The parcel (Rakhi) was sent on 25th july, reached mumbai near receiver's address (Malad east) by 29 or 30th july but not yet delivered. On calling receiver and sender are being told to collect it from their office. If that is what we need to do, why do we give the job to you guys!?? And on top of all this, giving lame excuses and telling to call next day and next, inspite of knowing that it was a holiday on eid. Sorry to say but you guys keep to your name, such is your professional service - no space for emotions/sentiments. Pathetic.

I have sent courier on 29th july 2020 from hanamkonda to pune (411057) to my pg address. It is not delivered yet. While sending i choosed speed delivery they take it will take 2 days to deliver, but it is already been 4 days. I have tracked my courier it is still in pune pimpri. When it will be delivered to my address.

I have sent the courier on july 14th to thiruvannamlai.
The parcel not delivered and returned back to me on august 1. They are saying that due to covid.

When i asked for the refund over phone, they are saying won't give money back.

Really i don't know why they are booking parcels and collecting money and bringing the parcel back. They might kept my parcel in chennai itself and giving back to me after 15 days. Brilliant.

How can i get my money back?

I have send a rakhi from your courier no ixu420200 on 21 july., but it is not delivered till today in varanasi.
And varanasi address courior agent says ask to delivery boy how can i contact with delivery boy.

An employee named vinutha nayak in the professional courier office in udupi (Karnataka) is highly unprofessional. Yesterday (30th july 2020) i had to courier an electronic item to bangalore. For which the money i had to pay was rs.500. Upon checking in paytm by putting the phone number provided by them, i saw the name akash (Apparently it's her son's name). After confirming who it is, i transferred 500 to the paytm wallet.

They are now blackmailing me saying that the parcel wont be sent because they have not received the money. I even showed them money being credited to her paytm wallet. I even showed how she can transfer it to her gpay. Her upi linked to the account needs to be reset. That also i taught her how to do. Now what is the point in blackmailing me saying the parcel won't be sent.

If i don't get a confirmation cll about my parcel being sipped, i will bewriting the same complaint on all the social media platforms like facebook, instagram, twitter etc as to how unprofessional the professionl courier service is. You can reach out to me at [protected]

My parcel is despatch on 12 or 13 july, but wo 10 days se pune ke ek hi office me ataka hua hai. Wo call bhi receive nahi kar rahe. Kab delivery hogi. Very bad service. I am writing to highlight failure of courier delivery, Lack of response and unprofessional behavior from 'The professional Couriers' Mumbai.

My courier reference Number is KUR[protected] and Let's read foundation handed over my package to The Professional courier on 27.07.2020 and Today when i called courier service on [protected] Mr. Prashant told me that courier is reached at Ulhasnagar courier office but they will not able to deliver at my place due to Local trains are not working because of lock down.
There is hardly 30 Km Distance from my place to Ulhasnagar and well connected by Road, when i asked why they cant deliver courier by road, Mr. Prashant rudely answered our courier guy don't have bike to come to your place if you want your courier you have to collect from our office or we will deliver once Local trains will start.
I am really disappointed because of such unprofessional behavior from 'The Professional couries' they can collect courier from Navi Mumbai and come to Ulhasnagar but denying to deliver on half an hour distance, what's the logic ? why they accepted courier as they are well aware about local train issue.
I am calling again and again but now they are not responding on calls also, Its really worst, please help me to get my courier on time.

I am submitting this complaint because professional courier staff of puliyangudi, tenkasi district not trying to deliver the goods and not attending the phone always...

I sent the parcel on 22nd from chennai and it reached puliyangudi on 25th, they not attempted for delivery. and returned the parcel to origin on 29th.. I received the parcel..

for this consignment, I am paying nearly 100 Rs.. you are not doing it for free

The courier is reached to akkayapalem.branch on 25th but till now 28th July they didn't delivered the parcel. I have visited the branch akkayapalem and asked about my consignment number parcel MGI453754, They checked and said it's already dispatched on 25th July, I asked where is it, they said arilova branch. My destination is Relliveedi and how can you dispatch to arilova . They said they will check and call to me . I don't know where my parcel and didn't get a call. Kindly look into this issue.

I have send some Medicine with Packed Well. all are Glass bottles, also mentioned There is a Medicine on Glass bottles while Booking.

But when delivered the Package two bottles are broken, all the medicines are spreaded the Package.

From 10th march onwards until lockdown started i visited atleast 2 times in a week to get proof of delivery. Each time they asked me to come after few days. I visited once after both nagercoil office and kanpur office of the professional courier started functioning after the first lockdown. They asked me to come after 15 days to tell whether proof of delivery has been issued or not. I sent email to head office but there was no reply. I contacted them through facebook messenger. A few times they said they have informed the concerned persons and i would receive proof of delivery soon. But after that they stopped replying to my messages and till now i have not received the proof of delivery.

Please send proof of delivery or return the parcel to me.

I sent one parcel from nagercoil office of professional courier to kanpur address on 29/2/2020. The consignment number is ngl6487039. I am repeatedly visiting nagercoil office since 10th of march to get proof of delivery. Several times they told me to come after few days till lockdown started. Now both nagercoil office and the kanpur office are working from 10 am to 1 pm. Today when i visited nagercoil office they tell me to come after may 17. I have several times complained about this to the head office of professional courier through email. But they never reply. I need proof of delivery with the company seal to get refund from amazon. I asked udcon enterprises ayushii mam the parcel was not issued but the tracking details shows me documents delivered in palam july 18at 7:30pm

Tues day I send important things to kachipuram.. But not yet it delivered.. I called so many customers number they r not answered properly.. Very worst

Poor service and not lift phone calls continuously.

Worst courier service i have ever come across. Please please and please do not choose for gods sake. Their priority isn’t reaching the package to the customer at the right time. They are not even concerned about the packages, honestly speaking.
The response that i receive from them is like “we don’t know where is the package, we finding it out”.
They are finding the parcel since three days like what the hell?
It must be unprofessional courier service rather
The service in bangalore is very very bad, trust me.
No response at all
All their number are busy all the time, or it is disconnected.
Even though they answer, they start playing blame games.
