    There is change in tracker status for more than 6 days now. Unable to contact the customer care as no one picking phone. I would like to know the status, If its not possible to deliver kindly return back to my address as the consignment has my original documents.

      Please help me to look into the Arakkonam Service provider.

      Issue : 1
      Last month we have booked a parcel of 40Kgs Seed to door deliver from Tindivanam Booking office to deliver to our home. They have accepted and booked with fee of 1600 Rs. Tracking No: TNM1040889

      After Receiving to Arakonam Service, they asked me to come n collect,
      Then I have arranged a person for collecting at my own cost of 150 Rs for which Arakonam service provider has paid me 50Rs
      He also asked me why do you book this parcel why can't you buy from local.
      I told them, if you can't do this service, please send back the Parcel.
      But he did not reply anything and not even send back. Eventually, I have collected at my own additional cost.

      Issue : 2
      Now We have ordered Cono weeder from KSNM Coimbatore, They have sent the consignment on 13th Oct 2020 of 7.6 Kgs parcel to deliver to our home, Tracking No : CJB1724053
      Consignment is received to Arakkonam on 15th Oct 2020 11.10 Hrs.
      They called us on 16th and asked what parcel is it?
      We told them the details of parcel.
      They told us that Monday 19th Oct 2020 will be delivered.

      Today 19th Oct 2020 we have called them for timing so that we can be available for collection,
      But they are telling us after one week only can be delivered and also asked us and also asked we are you using professional courier. we won't provide this service to us?

      Please arrange the consignment to deliver. Thank you so much

      They have asked the same question as why are you booked us.
      This time he is also doing the same.

        I was waiting for my pan card from the past 3 month and checking status regularly in the link https://www.tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=VPL[protected]&type=0&service=0 where we don't have options to connect with them because there phone unreachable or always busy and there is no response over email.
        One day, i have seen status is delivered with signature but not sure where the package got delivered or whom signature have taken.
        Kindly take the action to resolve this issue because not only me others also finding similar issues.
        I have never seen this kind of courier services.

            We booked two consignments through Professional Couriers as detailed below:-

            1. VPL[protected] To Kannur, Kerala on[protected]expected delivery date[protected]
            While tracking online, the last update as on date is seen as Despatched to Kochi-North on[protected]:20PM. It is almost 10 days over and when we tried to reach the customer care representative as well as the TPC, K Kochi office, the response is not clear and they are not in a position to locate the current status of the consignment.

            2. VPL[protected], To Kannur, Kerala on[protected]expected delivery date[protected]
            While tracking online, the last update as on date is seen as Despatched to Kochi-North on[protected]:20PM. It is evident from the tracking details that the consignment was sent from Vile Parle, Mumbai to Kochi, Kerala on[protected] but it reached the TPC., Chennai Office on[protected]. Further it is seen that the consignment was returned again by Chenai to Mumbai Vile Parle road on 22.09.2020. When we tried to reach out the customer care representative at Chennai TPC as well as the Kochi office, the response was not clear and they are not in a position to locate the current status of the consignment.

            Even though the COVID 19 restrictions are there for some locations, we also checked the TPS site for the PIN Codes 670621 & 670002 which is shown as 'serviceable'.

            When tried to get any clarification/query made with the customer care representative at the complaint cell at Cochin/Mumbai/Chennai we received a cold response and no proper guidance or clarity on the status of our consignment. Now we are left with no other hope other than put a complaint in writing.

            Expecting a speedy update and response on both issues mentioned above.

              Pathetic service. I sent a courier no.- KUR[protected] on[protected] from CBD belapur Navi Mumbai to Rudrapur uttarakhand. They sent it to another hub another state. Today is 15 and Still the courier in transit. Hopeless courier service. I can't even raise a complain on website as page will not go forward on submitting a complain.

                  Difficult to understand the issue. Tried calling the customer care of Professional Couriers-horrible customer service. If you are lucky and get connected after million attempts, you don't get a clear status.
                  I have no idea what is the state of my package booked. No support from Professional couriers. What a Professional attitude from the courier agency!!

                    I was booked a consignment for SBI, Devakottai branch on 7th Oct 2020 ( Docket no. MAA[protected] from your Palavakkam branch. But still now it was not delivered to the destination address .

                    While tacking it was noticed the consignment was delivered to SBI, Karaikudi. I dont understand this. The envolovp is clearly mentioned the " TO" address and your docket also confirms the same, in such condition how the consignment delivered to the irrelevant destination. ?? And so for non of your from your end noticed about this.

                    The consignment contains important documents pertaining to SBI, the Branch manager also keep on calling for the same. Pz do the needful immediately to deliver the consignment and revert back to me.

                        I received Courier parcel booked by A1 chips, Annanagar Chennai with 750 Grams of items missing.
                        Booking was done by A1 chips Annanagar by Professional courier with airway bill no MAA[protected] from Chennai to Gurgaon.
                        Booking weight was 2.985 KG with 2.5 kg of material inside.
                        On receipt found that only 1.75 Kg of material received,
                        Balance 750 Grams of material Stolen
                        Box was seen repacked in transit.
                        This is really unprofessional approach by Professional Courier.

