Product has not reaching to destination address, which says we have to collect from courier office inspite of paying money and this is worst situation over happening around, if elderly people how will do this.

    My consignment was returned without my information back to the source by the Professional Couriers Pune khadki branch.
    They had called me to say that the address was in no service area, so I requested them to hold the package in their workshop and I will come and pick it up myself. They said ok, however next day when I went to their office all the way they blatantly told me that they returned the package by mistake and now I have to coordinate with the Delhi branch to get it back.

    The lady in the Khadki branch was extremely rude and said she will not provide any help since I mentioned that I never faced any issue with another courier service. She told me to reach out to the other courier service and not to come here for help.

    Their customer service is absolutely pathetic.

    I am not sure when I will receive my package.

          On 11th April at 1208h I walked in to TPC chengannur br office and gave an envelope weighing less than 0.5kg to deliver to Trivandrum. Upon hearing the commitment delivery being latest on 13th April i handed my parcel to tpc staff. Today being the 15th April the package is still in transit to Trivandrum. It takes only 20 hours to walk to trivandrum from my location. But it takes more than 4 days for so called Unprofessional courier company to have my package in transit to Trivandrum. Ridiculous service and this place is an utter shame to any courier company. When spoken to the company they have all lame excuses like rain, thunder etc caused delay for biker to connect package to Tiruvalla etc. Tried getting the management number to complain but in vain. Spoke to Tiruvalla branch and they advised me the package has to be collected from the courier company upon arrival at tpc kazhakutam br. The package is consigned to an elderly persons residence and they expect them to go and collect it which was not advised to me upon handing over the parcel. I would have never chosen this company if I had seen any previous reviews. All reviews of this company is only negative.

          My calls and WhatsApp messages have been avoided by both tiruvalla br and kazhakutam br.
          This package is to be given to a 3rd party to be taken to Dubai.
          Where is my package? I have absolute no idea.
          When asked to complain to the management the lady at tiruvalla br gave me her branches email id and I said that's no what I asked. She did not give me top managements email id nor telephone number.
          After few researches TPC kerala operations is in a shambles. Tpc staffs know nothing about delivery commitment nor is responsible. These staffs should never be in a time constraint environment who knows nothing about basic work commitments.
          Its a shame these franchises are not closed and still allowed to operate.
          I have the documents and proof of the company avoiding my calls and WhatsApp messages.
          This operation is an utter disgrace to any courier company.
          This company should be rebounded to The Most Unprofessional Courier!

            Please confirm the status of parcel with tracking MAA[protected]. The parcel was booked on 8th April 2022 but not delivered till today.

            We suspect that package is either stolen or lost. Please look into this immediately.

                My Family member is went to professional courier by my reference on 11/04/2022,
                for a EMERGENCY TIME of courier service for mobile phone from Pattukkottai to Chennai,

                1. On 11/04/2022 the courier office staff Explain the difficulty for the mobile phone courier. If you pay Rs.350/- for mobile phone courier, the product is safe and 100% guarantee for correct delivery, otherwise the product get may be damaged or missing. she is confused, she did not give the courier.

                2. On 12/04/2022 again went to the office for courier for EMERGENCY NEED, that time the staff bargain and forced to put the courier for Rs.350/- pay. she give the parcel for service and payment done.
                The payments not a problem.

                What they are doing in office, they try rule the customers like the staffs are like a BOSS. Such a irresponsible Behavior.

                  I have booked a parcel for my client last day ago. The package has reached the hub and the guy called my client to come to the hub and collect the parcel. She has requested him to deliver it to her house, he refused and rudely replied. Even i called him to convince to deliver the parcel he was being so arrogent and hanged up the phone

                    My parcel got shipped on 7th from Ahmedabad to Bangalore and I was about to receive it on 9th. But till date there is no updates on the tracking site nor the people are providing any information. It had return gifts for wedding and if I don't receive it today it would be a waste for me and I would be in big loss

                            We would like to inform you that Puttur courier and Nagari couriers are worse in service even after repeated calls and reminders they have sent back my parcel, Now who will pay the money back to me and is this is the customer service you provide to you a new customer who thinks that your products and service is best. I wanted to register a complaint if the same is not returned

                            Booked on 25th March, received to Puttur on 5th but not informed .sent to Nagari..those people called me. asked to send back to puttur also still they have returned the courier . Worse service by these two couriers. Pls we need that parcel immediately

                                    I had sent a courier containing a semester marksheet from Udumalpet to Salem via Professional couriers on Dec 13, 2021 but the courier didn't reach the destined address nor did I get a return notice or call from the courier office.So I went to enquire about that in the Udumalpet office but they asked for Tracking number which I have lost the receipt containing the tracking number, so how should I proceed with this ?

                                      I shipped a PC in 3 Cartons (1 Monitor + 1 Monitor + PC) from Agra to Bangalore via The Professional Courier, Consignment details are given below:

                                      Consignment Number: AGR[protected]
                                      Shipped Date: 24 March 2022.

                                      Firstly they Missed one of my packages. Even they don't know where it is. The other 2 Packages were delivered in bad conditions and torn.

                                      One of my monitors (Samsung Odyssey G7 32 Inches) was broken into pieces. It looked like someone has played football with it.
                                      Then I went through their website to look into the claim process. This is what I found "Our liability in case of any loss or damage shall not exceed Rs. 100/-.". And the price of monitor is 55, 000.

                                      PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME IN GETTING MY CLAIM PROCESS OR TEACH THEM A LESSON.

                                      THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE. READERS PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK YOUR LUGGAGES THROUGH THIS COURIER SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU. ANY COMMENTS WELCOME.

                                        Has courier my few gourmet food items, dresses and other regular important stuffs through your courier service (track id BLR[protected] from Devanahalli, Bengaluru(Karnataka) against PIN-562110 to Parsudih, Jamshedpur(Jharkhand) PIN-831002 on 5th of March 2022, which was further kept at booking centre for 2 days and sent forward at 7th March 2022.

                                        After receiving my parcel at a delay of three days I received my parcel on 15.03.2022 with full damage products because of careless attitude of your staffs.There is a mouse attack on my food items, packets are torn off my tshirt has been damaged and to my bad luck the majority items I couriered can't be of any use now. It is clearly visible that after a damage the staffs has tried to put another board on the side to hide it.

                                        I have trusted your services which failed to keep it's word. I need a help from your side I needed help and mailed twice and also called and informed but my concern is still unattended. I have attatched all the proofs below.
