On 11th august 2020 we have booked 2 parcels (36.89 & 24.79 kg) of c/n no:-blr[protected] at the professional couriers, yelahanka old town, bangalore 560064. On 13th august 1 parcel (24.79 kg) out of 2 has arrived at the professional couriers, kochi north. We collected the arrived parcel and they informed another parcel (36.89 kg) has not yet dispatched from bangalore by showing the tracking history. We have inquired the mission road branch...

Package is in thane since sept 1, and has not been delivered to aged people.

Very poor customer service. The lady on the phone is not helpful. Most times phone rings and no one picks up. They claim delivery was attempted which is a lie.
I have lodged a complaint on the website, emailed the thane office, but no response.
Extremely bad service. Will not recommend or use their...

I am venkat m from hyderabad. My courier docket no 0209846 dated is 5th august, 2020. My and my courier booked at godavarikhani and destination is chengicherla, hyderabad.

I have not received my package till now. And even my package not showing transit details online from day 1. And this is 30th day.

This package is very very important and urgent for me. As my neuro medicine is there in that package worth rs.3100....

Docket no. Kur[protected] dt. 10/06/2020 .We courier item from mumbai (sewree) to raipur on dt.10/06/2020. It was received in your raipur branch on dt . 16/07/2020 but we did not received. After so many followup with professional courier raipur branch not respond properly . They did not receive call and not giving us reply . Your staff is very careless and arogant. On your website tracking it shows it is in raipur . Please look into the matter....

My tracking number is-rkt7795806.. This reg not received till now. Online show delivered they were say by mistake wrong delivered branch manger rathanam and delivery boy told stories till now now not received my parcel. Reg complaint is not taken at h. O regional office not rectified...

Awb bill number not trackable, parcel hasn't reached, reading the poor reviews I fear them, they are frauds....

A consignment awb no - mdu50010639 was sent from madhupur to ghazibad, vasundhara, jansatta apartments block e flat 102, pincode 201012 on 27th of july. It's has not been delivered and the awb number isn't trackable since days. And they don't bother to reply...

Booked the order on aug 18 2020. till now no update in online tracking and not yet delivered also.

I made booking (Consignor booking no. VPL[protected] of Dry Fruits parcel from Mumbai to Pen on 8th July, 20 through Professional courier, Matunga (W).

it was conveyed that it will reach in 8 days and receiving party has to collect the same from Pen office.

Now I am following from last 55 days, neither my parcel was delivered and even the parcel was not tracable anymore...

Even i asked my customer...

Sir, i have send a courier on 25 august from kollam centre to 44 km away pathanapuram and till it's not delivered.. Please take it as a serious complaint...

Already more then 20 days parcel dnt resived fr my coustomer showing the same tracking status...

Sir iam swetha from kasaragod. Iam a reseller my courier tracking number is vpl[protected]. This very argent one. Tracking status is received in mumbai and dispatch in cochin. I called more than 50 times. But didn't pic my call. Very poor service for cochin profational....

I despatched life saving medicines as a parcel from coimbatore to pondicherry on 14th aug 2020. The parcel reached pondicherry on 15th august 2020.
