Respected sir /ma'am,
I (Kathirvelan a.) resident from pollachi supposed to receive the courier sent by my client who is a resident from thanjavur on[protected], they have sent me bill details with cod. Due to inconvenience and unavailability on the delivery day, i was outside, so the delivery guy returned back the courier. When i asked the courier office, they said me to ask the sender, when i asked them. They said they sent already with clear info. When i contact the courier service manager, he said package must have been missing and he asked me to inquire there and here. I tried all my best as he said and i am so fed up with the information i get over your service negligence and later on i come to know that they missed my courier package. Now, i am totally fed up and got mentally depressed with the way the answer is been to me on this courier issue. I want the courier to be delivered to my address or else i want the professional courier team to take a legitimate action to resolve this issue asap. I have also lodged the complaint here but there is no response from your side either. I hope this issue to be considered serious and make a responsible action and answer to me as earlier as possible. If not then i need to go to consumer complaint. Thank you in advance.
