I have parcel from banglore, and its in pune since 19 January 2021 but not delivering and saying come and collect else will be delivered next week. customer care agent abusing on call and threatening to misplaced the parcel.

    Quilandy branch professional courier reuse to deliver the parcel at home. They don't have solid reason why they cant deliver and behavior was rude when asked for reason. I cannot collect the parcel since my office time is till 5:30PM and courier office closed at 5PM. Also i have to travel 3KM to collect the same. Is this company policy?

        Product has damaged completely .
        It is still in courrier office
        while asking for refund they are rudely replying that it is not our responsibility
        Is this the way the Professional couriers are working ???

          The package was booked on Jan 09 and it was received to its destination professional courier office on Jan 12 . While we ring to the office on jan 15 yesterday they said to come to office for collecting the package we went there to office but the person at office refused to give us the package arrived as he dont like to switch on the system . Today on jan 16 we called him again and we demanded to deliever the package today as it was most urgent for us. He demanded 50 Rs for delivering the package today and was very vulgar on us .What kind of service is this ? They are responsible for anything .. please take action on them . Attached the required doc .

                Canara bank is having contract with professional couriers to deliver articles.But unfortunately your alathur, (palakkad, Keral based professional courier is not taking any article from march onwards, They were telling us to send our articles through speed and safe courier, They even visit our branch to deliver articles but deny to take any articles citing that sprrd and safe courier will deliver articles.While requesting them to come and collect articles they are telling that they can come only one day ia a week and as per their convenience.We have to send collection cheques for clearinf of emergency nature, Even they didnot take a foreign cheque meant fot charity received to a cancer patient and it bounced due to tome bound,

                  The product was booked from Trivandrum (Kerala) to Kodakara (to my office) on 8/01/2021. The location and the pin code was clearly mentioned. But they are not willing to deliver the product stating they dont have service in this area. Why has the product being taken at the first place if there was no service.

                  The persons called are from Chalakudy office. I dont know how it ended up there when my location is Kodakara. They are not willing to solve the issue but they are like, if you cant take then leave it here.

                  Please instruct to deliver the product to the location.

                    I had to deliver certain creams and medicines from banglore to Kumbla since the items where not available at my place the item was sent by courier on dec 31 and the item has still not reached Kumbla it’s been in dispatch state form kannur and not delivered till date that is 11 of jan . The consignment number is BLR[protected]. I tried contacting constipate care and helpline numbers everyone rudely disconnects or doesn’t recieve . This is making me helpless and I am scared for my package I needed it urgently now I just need it by this week because I am scared of it getting lost.
                    Please send to Kumbla asap this is important

                      We had some courier done from Banglore professional to kasaragod professional on dec 31 and it’s been 10days and the courier is still
                      In transit at the last point . The customer care do not repsond they are either switched off or busy every time and when we call
                      They say they are down on network they keep saying the product is in transit and so not a sure the delivery and we keep waiting . I don’t even think this is going to make any difference but I have no option of at all anything is possible please let me know

                        SHIPMENT NO - MAA[protected]

                        I Sent a Parcel containing important documents from chennai to imphal, manipur . the parcel reached to manipur within 3 days and is currently 30 kms away from the destination address, today i received a call from the courier office and told me to come and collect the parcel from their office, the place is about 30 kms away and i cannot go and collect it because i have paid for doorstep delivery of the parcel, If you cannot deliver then i would like you to please return it back to chennai and i will also proceed to take legal actions in conusmer court .

                          I m Meena, m online resaler. I was Book saree on last 12th December 2020, my vendor dispatch it through professional courier. But there service not available at my customer place so they return that parcel again to booking office without informing my customer.
                          Then I was contacted them at thiruchengodu office & arranged again delivery on the basis of custmer will collect parcel at there chakan puna office. After this, parcel again...

                                I am writing today to complain of the poor service I am receiving from Professional
                                Couriers from[protected] date of consignment shipped) to till now.
                                The delivery person from the company says that he cannot deliver the parcel and he asked
                                me to come to the office and collect it. (Person Name - Shine - Kotagiri Professional
                                couriers).
                                There after asking for a proper response he added that the delivery address is a bit far
                                (But it's hardly 3 kms from his office) and so he will deliver in two days.. It's been a week
                                now still there is no response from the office.
                                All calls made to their various offices including their HO and Regional HO which were
                                always busy, call after sometime, number does not exist and bla bla bla.. Even after the
                                two picked the call from the kotagiri office they said "i am out of office contact the other
                                one" .. It was surprising both said the same after calling twice.. They don't know the same
                                person was calling.. So it means the answer was to everyone who called, without even
                                knowing what the query is..

                                I trust this is not the way professional courier being unprofessional to conduct service
                                with customers .
                                I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to prevent a similar
                                situation from recurring in future to any customer .

                                  Consignor (Ms. Manchanda) booked a courier on 29-Dec-2020 at 18:38 hrs from Vile Parle Mumbai office of The Professional Couriers (TPC). POD No. VPL[protected]. It contained small crystals ear buds suitable for small girl child. Not a precious commodity. For this I have paid Consignor Rs. 5, 000 by PhonePe.
                                  The courier was addressed to me for delivering at my residential address F-803, Shree Venkatesh Lake Vista, Jambhuwadi Road, Ambegaon Bk, Katraj, Pune-411046.
                                  The tracking details available at TPC's website indicates that courier was received in TPC's Pune city office on 30-Dec-2020. The courier remains to be delivered till date. Usually it takes a day for courier from Mumbai to Pune.
                                  Even on 31-Dec-2020, the courier was not delivered. So I started following up with TPC from 1-Jan-2021. I kept enquiring by making 9 telephone calls at their landline number[protected] and 3 calls at [protected]. I talked to Ms. Rohini. I received trivial responses that they are looking into it and their operations team is on the job, etc. Finally Ms. Rohini gave me telephone number ([protected]) of one Mr. Anirudh from their operations team. I made 6 calls (1 call on 1-Jan-2021 and 5 calls on 2-Jan-2021) to this Anirudh, who promised me to find out the missing courier. After my last call on 2-Jan-2021 at 18:03 hrs, I found that his phone went out of coverage area and he was not contactable. May be my number is blocked by him.
                                  I have logged in my complaint on their website under customer care tab. The CRM ID is CRM375034.
                                  I find that the customer service is very poor and there is no real attempt in finding out whereabouts of the courier addressed to me.

                                  The desirable resolution is they find out at deliver the courier to me as soon as possible.

                                  Visited their Pune Main office on Tilak Road. As usual the down below staff was not at all helpful. So I sought to meet some senior person. Due to Covid, I had to talk to Mr. Vergese on telephone from their reception. He took cognizance of my grievance. Within couple of minutes, he got the information that the parcel was wrongly sent to different distribution centre and same is on the way to correct centre in Katraj Branch. He advised me to go to Katraj Branch. I found Katraj Branch people very cooperative and nice to behave with customers. I got the parcel.
