return it back if they are not capable to deliver it, he assured me that he will look into it and dispatched the documents. Till today 3 april 2018, i have called up mehindra professional courier manager imphal, requesting us to return back the documents. He has told that i am not in office. He even not listen what i request for and not even bother either deliver not return the document and cut off the call. Post this drama from mahindra, i have visit the hoodi bangalore at 4:50 pm on 3 april 2018, they were not even ready to either return not dispatch the documents. I am helpless as no assistance from hoodi branch and imphal branch office. I would like to questions that, 1) they are just playing drama with customer sentiment. 2) they are just company not capable to to do their work. 3) they are just negligent and it is not important for them to deliver the documents as they already took the delivery charges. 4) or just a company doing fraudulent with customer sensitive document.

Please help me, as no option to get it back my document from then back.

I have booked consignment on 31.03.2018 from Tandur to Pune under express service, but tracking details is showing the present status as dispatched to Pune, When i tried calling the customer care they have not responded i called coorporate office on[protected] and they said this is corporate office we can guide you so kindly call on [protected] after that i called to the provided number and again they diverted me to call on [protected] and when i called them they are telling we cannot do anything as package is not received in our area you better contact the sender location hyderabad.
I dont understand why they are diverting to provide the information and since package is booked under express service the delivery is expected to be delivered in 24-48 hours but its almost 4 days since i booked the consignment.
I request to concern personnel to take necessary action and charge them with heavy fines for not delivering the package as promised and misleading and misbehaving with customers .

Not even giving customer complaint number after delivering courier to someone else. Awaiting for valuable documents to receive with high frustration. Customer care not connecting call and if connected refusing to provide complaint number and disconnecting call with no response. Track num is cjb82732295. What if my documents are thrashed by the wrong person who received it. They don't bother at all. Atleast they can call to the number and deliver the documents instead of delivering it to wrong person.

Respected sir i have send a letter to delhi between 6.3.18 and 8.3.18. But it is not yet deliver till date but for tracking i lost the receipt of payment. A letter in my name (A. Selvaraj, dsp-retd, "maniyan ayyansamy illam", hig-1012, 7-th street, mogappair eri scheme, chennai -600037) was sent by mr. P. Manikam from palani branch on 23.03.2018 to me. It was delivered to me only on 27.03.2018. My enquiry revealed that it had come to mogappair office on 24.03.2018 itself. Request action. Otherwise the matter will be taken to consumer court. There was an important college admission document in the courier which has the deadline. It was delayed and sent back without delivering two times. Totally it was 15 days delay from the date this courier office received in my town. This put me in tremendous pressure to act upon the delayed document that i received later. Since it had the deadline. This is not the first time, we faced delay in receiving the courier before also. These professional courier sorab branch are not all professional enough to do their job. When contacted the office people behaved rude and give false information. This is really a hardship for me and i'm claiming the compensation for this delay and expect the proper service next time onwards.

My parcel is start 16/3/18 surath to vinukonda. But still now i am not receeved that parcel. Stay in chilakalooripeta 21/3/18 mornig to 23/3/18. I will called many times. But they are not respond. Professional corier is very worest. Too much deley and very negligent workerks. Vinukonda courier boy say so many reasons to receive my parcel in vijayawada. We don't have a vehicles, we are facing so many problems like this type of reasons explaind vinkonda courier boy. Still i am not received my parcel.

It is submitted that i ajit kumar serving in border security force stc bsf chakur (Latur) maharashtra pin code 412513. Important documents sent through your patna branch vide tracking id pat50119012 dated 14/03/2018 but courier not yet received till date. Telepephonically approach to latur branch phone no [protected], mumbai branch phone no [protected] mr. Latif and your corporate office phone no.[protected] and patna office phone no.[protected] but not clear response. Latur branch returned courier without any information.
In view of above matter please check and examine and solicit instructions please.

I approached your branch office at miyapur hyderabad on 22nd march 2018 for
Sending an consingment to michigen united states of america. After weighing the consignment your office staff asked me to pay rs.2050 and i d proof. Accordingly i paid the amount and given xerox copy of id proof issued by government of telangana as i retired from that govt. I was given receipt bearing no. Hyd 66899269 dt 22.3.2018. But suprisingly today i received phone call from your branch office asking me to pay extra rs.500 and also to give another id card as the id card issued by government of telangana is not accepted. I do not understand why the id card issued by govt. Is not accepted and why i should pay another extra amount. I asked them to return the consignment and amount i paid and i was informed that the consignment would be returned br tomorrow i. E on 24th evening and return the amount by monday i. E on 26th of this month

Hi There,

We had a courier to arrive from Hubli to Hyderabad on Thursday. However, it got delayed by 4 days now. I will have to call minimum 10 times to make the customer care guys pick the call. And they will not resolve the problem, they'll pass on to some other department and I'll have to tell the whole story again. There is no one-stop solution and guys who talk over the phone are not professional.

There were 2 false promises made already. They said they'll send the courier on Sunday on special services basis. However, didn't get. Today also they said they will get me my parcel. Hasn't arrived still. When I call the Customer care, again no one to receive. Such a pathetic and disappointed service this is And I am going to put this on all social media.

No punctuality and no information repository. All have half information.

I received a parcel from chennai containing imitation jewellery today through professional courier. But the parcel has been tampered and one set of imitation jewellery is missing. I have been receiving imitation jewellery from the same party couple of times through your courier and haven't had this bitter experience.

This is in regards with the delivery schedule of the professional couriers hyderabad kukatpally area. We have lost almost all faith in the indian post, that's the reason people come to private service like you by paying more money.in hyderabad everything is a problem.. Late late late is the moto of the service industry.. We call them as irresponsible fellas. How come on earth a parcel can be delayed for more then 6 days. I have the proof here. They have my parcel by 11th of this month. And today is 16th and i didn't get the parcel till now. The simple answer is delivery boy didn't turn up. If the stupid is not turning up, why cant you call me, we customers will come and pick it up. Useless service by # ratnam and varghese. These people are the example of laziness to the core. Please take this as high level escalation.

I have booked an article from surat to chilakaluripeta on 22.02.2018. But it was not received by my customer yet. My customer also approached the branch but they are not responding. I also have called to regional office but instead of listening to my complaint, they are giving the contact numbers of the branch. The branch personnel are not at all responding. We Had booked a consignment from Ghatkopar, Mumbai with The Professional Courier to send it to Khopoli in Raigad district.
After 4 days they are saying they cannot deliver the consignment to the address mentioned and the end user has to go to the office of the professional courier to collect the same.
When asked why cant the Booking office in Ghatkopar, Mumbai inform about the non delivery to the address at the time of booking, there is mannerless and irresponsible response from the people in Khopoli branch.

If the courier team cannot deliver to certain address or areas then they should not book such consignment.

I sent one photo frame with wooden sides and glass lamination from Chennai (Thoraipakkam branch) to Noida on friday (9th March). The courier service did not tell me that they don't book glass items after even informing them. They happily booked it and sent it. First of all it was delivered 2 days late than the ETA and the whole frame with the wooden sides and the glass was broken. Totally destroyed. I packed the frame very cautiously with great security with thermocols on all sides of the frame. Even then they broke it and on complaining they are blaming it on me that I sent a glass item. neither the agency nor the branch manager is helping
I want a full refund and repair from the company.
