It's really upset with professional couriers. I have not received my parcel.
Way no: pdr148933. Local team is also not able trace the parcel.

I ordered an Item online on and it was sent through proffessional couriers, with docket no:IXC[protected], It was despatched on 5th Aug, but it still hasn't reached me. The courier agency near me had contacted me that the Item was in their possession, bot won't deliver it to my home, I went there to recieve the product on august 21, 11.30 P.M and it was closed, the owners mobile was also switched off. I went on their website to complain but when I went to "contact" It just showed "server busy". I also called their regional offices to complain(Cochin, Ph:[protected], MOB: [protected]
Operations :[protected], But all of them was either switched off, busy or not picking up.

I request actions taken against them for such anticonsumerist behaviour.

In kerala the professional courier never delivers to door. They want the recipient to go collect it from their office. When spoken sternly they deliver . That was the earlier condition. Now they have taken a fake excuse of the pandemic and is asking the recipients to collect from the office. To this extent that in case the recipient is unable to get the package they sent it back to sender saying recipient unavailable.

The parcel no, maa[protected], from chennai -106 to chennai-602024. If prior action not taken will complaint to consumer court. I don't want to lose my hard earned money.

Courier has been sent from bangalore to kushtagi, dist : kopal by professional courier and the airway bill no. Is hrd30712134 dtd 17/08/20. The courier guy is not ready to give door delivery. The parcel contains medicines which is urgently needed. So kindly make arrangements for door delivery. And for your kind information, the delivery area is not sealed down.

I wish to inform you that i got a shipment vide above reference. it reached hyderabad on 10.08.2020. but the professional courier service at hyderabad neither tried to deliver nor delivered till date. i have raised a complaint vide crm349203. seeing this they have returned the shipment to delhi today as per the tracking. this is not the first time it happened. they create a lot of problems in delivering the shipments. generally i get many shipments daily from many services but they deliver promptly except the professional courier. i tried many times to speak to the customer care service at hyderabad but they never answered. they are very egoistic and tricky, damaging the credibility of the company. you can check through the customer reviews also. please take immediate action on the people and see that my shipment is returned to me immediately. an immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated.

I am from Kakinada, East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. I bought a material on line who despatched the same through professional couriers vide No JPR[protected] on 04.08.2020 (17.45h) from Jaipur.

Since then I have been eagerly waiting for the said consignment to receive. Now it is more than 2 weeks and as per the professional courier tracking system as to where exactly my package is. When we spoke to Hyderabad, they said that the said consignment is not even received by them yet.

With this abnormal delay by the professional couriers, the very purpose of by buying the said item is lost and demoralised me absolutely.

Thus, I request the concerned authorities to get me the said consignment atleast in the next 48 hours to avoid further loss and agony.

This is with reference to my consignment with AWB No SLG50080168 which is at the same location from 13th August 2020. After that there is no movement at all. Also when I am contacting VPL- BHAYANDER (E2) branch nobody is picking up my phone calls. Such a bad service from Professional couriers. If we can see the history of the consignment the item has reached Mumbai on 12th August 2020. But even after 5 days the consignment is not delivered. Moreover in the slip the mode of transport is marked as Air. This is the speed of Transport by air. Try to learn something from Bluedart and DTDC

Please note i am unable to track the consignment, and all my efforts to mr lalbahadhur in his mobile, office has failed.

I tried to call all the branches in mumbai, corporate office, bangalore, chennai, delhi, ahmedabad, etc but was not successful, since no one picked the phone.

Kindly help me to track the consignment since more than 3 days has elapsed. I do not know if the consignment has left mumbai

Treat matter very very urgent, and as a senior citizen. 72 yrs is much worried since all the officers, customer care center, not willing to help me a senior citizen

Parcel was dispatched from Jaipur on aug 8, 2020 and today is 17th aug without any update on the website. I tried calling customer care multiple times with no response!! There's 15k worth of clothes that should be received through parcel and still no sign of delivery!!

