Hi am Chrysolite Joy from Bangalore Sarjapur road area . I live with my old mom who stays alone when we go to office in the morning. The professional courier guy Mahesh refused to deliver my courier to my house last week and asked me rudely to collect from security. Again this week another courier which I am not aware of its sender, the lady from my area professional courier called me and said Mahesh will not deliver inspite of my repeated requests and my courier is not yet delivered and no proper inputs also

Domestic courier has been booked on 24th May and till date courier has not reached the destination.

3)My mom was send the courier in June 7, 2022 to My current uttar Pradesh location. I was receiving my courier in june13, 2022 evening approx. 3pm.after that am opened my courier I found martials was damaged in transportation time. Am contact to branch manager by phone(June 14, 2022) he is not giving proper response and am sending to my mom in courier office directly and manager was behaving wrong and staffs are behaving irresponsible.

Please locate my consignment and get it delivered asap. When i contact the office in belgaum they now say that it is not in deliverable area. Why was it addmited in the first place? i contacted your guy at [protected] and he advsed if is busy with his personal works and not able to help me, please get my consignment delivered

Not delivering the package to home.i told her there is only elderly people.at home the lady who talked was extremely rude and told me that she will return the courier back.

Mji45125547, This is the professional courier tracking and mu shipment should have already been delivered but it is taking forever. Tried calling professional courier thousands time but no response. One of the worst unprofessional courier company I have seen so far who are really not responsible for anything and harassing their customers. Please look into this.

TRZ21064533 booked from trichy to bangalore on first june not delivered even after ten days. Complaint number TRZ000643 not attended to. Frustrating experience. Please resolve. Local branch phone number [protected] swiched off. Watsapp message not responded.

Parcel is booked on 04/06/2022 from Vrindavan for Nokha. Airway bill no. MTA[protected]. On 06/06/2022 it reached on bikaner 65 km far from nokha. It is taking time so i called bikaner office on 7th of june that how much time it will take. And next day i called him that my parcel is still there then he told me don't call us again and again. It can take a week to deliver from bikaner to nokha in such a rude way.

We also given declaration to that parcel at Koramangala branch (BDA Complex).
It was reached Ramdurg on 26th same month, but Ramdurg branch staff said that they don't have that parcel in their office. And now they says that one of their courier boy was quit the job on 27/5/2022 he may be kept him self that parcel and he ran away from Ramdurg. Please try to get my parcel back or do compensation for that other wise I will file case against The professional courier in consumer court...

Dear sir/mam my parcel reached to courier office in the last week(Ghatkesar). As ghatkesar is far from my area, I asked them to delivered at boduppal branch which is near to me. But they have not delivered on time. They kept my parcel with them from 10 days.Office is closed when we went to collect it. Their response is not good. This is the 1st time that I faced problem with your courier service. Other courier services are good from which I get good delivery on time. So I don't want to continue with your service.

Still I not receiving my professional courier. I called [protected]. He received my call. He told I will check. After that he didn't receive my calls. I sent message. He didn't reply. I need my courier immediately. Otherwise I will go to the court. One week over but still I am not receiving. What happened

Hello Team,

I have sent an parcel from Madurai to Chennai on June 2nd, which was worth of 1500 and it was about 5KG. Booking details IXM[protected]. I have completely packed with 6 bubble wrappers, and packed with 2 cardboard box. they charged 275 rp for delivery but its not delivered in the same way as I packed its was completely broken into multiple pieces the box has been written as glass item please handle with care. I have no idea how it was broken into pieces. Professional team has been must have thrown from one place to other place, otherwise there is no possible to broke into pieces. I have video while unpacking. Attaching that for artifacts. Professional Courier team has the name professional but there is no profession in delivering the product in the same way. product cant be fixed it will be thrown in dusbin only how worst they delivered the product. Team is responsible for my product either they should have refund the product cost as well as the delivery charges. Else team has to face the legal things.

We sent a parcel from theni to Bangalore (Whitefield) on[protected] the parcel is not yet delivered on 1 day to the location on[protected] we call to regarding courier service in Whitefield they didn't say a proper reason they are so audocity

It didnot reach the destination as I booked on may 24 th and it didnot up to Chennai also please expedite the package as my tracking number is MRB[protected].please do it fast as customer is expecting earlier and they want to ship to usa after reaching it. Please do ship fast to destination.

Package shows in transit and not dElivered yet. Consignment DEL[protected]. I need it delivered by tomorrow.

Pls dont use professional couriers for urgent needs. They ask customers to adjust to theirr delays. They seem to have vehicle breakdowns and punctures, so dont deliver on time . The service is pathetic, very rude response from office and if we followup for delivery they say their tme is getting wasted. Even 4 km seems to be long distance for them.

There was a package shipped to me from Hassan to Bangalore. It was shipped on May 18th, reached Hassan on May 19th. Reached Bangalore on same day and reached the final destination on May 20th. Today is May 25 and the package is still not delivered. Attached is the proof for tracker.

Consignment No BGM16830331 booked from Belgaum (Karnataka) on 12th May'22. It has reached Proffessional Courier Pune office on 14th May'22 but not yet delivered. Following it up with office/delivery boy but no success
