My Husband being new to Kuwait had send a very important document through this courier. As the document was very urgent after confirmation from the courier service that it will be delivered in 3 days or maximum 5 days the courier was send by paying a handsome amount of money. The parcel was not delivered on time which had costed me cancel my International flight. The tracking of the parcel did not give us proper location .The phone numbers available online do not work. Please do not send any important document through this courier service unlike their name they are not professional at all.

    This is the worst courier services, the guy named Asif Khan placed out in Hazaribag, Sadar Chowk, Bra Bazar, Near Jack and jill school, having mobile no. [protected] is having very inappropriate behaviour, i asked about my parcel which is delivered to his office is talking in an absure manner saying its a wrong no. initially and later i told him my parcel is with him,

    Later he asked me to share all the details related to the parcel unnecessarily even if entire thing is mentioned in the parcel.

    Request the team to take strict action against him

      The delivery agent from professional courrier came today and he was very rude and unprofessional his tone was threatening and he was in a verge of assaulting us, we have ladies at home and my mother is a heart patient and she was very scared and became sick with high BP because of the behaviour of the agent.

        Courier sent from Vitla on May 5 hasnt reached yet to customer. When sending the package from from Vittla branch, they promised it will be delivered in 2 days.

            A local Consignment from Kengeri to Kothanur, in Bangalore booked on 4th May morning is yet to be delivered. (BLR[protected].
            None of the landlines given by the Company works!When approached over mobile, they finally call the Consignee, A Senior Citizen and ask her to pick the consignment from Hennur as they do not have a delivery boy. THIS IS THE HIGHT OF INSENSITIVITY AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
            ASS I WRITE THIS ISTILL DO NOT KNOW IF THE CONSIGNMENT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
            I NEED A REFUND AND MY CONSIGNMENT BACK

                  Product sent from Thiruchengodu on 4-May-2022. Tracking site is showing as it's received in Kovilpatti Hub. Have called and they said they haven't received this one.

                  Not at all getting response. They don't even pick our calls. This is very worst. Losing hope on Professional Couriers. Why is my parcel going to Kovilpatti if sent to Rajapalayam. Very lathargic staffs. Not responding 🤬. This will be my last experience with professional Couriers. There are other parcel services too and we shud opt for themselves I think. Time to shift.

                    Nellore TPC Store is Running in different address and they are not even updated in their website or maps and also, they are not responding to calls, their numbers mentioned in tpc website doesn't work, finally i found out the adress after 30-40mins, those guys are completely Arrogant and there is no proper response from tpc nellore, Escpecially tpc james garden, they dont listen the issue properly and one guy us there complete ### always shouting.

                      i had booked a consignment from professional courier with tracking id jal[protected] with provided all billing documents ewaybill . Despite of that i didnt received my parcel yet and it was booked on 27th april. Not a satisfactory answer received from their executive . They couriered some goods without bill and due to it my parcel is also stucked with custom they are saying. So what is the fault of mine i had provided all documents to you, its your fault why you taken without bill goods. I need my consignment asap.

                        I gave a courier to professional courier office, Court Street branch, Tiruppur - 641601 on 29/04/2022 to deliver it to Ahmedabad. My courier is still undelivered so I called Tiruppur office for help. A lady picked up the call and she started screaming at me. She didn't even listen to my problem and told me not to call again. My courier is very urgent which is to be delivered to Ahmedabad. As a customer I called for help to tiruppur office. She didn't give me Ahmedabad office number and location also. I am very upset by such kind of behaviour. The lady was extremely rude. Please take some action for such staff who cannot solve customer queries and is extremely rude.

                          I had sent a courier on 5th of April from Bangalore to chickmagalur through professional courier and consignment no. BLR[protected].
                          The courier was lost in route and it's been over a month and haven't found the courier yet.
                          It contained Oriflame products worth Rs10043 and I had given a claim letter also on 22nd only but I haven't got any response from the courier people.
                          I am very dissappointed with the service.
                          Please resolve this issue and the claim amount of Rs 10043

                              I have sent a courier via this service and they have delayed the courier and on top of that they are not even picking up the calls even at the corporate office.                                 Dear The Professional Courier Team,

                                I am feeling very disheartened to write this escalation to you.
                                My query is regarding the dispatch of the consignment with Tracking ID PRO13155125.

                                Regarding the delivery of consignment, I have not received any call from courier person for dispatching the documents.
                                Whereas i got a call from courier office @ [protected] stating that i haven’t answered the call but it’s completely wrong.
                                Even For them also i clearly told that i have not received any call. I have requested them to send again.

                                When i checked for the status, for my surprise it is showing in Hyderabad due to unreachability of address.
                                With the same given address am receiving the couriers regularly.

                                Again I asked My colleague to send back those documents form Hyderabad to Gajuwaka, even now i haven’t received my consignment.
                                Requesting you to dispatch the courier to my address on top priority.

                                I haven’t expected this kind of service from the Professional Courier Team.

                                  I would like to complain about The Professional Courier branch in Shankar Mutt Rd. Hassan -573201 Karnataka.
                                  despite many request to stop delivering the packages at the WRONG address, the delivery guy keeps on doing it. Myself and the 1st party sending me the packages have been struggling for couple of months trying to track and recover the packages. Upon inquiring my staff about the matter, they state the delivery man responded by saying..."This address is more convenient for me do deliver the package." After hearing this from my staff, i called nd spoke to the Shankar Mutt branch, and they had to search for my package and told sorry, we can give u the delivery person name and number you can inquire. When i spoke to the delivery person, he was rude, did not accept his numerous mistakes but still i pleaded with him to stop doing such practice as it is ILLEGAL to deliver a package to an address other than which the Party had mentioned in PRINTED sheet on the package. This has been happening for months now and it has started to negatively affect my business. Now i have no option but to have my regular packages to be delivered via a different Courier Company. Please help me in this matter, the fate of packages should never be left in the hands of a delivery person. Please do the needful and raise and official complaint respected Sri/Madam.

                                    This is Aiswarya Das. I have applied for PRAN card and the card is dispatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 9th April 2022 via Professional courier with AWB no: VPL[protected] which needs to be delivered on 14th April 2022 but it is not delivered yet. They returned the parcel without calling me Or informing me. When enquired with Professional couriers, Bhubaneswar they are not responding to any complaint. Customer care too is also not responding. I am helpless in this situation. Kindly resolve my issue and make my PRAN card available.
