Sir, I sent a mixie from thuckalay kanyakumari district tamilnadu to bangalore -560049 i told the courier office it is a mixie so handle with care but because of there irresponsibility the full mixie is broken when i received it.

I am not sure why but they dont deliver the parcel to home. Even if its something important, they wanted to deliver it to any of the shops in main road. What if its a company ID card and can be misused? This is professional courier and not some other courier.

If they dont deliver it to home, why do they accept the courier?

I courier my laptop from Ramgarh, Jharkhand to Hyd, Telangana but laptop is not delivered to destination address. And status is saying its delivered.
i lost my laptop due to mismanagent which cost me around ₹ 2 lakh.

Product dispatched from novelty cloth Store, lucknow on 22nd June but didn't receive yet and still they are claiming that it's stuck up in transportation

Sent a document from Mangalore to Bangalore on an urgent basis in the express delivery service (pro premium) I was told the document will reach the next day afternoon for sure. But the next day when I tracked the status it showed the items dispatched to Bangalore but even 24 hours later the status remained the same so when I tried to call the call center and customer care numbers none of it worked even the local mobile numbers didn't respond. Called the Mangalore office but they didn't know the status and didn't respond properly when I called the Bangalore office they said the item is still not dispatched from Mangalore that's why it didn't reach Bangalore. This is really unprofessional if they are not able to deliver on time they should not have assured us, I could have sent it through some other means, but they took responsibility and didn't deliver on time they showed no regret. They charged 3 times the charge for express delivery and deliver it like a normal courier. the destination office guy was so irresponsible that he said he gets the dispatch at 6.00 am in the morning but he opens the office at 11.00 and they check & sort all the items and then go for delivery...if this is how they give service they better close down their company...really pathetic service, not trustworthy at all.

I had booked a courier from peenya to manyata tech park, Consignment no-BLR[protected], on 04/07/2022, The Item has not been delivered.It has been held in thanisandra branch, When i contacted them the lady who received the call said there is no delivery boys and disconnected the call, afterthat i am trying there no they are not lifting my call.take this matter seriously and reply back at the earliest

I have booked a consignment No.HRD31333992 Booked from Bangalore on[protected]. The delivery of the said item was pending. I have followed up with many customer care persons but none of them responded properly. Everyone is very casual in solving the problem.
After a great struggle My parcel received at Hyderabad on[protected]. The issue was very urgent whereas, they have taken 10 days time to deliver the courier.
The worst service.

Today on[protected] Mon evening 7 o clock I was went to your courier office in Tiptur in order to give my 2 couriers, I was asked immediate POD number, Your employee was refused to give it, I asked why you are doing this is your responsibility, but your employee in Tiptur office name BHAVANA was treated ur very bad and also talk loose words about my bank also. She used some local words, finally she won't received my couriers, by experience of this bad service apart from your office I am raising complaint against this crisis, kindly take respective action about this bad service and illegal words from your employee,
Kindly take my complaint and replay me about action.

From Coimbatore to chennai a certificate has been sent. Via pro premium service through professional courier.
But it has come in folded and crushed manner.

I'm writing this complaint about the Professional Courier service Hyderabad. My PRAN card has been despatched on 30May 2022. The professional courier website shows the status as delivered on June 4 2022. They have not delivered it my address. They have delivered it to a wrong address. Their customer service doesn't respond to any complaints. Please track my PRAN card and deliver it to my address....

I have sent a parcel to bellandur(Bangalore) from Babusapalaya (Bangalore) on 22 June 2022.it was a pick up mode.next day wen I tried to track the order it was saying wrong consignment number. When I checked with the
Professional courier agent he said they missed to keep yellow receipt on my parcel that's the reason they couldn't track it.but the parcel has not yet delivered to the destination address. Now he is saying the parcel is lost..how irresponsible these people are..how can we trust the service of Professional courier again..can you people return my parcel?

My brother have couriered mangoes worth of 3400/- from Sulurpet on 20th June and as per the tracking product reached Bangalore on 23rd of June. No one from Bangalore office contacted me. Insted I have tried contacting HRD, Manager Unni Nair and customer service multiple times but no response found.On 28th of June the product was returned back. As per Sulerpet branch info the product got damaged.. This is not for the first time but this time I don't wanna loose my money. I need my money back and a proper action to be taken on Banglore Mission road employees. Please find the snap I have received from Sulurpet branch

The courier which was not received from my end but the status shows the courier has been delivered on June 22nd. I contacted one of the executive he said he will respond back after enquiring once then he is not picking the call. Need a clarification and delivery of my courier.

Today I got a courier to be delivered to home at Ezhome, kannur, kerala. but the staff said they don’t do door delivery( which was not mentioned from the sender location)and need to collect it from their nearby office and the staff was very rude. He was literally blasting on me as if I did something wrong
