I have courier from madurai to bangalore no ixm43045149,
But i am not able to track the package online.. I have made call to mdu more than 20 times and bangalore no proper response about the package.. Only they are doing is divert call with some branch number.. I even don't know whether parcel is there are not.. I have also spended more than 75 for making calls. Date of courier 31.7.17..

My courier no is 3334497, today morning i got a call from bellandur professional courier bangalore. They asked me to come and collect the courier from there office. I only asked them to deliver it to the delivery location. They are telling me they cant come and delivery boy do not have a mobile phone and professional couriers is not providing them phone balance. Started scolding and talking in a very rude way. I am trying to call customer care i tried on all three numbers for 30 min phones are ringing but none are bothered to answer the call. Very poor service and least bothered about customer satisfaction.

I have ordered a woodland shoe 4 days back on 29.07.17. I had paid the amount and claims that the shipment charge was also done. But 02.08.2017, today i got a call from the professional courier (Peyad, trivandrum, kerala[protected] that i have to go and collect the product. It was really hard to me to collect, since iam out of station and also the same product ordered by one of friend which was delivered on the right time as door delivery by another franchisee (Pappanamcode, trivandrum, kerala). I compalint it to the courier companies mail id also, but no response received from their side. Please do necesary action against these franchisee.

Would like to bring this to you notice that, i had requested for a parcel to be sent from bangalore - 560035 (In karnataka) to berhampur-760001 (In odisha). Since rakhsha bandhan is ahead, i has to send rakhees to my native place. So i did submit the parcel on 19th jul 2017, so that any possible delays could be avoided. Unfortunately, till today the parcel has traveled almost half of the indian territory, but has failed to reach it's destination. I must mention that the parcel was sent to bhubaneswar (Capital city of odisha), but was then forwarded to further north to west bengal. I am sure that, this will never reach it's destination on time, even though rakhsha bandhan is just a couple of days away from now.
Even today it is still in transit.

I am deeply saddened with this awesome courier service that you provide.

Delivery of couriers from vandaloor branch is not proper. When checked in site using track number, it shows that it reached vandaloor office. But the delivery of the parcel was not properly done. It was with them for 2 days.

I have faced this issue twice with this same courier office. They are not calling the given mobile number as well. We need to check and follow-up with them. Bad experience with this courier office.

My consignment number - 1662195. Delivery place is iiht campus, salem. I received a call from delivery boy of the professional courier. Insipte of delivering the courier at my place he is asking me come and collect the courier. His duty is to deliver the courier but he is saying that he has no time to deliver the courier. Then why he should come to this job.

I book the courier from bangalore 560005 to digras 445203 courier [protected]@ dist yavatmal today but courier person is telling to come and collect there which is almost 70kms from digras and if we can't go then he is telling it may take another 6-7days to courier there. I want this courier to reach at my doorstep before 28th without fail otherwise sending courier will be waste please take necessary action

I would like to inform you that i had ordered a parcel from www.safexbikes.com. i followed up with the professional courier margao, goa on 19th july 2017 to know the status of consignment as delivery was scheduled between 16th to 18th july 2017.
I was surprised to know that parcel was received on the 12th july 2017 and that the courier person had taken the parcel only on the 18th july 2017 and by the 19th july the courier should have reached me but the courier person could not find the correct address.
On the 20th july 2017 the courier person called me and informed me that there is a courier for me and that i should collect the courier from their address as there was no delivery in the location of my address.
I spoke to the branch manager mr. Tanvir shaikh and told him it was a default from the courier company that they should have informed me via telephone call or sms immediately on receipt of the same however the branch manager refused to accept any mistake and told me there is no delivery in your location. I informed the manager at professional courier margao that i paid for the parcel along with courier charges.
While i was coordinating with the manager for collection he warned me to come within the same day and collect the parcel or he would return the parcel
On 21st july 2017 i personally went to the courier company to collect my parcel and i was told that the parcel was already returned by the manager.
I have received many couriers at my residential address from other courier company and have never faced a problem.
I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by professional courier and would like my parcel be returned at my residential address without any additional cost.

I sent a courier to chennai from salem via professional courier and it was tampered and contents missing partially.
When we raised a customer complaint they have not responded and if we call the office they are responding very rudely.
The seal is broken and they took off the contents and then pasted and delivered the courier back.
The courier containted 185 $ us currency and it was stolen.

