My Tracking number is BHR50068815.

Despatched from Baghalpur to Hyderabad on the 29th of last month.

If you look at the screenshots it was received in HYD on the 3rd and today being the 11th also I havent yet received it.

I received a call on 5th from the Balanagar office asking me to go there and pick it up. Which i did not do.

However, on 6th I went to the Bowenpally branch and checked on my parcel as the balanagar office said that i coul;d pick it up from there on 6th.

However, did not get a good response from the staff there.

Have been trying to contact them by phone both landline and mobile numbers but no-one is picking the call.

I fail to understand this delay.
Today I called the haed office in hyd on[protected]. Even after giving my tracking number they wanted me to repeat all details of address etc to them.

Nobody really knows what is going on.

Please look into it and ensure the parcel is delivered today itself.

The courier was not received at the mentioned address.
But the tracking shows it was delivered somewhere else.
We enquired with the customer care (mr bharat) on the details of person/address of delivery. The reply was that they are not able to trace the address/person who has received the parcel.

I received a courier from Discovery book palace today. My address is 1/40, East coast road, Kottivakkam, Chennai. Where i'm getting couriers (even from small courier service) for the past 26 years.

But his delivery person couldn't locate the simple address, even though i told him more landmarks, also he called me 10 times in a day to get to this location.
Besides he shouts at me that I don't even know how to give a clear address.

Very much disappointed with the courier deliver person, Please take a action against him. Otherrwise it would create bad name for Professional couriers

I have booked a courier from pick up centre Sri Sai tours and travels kommoagondanhalli and after delivery they we have found that a dongle inside was missing and rest items was available.
and Courier was opened and again repinned.

Please look into this matter very seriously and we need the details as soon as possible with the product.

I have not got the parcel Order no: BHJ82071, it is almost 2 weeks over now. Customer support is not responding.

AML2155611 parcel did not receive sender send before 20 days, customer center not responds

One parcel weighing about 6.6kg was booked through their branch in Kavalkinaru by my brother Xavier, mobile [protected], to me in Hyderabad on 27 th January 2021. Still now I didn’t receive that, when we contacted the Kavalkinaru booking office they say it’s returned from Hyderabad but we are 24x7 available in my home in Hydrabad. There was any call from any body. This is happening with me third times. Here after I will not approach for my future courier service and I don’t recommend this people to anyone. People reading this one please be careful.

I courier a parcel on 1st feb at 17.31 pm at omr, padur, chennai branch.
The parcel contains medicine's for my in-laws and i taught on today (Feb 2nd) it will get delivered on time but from today morning onwards 10.43 am it was lying in pattabiram,
Branch, chennai and the person in-charge is mr. Saravana kumar.
The parcel didn't even move from the pattabiram chennai warehouse to the near by location out for delivery to my in-law's house at paruthipattu, avadi, chennai from feb 2nd morning 10.43 am onwards.
Kindly take appropriate action on pattabiram chennai courier office branch immediately, if not i may registered a legal complaint against pattabiram branch, chennai.
Very worst and bad service from a reputed professional courier company to deliver a parcel within a metro city like chennai. Moreover in your website we can't able to raise any complaints. Shame on you.

My way bill no-SGL215624 is received yesterday on date 01/02/2021 in that courier Bluetooth head phone was packed by my family member which cost is 1200/-INR and when i received courier yesterday i got wired headphone which cost approx-100/-INR, my family paid 120 rupees for courier and i have received simple local head phone instead of my boat make neck band from two days i am trying to contact all given customer care numbers but unable to reach right person need help for getting my content return .

We send the package with sealed brown tape from Ranipet.
They opened the package from the bottom of the boxes and taken chocolates & gifts from the package and re-selaed with white tape .
We send chocolates worth 50 USD from Qatar.
The taken 90 % chocolates from the box.
We complaint in the delivered office but no response.
We need the particular persons must be punished and we need refund for that.
My kids wait for the gift chocolates when they open the package they feel very upset and disappointed.

I have couriered brand new sealed Apple AirPods through Professional Couriers. The person at the courier service in Karimnagar, near court circle has put the sealed AirPods box in an envelope and stapled. Here is the consignment Note Number KMR3033045 on the Professional Courier receipt. Please investigate who in the Courier service has opened the shipment and stolen the AirPods from the box. This is a very bad experience with the service.

Packet containing official documents booked on 9.1.2021 to the Addressee at Ameenpur, Near Hyderabad, returned (no door delivery here also, we went to Professional couriers' desk and collected on 28.1.2021)as undelivered without any reason indicated to us nor any money was refunded to us.

We are from hanamkonda...they don't do home delivery...this happens every time..pls take action regarding this...as we r paying for home delivery only .. branch is near Amrutha theatre, hanamkonda, warangal district, telangana state

AWB - VPL[protected] its been a month of shipping a parcel and no updates in their site tracking, when contacted they claim its already delivered and showing fake cropped proof of delivery. They dont even tell us who exactly signed the POD and no clear proof they have. There are two consignments in the proof and including my parcel someother person as signed. I have mailed Professional couriers, until they sent the POD they reverted after finding...

I didn't not received my product, if we call to the shop owner he says all the products are looted what is this?is this what you do?this is seriously rediculous. I need my product back that person is not at all responding to my call or anything. This profession courier name is dilip from bhalki such an irresponsible shop .

Its has been more than 3 weeks and product is not delivered yet to my location.

I have Called to Customercare for Tracking Purpose.They said they will check and revert. But not reverted till now. Moreover I called to the Booking office where courier have booked ( Valluvar Kottam Profeessional Courier), but they dont know how to talk with Customer. The way of talking to Customer is Arrogant. Courier Booked on 22nd still now not recived to my end.

Dear Sir, I need to receive a courier from mudiger professional courier from karnataka to giddalur, andhrapradesh which is dispatched from there on 11/01/2021. Till today I have not received it. Kindly do the needful.