                          Kind Attention: Customer Care Team.

                          I have booked my material through professional courier Premium AWB # PRO10712317 on 6th October 2020 from Mumbai for Bangalore.

                          It is highly surprised to note that my parcel is not delivered on 13th October 2020 till this point of time.
                          When I tried to track, it shows that same was delivered on 8th October 2020.

                          When I tried to call on customer care number, it is continues busy.

                          This is very high concern for me that your courier service is very unprofessional and there is no proper functioning to ensure the materials are delivered at destination.

                          I would like your executive to call me immediately on this.

                              I booked my consignment on 01/10/2020 through professional courier service at Antop Hill, Mumbai with consignment note no. PRO10542351 for Professional courier service center FATUHA, . PATNA, consignment reached at Patna center on 05/10/2020 but not delivered till date when my consignment has still lying at Professional courier service center Patna, when I called to Patna. PRO. courier they told me he informed Mr. Gautam Kumar, fatuha courier counter 4to 5 time but Mr. Gautam had not came to collect the consignment and when I called Mr. Gautam (Fatuha center) to know the reason why he don't go Patna to collect the consignment Mr. Gautam told I don't gate any information from Patna branch and abusing with me on phone. Here I don't know who is responsible for this late service. Mr. Gautam(fatuha service center) is not a good person for consumers and not loyal with professional courier service and Mr. Rohit Kumar too (Patna Pro courier service center). Plz. Resolve my problem I am very very upset with the behaviour and reply of your both service center.

                                My Consignment number (VPL2507592 And VPL[protected] Is in there Bangalore Nagwara facility for over a week now and my address is just about 4 to 5KMS away from them and they still did not initiate the delivery i am trying to reach the numbers shown on there website non gets connected or even rings during there working hours neither there website is accessible out side the india, I am away from India and i am expecting my family to fly back from india and carry my documents and they are least bothered to even attempt a delivery of one shipment at least, I had to order Pan card Twice to reach them before they Fly but NSDL used These ### and totally unprofessional courier service, I wish they could have just used Speedpost instead of these Scumbags and pathetic people, How are they even surviving and managing to get business in this tough and challenging market with this attitude and ### service, Most of them here have complaints about there attitude and service which is the highest amongst any courier service in india,

                                Now let me get back to what i want from you..

                                ### hand over my package to me or return it back to NSDL. And its not a request its a command if you don't deliver it within this week then even if you attempt ill make sure it is returned back,

                                    I want to inform you that our baggage (a trolley bag) was shipped with your courier . It have been reached Kottayam at 16 of sept 2020. But we don't get any delivery and not even get any calls regarding this. But when we gone to Professional courier Kottayam branch, they say’s no such product is there and they says that there where some problem in Kochi that's why the delivery is delayed. Now it's gone be one month but they don't have any responsibility about this product.
                                    So we want your help to get our baggage back to us. Please help us with that. Because that bag contain some important certificates and valuable products.

                                      I'm facing very worst customer service from professional courier. My parcel been sent by Tuesday 6-Oct and keep on tracking in online. I called many times to Palakad head office and chotur branch too. No proper response received. I got a information from Chittur branch as no service providing on Saturday and sunday.you may get your parcel by Monday.

                                      My courier sent as PRO for urgent work with important docs. Its been 5 days now, no proper response received. Very worst customer service.

                                      Still they are not calling to the given mobile number, harshly treating when reach them for inquiring.

                                      I want to file a complaint on this issue and need proper response.

                                      I wil post this issue in social media too for worst service.

                                      After 5 days, they are telling like, you can come and collect it directly from office, what nonsense answer why should I go for collection my parcel, what logic to run courier office in this worst manner.

                                        Above is my docket no and its in the name of akash agarwal. The remaining details can be taken from your system. Between the date of despatch and today it has been almost 9 days and the items has not yet been delivered. On inquiries with the local office in zirakpur
                                        M no:[protected] (Mr bhandari) says that it was received by him on 05 oct but he choose not to deliver it as it was out of limits for him (Delivery loc is not more than 3.5 kms from his office). On asking as to why was it not told to us when the package was being booked he says it is not his problem. On asking as to why was i not called after it was arrived then he says he doesn't have my number. On further request for a way out he rudely responds that "either you come here and take it or i will return it back to its origin". I told him that the desired money has been paid before despatch and this kind of behavior during receipt is un warranted and undue to which he responds "do whatever you wish to do i don't care". My submission here is that your employees are behaving exactly contrary to the name of your firm and bringing bad name. I have used your services earlier and never have i ever faced such a miser and unprofessional behavior. It is requested to instruct the subordinate to behave while dealing with his customers and kindly do the needful for delivery of my package without any damages to it.in case it is felt that this complaint portal is just a hogwash and is meant to just hypothetically satisfy the customer grievances then i will be forced to take necessary action to address my genuine issue.