Can someone help with the status or help me escalate to higher authorities? I wrote an email to hyd branch twice with no response.

I ordered the product on 7th of august 2020.. The way no is : (Srt[protected] the so called the professional couriers service took it on 8th of august 2020 and from there on till date which is 16th august 2020, the item lies in surat itself.. It has to be dispatched to visakhapatnam, but it is still in surat doing nothing.. What kind of professionalism is this?? The customers are waiting since 8 days, and these guys are not bothered about the dispatch even.. The most ridiculous delivery services i have seen till date.

An item was dispatched through professional courier via tracking number blr[protected] on 7/7 from bangalore to karkala. However, the professional courier sent it to mangalore, udupi, hebri, etc. But did not deliver it.
Professional courier is very unprofessional.

They could have delivered it. But they prefer to be unprofessional.

I will never use professional courier again.

Good morning mam/sir.. I have ordered one product in online and more than a week product is not received.. When i contacted directly in pondicherry professional courier near balaji theatre the guy is threatening me like anything. Hope they have lost the product of rs.1500.. Treating me as illiterate and using unparliamentary words when we asked for the product...

Could you pls address it at early at possible.. We need the product at any means.

We sent a parcel from surat to lucknow and parcel not delivered to customer after long delay and customer support dont respond we tried contact lucknow location delivery point many times but they dont pick calls and dont respond, after all i called my booking point and surat head office after many calls i got reply that parcel can not be delivered it is in no service area so customer need to collect, customer told that it is very far i can not collect and if they can come to near by location we can collect it but they still not came and delivered the parcel, my customer have to visit the courier office location after long delay and still when he reached to office they did not attended call the poorest, laziest service and mental stress what we feel and customer has to take pain to visit office which was very far, i have tried contact to head office mumbai of professional courier sent emails to given mail ids but no response on call or email

From 3 days it's showing dispatched to our place courier service shop at my place but it's not coming to my house / hand, it's just 1.5 kms from my house to courier shop
I don't know from 3 days why they didn't bring
Last time also same problem 2days i saw & i went and i brought.

Product courier through a professional courier from shimoga on date 1/8/2020 to doddabommasandra vidyaranyapura bangalore-97 shanmukha sent to virupaksha bg, booking number-smg4236518, still we have not received the product i have called to vidyaranayapra courier office from 5th daily he tod today coming every day he telling today his behavior is very rude still not delivered the product but in today's tracking, it shows delivered.

It’s been 20 days i have sent a courier from andhra to haryana but it didn’t deliver to the given address, it returns back to origin what can i do?

The professional courier incharge (Named jagadeesh) in kalyandurg (515761) branch had charged me 1100 rupees, saying that he will courier the laptop in "pro" service from kalyandurg to bangalore.
But what he did was, he couriered it using "ordinary" service which would had cost 600 rupees.
So the laptop got damaged in transit because of his intentional work of sending the laptop without any care.
So please take action against him and provide me with the respective compensation for the damage (3000 rupees).

I did courier from bangalore to cuddappa (Kadapa) on 28/07/2020 through the professional courier which is located at mathikere, nearer to ramaiah college bus stop. The pincode which i was given to deliver is 516002. Still didn't received. They charged me double amount. Actual weight is 6.5kg and they told 570 rupees. But if they want to deliver has to pay 1140 or else they won't deliver like that they told me. I paid 1140 rupees. They told 3 days need for to do deliver to that address. But almost 10days gone. Still didn't received the courier

Parcel booked on 25.07.2020 way bill no blr[protected]Bangalore to mangalore - nelyadi) the professional couriers it has reached mangalore on 31.07.2020 but after that its to not shipped to destination til 05.08.2020 almost 11 days over called mr sunny nelyadi branch incharge mobile no: [protected] he said he is not received then called mangalore branch incharge no.: [protected] she said it is in uppinangady branch then called no: [protected] then uppinangady person said i have not received. Pls confirm after dispatching from mangalore on 31.08.2020 where the parcell is went.. Need delivery asp
