I had to recieve an item on 6th April but I received a call from the courier company saying that they will not be able to deliver the item because they are short of staff (which is not my concern) as I have made the payment so that the item I have booked will be delivered to the address mentioned. They said that if I will not collect the item today before 5.30 pm the item will be delivered to me on 10th of May.
This is not as a coustomer expect for the amount I am paying

Professional courier office at kuppam never delivers packages to consignee address. Not even once they have delivered to home instead they ask us to go to their office and collect it. If questioned he behaves very rudely. Uses abusive language.His name is Siva Sankar. Also says not book any orders.

I have sent courier from Chennai Virugambakkam to Hyderavbad gachibowali on 1st april 2023.

As it is Important documents I have asked them to when it can be delivered so they sad by 5th April 2023. So i have asked the if there is any speed delivery they asked me to pay Rs.190/- and it will be delivered by 4th April 2023.

I have paid amount for speed delivery and I have been seeing status like it is out for delivery from 3rd April 2023 but till now it is not delivered to other person.

And just few minutes back the status is saying that it is delivered but when i have check with other party they did not receive it.

I need a immediate action on this as they are very important documents.

I sent a parcel at 31st march [Tenkasi to pollachi]and parcel received 1st april as per professional tracker. I tried few more times to pollachi office and they are not picked the call. After some attempted they picked the call and they said, not possible to deliver as deliver person is on leave for 3 days. I met same problem previously and that time also they told this reason. they picked the call and said to come to office and collect, we paid for door delivery.As office is too far away from my town. And they are saying you can raise a complaint if you want. So give me a clarification is this way professional courier running ? We need the parcel it should deliver before 5th april. Now they are treating like worst. Even they didnt inform that courier was reached to office or not..just they are holding the parcel in their office and didnt update in portal also. whenever I tried to call, then they inform that the parcel arrived 2days before itself.

I am Gowsalya, I sent my very very important things through a professional courier to my brother who is in Kottayam, Kerala on 30th march 2023 having booking No. CJB89403406. Still, now courier has not yet delivered to my brother. I already enquired with the Kottayam office, Kerala from the afternoon and evening on 01 April 2023 to now, but there is no proper response from the Kottayam office. Kindly Help me to deliver it today or will send it to my address again.

I sent a professional courier because it will send Speed within time. But it is not reached until now. My brother will go foreign tomorrow. It is an urgent parcel. tomorrow Sunday and courier office also leave. What to do? Please respond to me.

This parcel was reached but sent it to another place & tell that Monday (03 April 2023) get your parcel.

Booked a parcel from Valliyoor to Pune on 21-Mar-2023 vide vli243337. The parcel has reached Pune Sanaswadi on 25th. It is still lying there as of 27th March. This has perishables (Fruits). Please expedite delivery.

A consignment No. vli243337 booked on 21st March, 2023 at Valliyoor for 3 KG has reached PUNE SANASWADI on 22nd evening 4 PM. Thereafter till 25th evening (now) it is still not delivered on last mile. Complaint also given and no action. This has perishables (Fruits) and will go waste.

Need immediate delivery without excuse of week end etc (tomorrow is sunday).

My name Is prakash anandappan working in Ashokleyland hosur as a Deputy manager, I got a message from Icici that a debit card was dispatched to me, I was called by a prof courier delivery assistant and I could not able to get the delivery due to my address was changed and I was asked to visit the Prof courier main office at Ring road hosur 635109

I was now here at the office at 7.30 pm today but the office was closed since I'm a working person I could not come early before 7.30 Requesting you to need ful.

My item with tracking ID PRC13299156 shows it's delivered to some other location, it is my TIICKET for sundays event, I need it ASAP, Please help...

My professional courier no is PRO13459839. I have sent the courier to lucknow city and I have booked the courier on urgent basis by paying extra 500 rupees. Now they are saying, that the area in lucknow doesn't have their service and asking to pick the courier from office. I have sent important documents for a government job to a government institute. How will they pick the courier? If the area is not serviced then why take money in the first place for the courier. Kindly help me in this matter.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the courier service provided by THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS company. On[protected], SHANTHI SOCIAL SERVICES(COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU)sent a package containing medicine(eyedrop for glaucoma treatment) through THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS service to ATHANI, KERALA(POD Number CJB[protected] . Unfortunately, due to the fault of the courier company, the package was returned to COIMBATORE without even informing me. when i asked about this to a staff(named sophy) in WADAKKANCHERY THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS OFFICE(they phoned me to take courier from Athani as they are forwarding it from Wadakkanchery to Athani) she was scolding me that such mistakes will happen if you dont want to use their service then don't use. I was surprised to hear such words from a staff that even after paying their courier charge i believe that they have a duty to deliver to the address still not doing and treating customers very badly and the same complaint was informed to a senior officer Ashok kumar in Thrissur office (mob-[protected]) no actions has been taken so far, now he is not even picking phone.
Not only did this delay the delivery of the medicine, but it has also caused me great inconvenience as I am now left without the necessary medication.As a result, I have no other choice but to travel directly to Coimbatore to obtain the medicine myself. Today[protected] im going directly to Coimbatore hospital as im feeling discomfort to my eyes as i was not able to use medicne yesterdy .

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by your company and expect that immediate action will be taken to rectify this situation. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution to this matter.

My parcel got delivered nd they even tools the signature after delivering it but i didn't received any .. now i don't know anyone to contact to my consignment number starts from BHO nd it has to be delivered at kichha, uttarakhand but it got delivered to a totally different place

Still now courier not yet delivered to my Client. I enquired with the karur office from 13th March 2023 to till now, there is no proper response from karur office. I called Alain branch to pick my doucment and to deliver dbx since 3 days they waste my time giving me different pick up schedules and different numbers and now neither they pick up the doucment nor they are answering my calls. I[censored] cannot pick up or deliver better to tell u cannot instead of wasting my times better I would go for others couriers

The courier submitted on 07.03.2022 from Madurai to Pune has still not been delivered even after 5 days. The customer service call was picked up only once out of my several attempts at Madurai and I was informed that the parcel will be delivered on the 4th day itself but still it has not been. Customer service calls were not answered at Pune and this delay is very disappointing.

I ordered a few urgent articles from an online vendor who belongs to Bhopal. through The Professional Courier vendor provided a consignment number BHO[protected] with me & according to the tracking information, my parcel was dispatched from Bhopal on 1st March. On 3rd March, it reached the Raipur hub and after that, I didn't get a single update on my package on the official website of the courier company. I tried to reach customer care over email & informed them about my concern, they registered the complaint and provided me with another CRM_ID BHOX000765 but it doesn't seem like my problem is resolved. I tried to reach Raipur hub customer care, but still no luck.
Please help me to get my package as early as possible. It contains articles for emergency educational purposes.

Hi,

I have couriered an gift parcel from Bangalore location, but when received the parcel was torn and an item in that parcel is missing.

I have raised an complaint against this, but there is no significant progress on the trace of lost item.

Got to know from the courier team that the item weight is reduced from one check-in scanned point to another.

When asked the team about the trace or about the refund, they are not at all responding back.

I ordered medicine through an online site and the delivery agent of the Professional Couriers refused to deliver to the doorstep (dated 11.02.2023) (2 different packages) they called me to pick them up from their subagent office nearby the city of my village which is a 4 KM distance from my hometown.
This is not the first time the same incident happened earlier too
I have raised this issue with the seller. I have attached details of the order and a shipping copy and an email screenshot of the seller's email complaint.
Kindly take the necessary action in this regard.
