The item when tracked shows having reached hyderabad l. B. Nagar and the to be recipient says he was not contacted by the delivery person. Besides, he as well as i have tried to contact the numbers available on your site umpteen times but they are not answering the phone.

Your intervention is solicited in this matter. Kindly sort out the issue immediately.

    Very poor customer service, today o got a call from chengalur, poojapura, trivandrum branch and asked me to collect the parcel from there office, and their explanation is that due to covid19 they stopped all door deliveries. But they are charging the same.
    Its becoming very unprofessional courier now.

      i have done a courier on 7th September 2020 to Denmark from Yellandu (Telangana state, India) through professional courier services with a consignment number of YLD147679 they have charged rupee two thousand saying that courier will be delivered in 4days but its been 2weeks i am not getting any response from the service agents they are not even providing me tracking number . I doubt that they have not posted me the courier. please do needful and take necessary action regarding my problem.

              Consignment no. Ldh[protected] is not delivered for our customer. We are doing reselling business. We ordered products for our customer at coimbatore. We booked order during 1st week of september 2020. For more than one week the status shows "dispatched to chennai on 9th sep 2020". But no change in status for more than one week. Our customer is annoyed with the service of professional courier. Please help us.

                  Vaniyambadi professional service is worst in handling the parcels (Pro premium). They collected rs. 750 but still the laptop is broken. A sticker was there on it as glass but no use.

                    Parcel consignment number hyd77586490 was sent on august 18, 2020 from hyderabad to delivery address in south kalamaserry (Cochin). On line tracking states that the packet reached the north cochin office on august 27, 2020. As of september 14, 2020, the packet has not yet been delivered to the delivery address. There is almost no customer support - no phones are picked up, no emails are replied to, even via facebook messages, no concrete help is provided. I am pretty sure my family friends and i will never use the services of profession couriers.

                      Multiple orders which has been shipped to me over the past few months (Before Covid spread & now). Everytime the Courier office calls me and says that I have to go to the delivery office and collect. They told they don't do home delivery.
                      What's the use of courier service if this service isn't there?

                      This is not due to " on ground challenges and limited staff" because I have this issue since last year.

                      I have no pending shipments, so I cant share the tracking number.

                        I had sent a courier through professional couriers from chalakudy (Chk[protected], kerala on 11th july to mangalore infosys ltd. I can see the updates till july 15 th while tracking, it has reached bangalore pco on july 15th. After that there are no updates. I tried contacting different offices of professional courier (Chalakudy, thrissur, banglaore) and each one gave me a different story.in short, i had no idea about where this package was and if
                        And when i will get it.

                        It has been more than two months now. Don't know only what to do in this situation

                          My parcel c/n is pon7942173, origin station pondicherry & delivery station dahej, gurajat.

                          Parcel dispatched from origin station on 27th july 2020, almost two months completed still not received my parcel & also no status update on my parcel.

                          Complaint raised in professional courier & mail sent to professional courier customer care's many times with remainder but no response & no status update on my parcel.

                            Parcel missent and missing

                            On 11th august 2020 we have booked 2 parcels (36.89 & 24.79 kg) of c/n no:-blr[protected] at the professional couriers, yelahanka old town, bangalore 560064. On 13th august 1 parcel (24.79 kg) out of 2 has arrived at the professional couriers, kochi north. We collected the arrived parcel and they informed another parcel (36.89 kg) has not yet dispatched from bangalore by showing the tracking history. We have inquired the mission road branch...

                            Package is in thane since sept 1, and has not been delivered to aged people.
                            Tracking number - maa[protected]

                            Very poor customer service. The lady on the phone is not helpful. Most times phone rings and no one picks up. They claim delivery was attempted which is a lie.
                            I have lodged a complaint on the website, emailed the thane office, but no response.
                            Extremely bad service. Will not recommend or use their service again
                            If the package is not delivered today, i demand compensation for hardship and the goods.

                              I am venkat m from hyderabad. My courier docket no 0209846 dated is 5th august, 2020. My and my courier booked at godavarikhani and destination is chengicherla, hyderabad.

                              I have not received my package till now. And even my package not showing transit details online from day 1. And this is 30th day.

                              This package is very very important and urgent for me. As my neuro medicine is there in that package worth rs.3100. My treatment is 30+ days delyed/disturbed because of you.

                              I am contacting your staff from 25 days. They are telling the same thing "by tomorrow i will do". Even today also he is telling the same word. His name is kiran, boduppal, hyderabad. His contact info kiran, mobile: [protected]. There is no involvement, responsibility, response to my query. One great thing about the professional courier “my package is status not found in tracking online’.

                              This is not a professional courier, better change this name to “professional courier”

                              And professional couriers service and response is very very worst/pathotic.

                                Docket no. Kur[protected] dt. 10/06/2020 .We courier item from mumbai (sewree) to raipur on dt.10/06/2020. It was received in your raipur branch on dt . 16/07/2020 but we did not received. After so many followup with professional courier raipur branch not respond properly . They did not receive call and not giving us reply . Your staff is very careless and arogant. On your website tracking it shows it is in raipur . Please look into the matter.

                                      A consignment awb no - mdu50010639 was sent from madhupur to ghazibad, vasundhara, jansatta apartments block e flat 102, pincode 201012 on 27th of july. It's has not been delivered and the awb number isn't trackable since days. And they don't bother to reply
