I have sent my courier 3 days back still my courier is not delivered also not getting proper update, worst service from professional courier.I have some urgent documents . I feel bad about your service.courier tracking no:

Very late delivery
I wanted my books but it's been almost 20 days late and I'm unable to study
No proper redressal available and no response on emails either

The courier containg my PAN card was not delivered to me inspite of my address being mentioned. I was neither contacted. My phone number & my address was mentioned. The reason of not delivering my courier was my address was incomplete.
The office is situated in Virar which has not delivered my courier.
I have uploaded the photo of the text message in which the required numbers sre mentioned. I have also uploaded the screenshot in which it is mentioned that my address is incomplete. The image of the courier containg my address and contact number is also uploaded.

Yesterday (Sunday) I received call from Mr. Anand Sharma (Contact no. [protected] / [protected]) regarding job assurance from Professionals Career and as per his instructions I have registered in the Professionals Career Job Portal. Further I have made payments accordingly as mentioned below :

Rs. 5850, Rs. 7550, Rs. 20, 060 and Rs. 18, 500 total amounting to Rs. 51960/-.

Now again he is asking to deposit further amount. In this regard it is requested to kindly get the amount reimbursed as I am sensing fraud from that person.

The courier sent from JP nagar, Bangalore was sent vide consignment no. 30923513 dated 19/02/2021 was addressed to Susan MartisNo.6 ELJIL, Dr. Raj Road, Chikkabommasandra, GKVK Post, Bangalore - 560065 is not received until today 27/02/2021 5pm.

Have been contacting professional courier and sent several emails which are falling to the deaf ears. The most unprofessional courier. we put our trust in them and let our parcels to go through their courier.

Please take stringent action on this courier and make them deliver this document.

SMA Exports, Theni booked a consignment on 23/2/21 through Professional Couriers for delivery to me at 3/198, Agraharam, Mannadimangalam, Madurai 625207.
Regret to inform that the parcel has not been delivered to me yet (26/2/21, 9.00 pm).
We seek immediate delivery of the consignment and refund of charges for the lapse on the part of courier company.

SMA Exports, Theni booked a consignment on 23rd Feb 2021 for delivery to me at my address, 3/198, Agraharam, Mannadimangalam, Madurai 625207 through Professional Couriers vide Doc No.TEN/APT 6942739.

Regret to inform that the said consignment has not delivered to till now (26/3/21, 9.00 pm).

I applied for a change in PAN card and it was not delivered to my house since one month than the courier was initiated. So i took the tracking# VPL[protected] and found it's holded by the Professional courier office in Perambalur, TamilNadu. When we went in person to collect the PAN card they asked us to come with a prinout of TrackingID that starts with VPL, which is not the usual process and enforcing us to do it which costs Rs.10 minimum. Then they finally said the courier is lost and they will give a call back if they found it.

I had booked a courier which consisted of clothing worth Rs. 7000 from Nelamangala Bangalore on Feb 17th 2021 and was provided with tracking number NLM60338522. After dispatching I kept a track of my courier but after reaching Delhi on Feb 19 2021 it was updated that my consignment was lost. The delivery sheet number is DDEL20525848 and the Address is: 152/5 MOHAN BHAVAN NEAR JAMIA CO-OP BANK SARAI JULENA NEW DELHI MATHURA ROAD-110025.
Later I called up the courier office on the above mentioned address over the phone[protected] the in-charge person said that the delivery boy who was on his way to deliver my parcel has dropped the parcel without his knowledge and was not able to find it and they cannot do anything about it. I kindly request to take immediate action against these irresponsible staff and get my issue resolved at the earliest by getting my parcel delivered.

Our consignment was couriered via The Professional Courier (TPC) services, Tarapur Maharashtra on 6 Feb 2021 to be delivered at Hyderabad.
The consignment was received at Hyderabad PTC (Patancheruvu) office on 12 Feb 2021. It is still at PTC & is NOT being delivered despite repeated follow-ups from Customer end. Kunal is the Patancheruvu representative handling the consignment & is saying that they do not have service at below mentioned Pincode.

I am unable to even register complaint on TPC site. It is

They are asking to come and take courier how is it possible.

My friend has sent the invitation in profession courier. I received call from the courier office on Feb 6, 2021 to collect the courier from their office in Kanvidapadi. For which I have asked the courier employee to sent it to my address which was given. She mentioned that she will deliver on the next day. But waited for a week no response from them. Then later reached out to the same courier office through phone. Her response is too rude and she did not hear my complaint completely and also she had hang on my call when I was speaking which is not the way to treat the customers. Attached the courier receipt

I had sent a courier (documents) by professional couriers on 8th January. Tracking number: HRD31485390. Status of the tracking shows 'In transit'. I have checked at the destination and courier has not been received. I have been following up over calls/emails but no response is forthcoming.

My number is SRT31226632 A PARCEL from surat, they dispatched on 23 january, but not received still, I have called the courier office more than 5, 6 times but no proper response from them. How they are very irresponsible? Looking for a solution

My company has been send laptop to pollachi professional couriers and no response about laptop received or not.

After 2 days we called and confirmed that whether laptop received or not. but my laptop has been received 2 days back.

also they are not delivering my laptop to my designation location and asking me to collect in some place which is not professional couriers office.

When i checking the contact number which is not accessible

Issue1: Not delivering in designation location.

Issue2: When we enquire about the laptop after that only they are checking the status of laptop.

Issue2: not able reachable with phone number[protected] &[protected]it says does not reachable. after checking long time found 1 phone number to call them.

As our M/s. ERIS LIFESCINENCES LIMITED contacted the delivery branch on 08/02/2021 it was informed to them that the goods will be delivered within day or two. Further to your information please note while booking the goods we have checked the delivery schedule which was mentioned DAILY ( Screenshot Enclosed ).

Also note that when we spoke to your Guwahati Office Incharge. Mr. Nasib Ahmed on 13/02/2021, we got to know that the goods are been misplaced and the reason was the person who carried the good has met with an accident and some parcels are missing and it was informed that the missing goods contains our goods as well vide Airway Bill No. DBL[protected]. Also he had asked for day or two to get investigated the same. Alarming to that we contacted the booking office in Ulhasnagar, Mr. Nilesh has confirmed us that nothing sort of accident happen and goods are been misrouted.

As spoke to Head Office on 15/02/2021 on Mobile No.[protected] it was asked for day or two for the feedback of our missing goods.

The product not delivered due to No Service area

1. No one from service executive has informed me that Lucknow address falls under "No Service Area"

2. After speaking to the Customer Rep from Lucknow He has informed me that its "Weekly Service Area" but suddenly they have returned the package

3. its been almost 10 days ..Still the package has not returned back and there is no proper response

It's your duty to give home delivery.