My sister send courier from tirchi, tamilnadu to my place rajapalayam, tamilnadu. Tracking number trz[protected]. They didn't delivered to my address. But they said they delivered. When i called them they speak very rude. Please help me sir.

I sent a package of c. P. U (Computer) to chennai. I told to book it in pro services but it was booked in normal pack rs.160/- for courier charge and rs.100/- for special packing,
My c. P. U cost rs.100000/- but it was coded as rs.500/-.
While it was delivered to chennai the receiver noticed that the
1. Hard disk port was came out,
2. Ram slot was not working,
3. Wires and cable was unplugged.
I placed a complaint letter in the salem office, also the customer care and now in this form too. I need the spares to be repair and the cost of this to be refunded as soon as possible. So i request you to please consider my request and do the needful.

I ordered a woodland shoes from online woodland site . It has arrived at Trivandrum 2 days back . I tried to call the professional courier about this parcel. They said they received it and they have that. But they dont have anybody to deliver the parcel to the address given. They said it will take next week to deliver or else I need to go and collect it from the local delivery station.

If I need to go and collect from the local delivery point, why should I use the courier service and Online Services. They are not at all worried about the escalation points since even the proffessional courier site it is hard to raise a complaint.

I went to the office n ottapalam on 11 th july 2017.. The lady thr in d ottapalam office ws rude and unpolite.. Sayng my courir hv not reachd thr but tracking shows diff story. She ws not evn bothrd to chk my package.
I live in one and half kms away from courir office.
Pls do d needful and make arrangements to delivr d parcel.

Envelope containing original receipt of documents submitted to govt dept bangalore was handed over on 3/6/17. It has not yet been delivered.
On one sight it shows status as on 7/6/17 "out for delivery".in the other it shows: staff: [protected] - hemanth, delivered on 7/6/17.
Envelope "not yet received". The signatures on the receipt are not of the recipient.
Complaint lodged by e-mail to “[protected]@tpcblr.in” & repeated contacts & whatsapp to mr manju nath ph # [protected] have been ignored.
Please take urgent action.

My parcel number is 1140670. This was supposed to be delivered to me a week ago. I tried calling their customer care service. The operator told me that she will call back once she pulls out the details of the package. They haven't returned my call since then. They won't even pick up the call. Worst service I have ever used. The parcel contains things of personal and emotional importance.

One Professional Courier branch functioning at Annamalainagar-608 002, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District, Tamilnadu does not make home delivery of articles / parcels instead, sends message to collect them at the centre. This has been happening for several years. The name of the in-charge of the centre is Mr Sakthivel. His contact Nos: [protected] / [protected] / [protected], mail-ID: [protected]@gmail.com. His behaviour is always just like a ROWDY. He fluently uses filthy languages. There are complaints from women also. He is also having the habit of taping the conversation. Every call is being recorded by him like a criminal. It is not know how this unqualified nausty fellow is selected by Professional Courier / afforded license to him / he is headed by a branch. He must be expelled from the centre forthwith. Post copy is being marked to District Collector, Superintendent of Police & Licensing Authorities. Pray action.

I AM HARITEJA FROM A KATTEVARAM(Village), TENALI(Mandal), GUNTUR (Dt).I believe your company because your service is extremely happy but in Tenali your courier office in service is extremely worst, In courier office delar did not give any information and also he didn't respect our customers.example my delivery was delay and I asked​ my status he ask to me booking office code I saw I don't know that code I know only my consignment number actually that city's codes are available in your website www.tpcindia.com but he didn't not checked and he told I don't know and argumen to me.he didn't provide information.so please take an action on that courier man.I believe this situation will not be repeated .

I have sent a courier from professional courier.. pc19 Ramamurthynagar..bangalore contains 4 costly pens as a father's day gift on 17 June 2017...to my surprise courier fellows opened cover and 2 pens have been theft...only 2 pens received by my relative... Professional courier

My cousin couriered a product from mancherial (Telangana) to goa on 13/05/2017. Till now i didn't receive my product. I kept on contacting with the courier company through mail, but there was no correct response. Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter solve as early as possible.

Professional courier team did not delivery the service as per the expectation set. I've sent the courier by air mode of paying 2500 rs (Tracking detail - blr[protected]), but as per the pro premium delivery, it should be delivered with in two business day and tracking status still shows in transit which is not acceptable.

Also i've tried of calling courier agencies but end up with getting different contact no & those contact no are invalid or no response from any one.

Really pissed of with the kind of service & the updates.

Did you guys refund the 50% of money which i paid for the service, since because delayed the service almost a week.
