My parcel sent from Chennai to Bangalore on 22nd August 2022 through Express courier has not been delivered till now. It's an urgent parcel to be delivered on 23rd August 2022. Today is 25th August 2022 . Till now parcel is not delivered. Worst and irresponsible of your service. Request immediate delivery and refund of amount for inordinate delay.

Professional courier at Chennai, KK Nagar, refused to help in packing. Absolute arrogance exhibited by one of the staff.

I have sent a parcel yesterday afternoon from Komarapalayam to Pattukottai(Tanjore). The courier person asked me about the product and I told that is electronic goods and it has screen. He told it would be better to send in the Pro premium courier as that will be safe and he charged Rs.350. But today my friend received the parcel and the product display had a crack and the outer box has some damage. The parcel peoples have kept some weight product on the parcel and that has caused the damage. The product was 2500 rupees worth. I would request you to work on claim for the product. Kindly find the attached images for the reference

In trackings number it has showing item has been delivered but the right person has not delivered the item soo please take action for that product

delivery booked on 29 july 2022 in malleswaram to byatarayanapura bangalore but i was escalated to coporate office and bangalore office but nobody is serious simply taking address but not delivering .
professional courier service is doing very worst in banggalore and not planning to returen the item to person also .

please be aware of this use other courier service for better service

I have a complaint against Professional Courier in Ranni Pathanamthitta they refused to deliver kitne ka correct address what I mention in the courier box and in the bill they said it's too far from our shop they have to come and collect from the office very bad you say like that always I am using another courier service and Indian Postal service they are delivering to the correct address and make sure that the courier is in good condition it's very bad very bad thing to happen for me and the delivery guy used very bad words to me is shouting very loudly to me very bad is a delivery boy of Professional Courier Ranni Pathanamthitta Kerala please take the right action against him and please make sure that to deliver to the right address your sincerely thank you so much

I had requested for change for delivery address for one of my parcels in Bangalore. I tried reaching out to multiple phone numbers and was kept being redirected to one or other. No one was able to give a proper solution and was also not fluent in any language other than kannada which makes it really hard to communicate.

My package from Kerala to Kolkata was booked on 10th August 2022 and has reached Kolkata on 13th August 2022. The package is not yet delivered even after 4 days.

I can understand that two days (14th & 15th) were holidays but even after those holidays my package is still showing in transit and the final update has not yet changed.

It is very sad that the package has reached from Kerala to Kolkata in 3 days and even after 4 days it is still not delivered.

The customer service is very bad that even though I have given a complaint on yesterday, they are not even bothered. Today also they are telling the same story that the package will be delivered next day.

We are facing worst experience due to Professional Couriers.
My order with tracking CONSIGNMENT NO : TCG40193805 is not yet deliver though its been almost 10 days.
All the way from Tamilnadu to anantapur its reached in 3 days where as from anatapur to puttaparty which is just 60Kms away delaying the delivery due to their unprofessional and careless behaviour.
The guy operates from Puttaparthy has very serious attitude. He will say "parcel not reached without even asking for name/track id" or disconnects the calls without proper answer

My shipment number CDM55189754 sent from chidambaram to Hyderabad shows reached Hyderabad on 8th Aug itself. Later it shows keeps moving between profession courier offices in different areas inside Hyderabad till now and not delivered yet. Looks like they are fighting who will deliver it. Horrible. I tried calling their office numbers I found from Internet several times a day. Either it is busy 24X7 or rings but no one picks up. What am I supposed to do?
Worst courier service in whole world

I have sent the courier from Chennai on froday, the same is reached to destination on Saturday. But still not delivered more than 2 days.. very worst service. No proper response too

Professional Courier Service in all the Ways like No On Time Delivery of Courier and No Proper Service Center to Contact.

I sent a Courier from Medak Telangana on 3 Rd of this Month to Hyderabad Telangana, still the courier is in Transit Status and no proper support to resolve the issue and their landline Numbers and Some Mobile Numbers are there just to show that numbers are mentioned in website.

None of their Landline Line Numbers are not reachable and If reachable no one is ready to answer the call.

This is regarding above doc number, i sent one courier from Bangalore to Bijapur on 30th July 2022.having ref number as HRD50105341 receiver name is Prashant H Kulkarni - BJP. As I checked today, it is still not reached the destination. Person holding franchisee in Bijapur cont numb [protected] is not responding at all.
I prefer this service because i thought that, it is speed and safe however in this case it is not, i am really disappointed with the service. If it is not reaching today to the concerned person, then i will go by legal against Professional courier and go to media...

Missing of consignment HRD50042969 DTD 16/06/2022 sent two shirts of louis phileppe brand 42 size with cost of 8000 not delivered to Manvi (Raichur) and courier manager telling they are not able to trace the order everyday they are giving us reasons and not ready to reemburse the amount also i have provided all the bills and they are asking us to make further arrangements until they trace out. they have provided the one letter as applogies but this is not going to fill my loss.

A Delivery boy from Bhongiri Professional Courier daily comes here Bhoodhan Pochampally for collecting Pracels from different vendors here, i used to work with him since 6 months, i used to give him parcels regularly, so on july 2nd 2022 i have booked 2 parcels with for a same address, i have booked one parcel in the morning and other parcel in the evening, i told him the address of pickup of products to that delivery boy, so he went there and collected and packed it, so registered 2 parcels (1 containing cotton fabrics, other containing 2 silk sarees) to same address and sent me tracking id details, after a week 1 parcel which contains cotton fabrics got delivered to the customer but the other parcel which contains silk sarees was showing in transit still, so after a day the customer called them and asked about pracel they replied that they didn't get any parcel, so she complained to me and after that i complained about it to Bhongiri Professional Courier delivery boy and they enquired till now and accepted that parcel was missing, so i have talked with their manager he told me to compromise and move on, am worried because the value of that 2nd parcel is around Rs.16850, the customer who booked those parcels was very much worried and she was forcing me for refund, the same when i asked that manager he was not at all responding kindly, i tried complaining in Professional courier website but in that website when typed the complaint and clicked submit button it was showing Error. Please anyone help me with this, i have every proof regarding my parcels,
i don't want to live please help me anyone

Letter has been posted on 26/07/2022 in pro premium with tracking no : PRO13681640, since it was such an emergency letter. It has been 2 days since I sent the letter but still the receiver did not receive it. When I called Bengaluru south courier office to enquire on 27th, whole day noone picked up the call. Only on 28th they picked up to say there's a confusion in address. I have given phone no in the letter they would have easily contacted if there was confusion in the address. I is still not delivered even if its sent in pro premium. Why to cheat customers saying the name pro premium when you deliver it normally. Very very worst service greatly disappointed.
