When it deliver to me...

I have shipped the laptop to my workplace from my home as I had to give it to the IT team. Shipped it on 21/09/2020 from the Professional courier with 2.760Kgs in total. And used the Professional courier PRO (Premium Service).

The local hub suggested that PRO is a premium service and there will be no damage to the package. I have packed the entire laptop properly with thermocol and other cushions required so that the shipping...

I had booked an item to be delivered to hyderabad 500068 on 7.9.2020 and the tracking window shows it having reached hyderabad on 11.9.2020 and still not delivered. The courier agent in hyderabad is not answering the phone and i finally wrote to the concerned people in the company. Today i get a call saying that they have lost the item in transit and that they are in the process of compensating me suitably but only by phone pe and by no other...

Consignment no. Elr487559 booked on 18/09/2020 and arrived to the delivery hub miyapur, hyderabad on 21/09/2020. Still it is with them only and though made the call to their franchise, item not yet delivered....

Very poor customer service, today o got a call from chengalur, poojapura, trivandrum branch and asked me to collect the parcel from there office, and their explanation is that due to covid19 they stopped all door deliveries. But they are charging the same.

i have done a courier on 7th September 2020 to Denmark from Yellandu (Telangana state, India) through professional courier services with a consignment number of YLD147679 they have charged rupee two thousand saying that courier will be delivered in 4days but its been 2weeks i am not getting any response from the service agents they are not even providing me tracking number . I doubt that they have not posted me the courier. please...

We booked order during 1st week of september 2020. For more than one week the status shows "dispatched to chennai on 9th sep 2020". But no change in status for more than one week. Vaniyambadi professional service is worst in handling the parcels (Pro premium). They collected rs. 750 but still the laptop is broken. A sticker was there on it as glass but no use....

Parcel consignment number hyd77586490 was sent on august 18, 2020 from hyderabad to delivery address in south kalamaserry (Cochin). On line tracking states that the packet reached the north cochin office on august 27, 2020. As of september 14, 2020, the packet has not yet been delivered to the delivery address. There is almost no customer support - no phones are picked up, no emails are replied to, even via facebook messages, no concrete...

Multiple orders which has been shipped to me over the past few months (Before Covid spread & now). Everytime the Courier office calls me and says that I have to go to the delivery office and collect. They told they don't do home delivery.
What's the use of courier service if this service isn't there?

I had sent a courier through professional couriers from chalakudy (Chk[protected], kerala on 11th july to mangalore infosys ltd. I can see the updates till july 15 th while tracking, it has reached bangalore pco on july 15th. After that there are no updates. I tried contacting different offices of professional courier (Chalakudy, thrissur, banglaore) and each one gave me a different story.in short, i had no idea about where this package was...
