On 15th my order was dispatched to hyderabad but today it is 20th but there is no update post 15th.
And it was promised yesterday that i will receive my order today.
Now am calling delhi customer care they told me to call hyderabad customer care.. And whn am calling hyderabad cc vice-versa.
What the hell is this??? This is how you serve customer? #!
For that i filed complaint in consumer court, hope it will get delivered by today itself, else i will movie this complain to fast track case.
Check and resolve this in priority basis.

My courrier numbers is MAA[protected]. we dispatch on 9th August but courrier not received till date and your costumer care person told me company not scan your courrier because of holiday i’m not understanding which one holidays going on because of your bed services i lost my buyer we never use your service and i case you in consumer court

    Hello Team,

    I am Mohammed Rahaman, I have a Parcel from professional courier, The Parcel has reached Hyderabad on 11th Aug 2019, And the Parcel is kept with the courier Office people from past 10 days. I have tried to reach on the Office number they never lift the call, if in-case they answer the call they will simply say by End of the day it will be delivered. Same story happen every day. I have checked the website everyday but there is no change in status.
    I kindly I request you to look into this issue as soon as possible.

      My sister sent rakhi by the professional courier on 12 th aug. It takes 2 days to reach belgaum from karaar. It was supposed to reach on 14 th aug, raksha bandhan was on 15 th aug till today also it has not reached. Actually professional courier person called me on 15 th aug and asked me to collect the courier from their office. Since i was not well i told him to deliver at home. He said he will come afterwards. Today is 17 th aug even today they are not able to deliver it. They are not picking up the phone call. Very insensitive courier, knowing rakhi is there they should have deliver it on right time. I think they are purposely making late to hurt hindu sentiments. Never ever send any courier by this service... Very low quality service

      When tracked it is found the same is delivered from STH Kannur vide sheet DKNR 26899. But the same is not recieved by me and enquired at kannur office.Proper reply not recieved and not responding the enquires.
      Parcel has not been delivered which is for medical purpose, when enquired staff are irresponsive, arrogant very rude attitude by Davangere professional courier staff. This is happening for second time.
      Please take action.

        I supposed to get a parcel which booked on august 3rd through professional couriers, i was checking the status in the website everyday, it was showing the update till august 10th only in the website on august 13th also, so i tried to call the customer care then they told me it reached to bangalore-marathahalli and they gave me marathahalli customer care number, but it was always ringing and nobody answered the call, this is the number which i contacted in marathahalli professional courier contact number: [protected], till 12pm on august 13th it was showing in transit only, then nearly @1.15 i checked the website then it wa showing already delivered with an authorized signature, but i was at home complete day on august 13th and no person came to deliver the parcel and i dint get even a single call also from any delivery person, then i did chat in wats app with that number which i mentioned as marathahalli customer care, i informed them the situation, then he replied saying that it is showing already delivered, then i told him i dint get any delivery, then he forwarded 1 person's contact number to contact him, this his name & contact numver-muniraj-[protected], then i called to that person and he was telling he gave the parcel to somebody else and he is not clear to whom he delivered, he was telling may be he gave it to security, but we dont have any security in our building, then he told me @4pm he will come and check but he dint come, i have all the proofs which can show i was trying to trace the parcel and was trying to contact customer acre regarding this.

          Hi,
          I'm Dipikka. My consignment no. KUR[protected].
          Whenever I check it's still in transit and no proper response from Coimbatore HO. They not even picking up the call. After a long a day, finally picked up the call and said we didn't received. But When I checked with Chennai customer care, they told already dispatched to Coimbatore and check the HO in concern city.

          I don't know where to check now. What the hell happening in professional couriers? Is this called professional?
          Not even a proper response and very careless answers.Please help me to get the package.

            They never try to contact me for delivery, by evening they messaged me by saying that i am not available at that time when the courier guy reached my location. I was there only, but he didn't contacted me using my mobilenumber.
            When i ask the concerned person, he responses me too worst like he wont call me during delivery. Very bad experience on this courier.
            It is a medicine. If he delivers properly only means, we will be satisfied.

              Worst courier service ever seen. I sent my courier on 01st August from Chennai to Kushinagar and it has not been delivered. CUSTOMER CARE guys are ###s. They don't even respond to your issues. Name should be unprofessional couriers.
              I request no one should ever use The Professional Couriers because they really suck at what they should do.

                I had booked the parcel on 7th aug, 2019 at jayanagar branch. Delivery address was banashankari. But the parcel is at katriguppe branch since 4 days and not delivered yet. Upon enquiring they say there are no delivery boys to that area. Really disappointed with your service. We opt for courier service because we want our parcels to reach the destination on time. If you have delivery issues please don’t book the parcel in the first place.
                This will be the last time i will be using your services! There are other courier service companies which do their jobs better!

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I am manjunatha u, icici lombard mysore people sent me a parcel through professional courier on the date of 14th july 2019, booking number is : mys22575213, since the parcel is from same city it take hardly 2 days to reach me, but till now i have not received, i called many times courier people and they are saying parcel was delivered to my neighbors house they didn't even call me before giving to others how can they handover important parcel to other people? And i checked with my neighbors few times and they are saying not received. I told professional courier people same thing. I told them that i will take legal actions regarding issue.
                  Finally they agreed that my parcel is missed somewhere. Last 25 days they struggled me like anything, there are important documents like pan, aadhar, insurance, rc, dl and cheque.

                  Still i am requesting them to find out my parcel because they are very important to me, unfortunately i'm not getting any support from them.

                  They are talking rude and irresponsible manner.

                  Please take action on my request.

                    The courier package had already reach the panna (Destination centre) but the person assigned to it is deliberately nit delivering the package. The package has reached 10 days ago. Also he wants me to pick up the package by self instead of delivering to the address... I have also sent too many mails to their bosses but didn't get any fruitful remedy.

                      My courier no. Srt-7972772, has been sent via professional courier 10 days ago, sent it has not been received at destination, when asked about this issue in courier center, they simply told, your courier is missing
                      The professional courier saying, the courier bag itself fell down from the vehicle and missing, they are searching for the past 10 days!
                      How irresponsible answer is this?
                      How can a bag can fall down from a locked vehicle?
                      There is no answer from the courier center or not from customer center till now!
                      I need a solution for this from professional courier!

                        I have booked the rakhi thro professional courier ixw50016897 dtd.31.07.2019. Till date, the courier has not delivered nor called. When i went the courier office where i booked the courier, i. E. Jamshedpur, kadma, near nilesh medical asking about the status, the owner (Mr. Shekhar) told that its not his responsibility that the courier has reached or not. Today also rudely told that this is not his responsibility and behaved roughly. This sort of professional courier service seems that this is not professional, its totally unprofessional service which ur representative is giving. Now after 10 days, neither the courier reached.
                        You are requested to take action action the jamshedpur courier office which is situated in kadma and also arrange to deliver the consignment at the earliest.

                          A shipment was sent to me from patna to wagholi, pune via "the professional courier" on 27th july which reached pune on 1st of august. The shipment number is "pat10132296". Upon tracking i found that it was stuck at sanswadi branch but upon calling them they informed me that the shipment was already sent for delivery on 1st august. Now i am trying to contact various sub branches of it in wagholi but they dont pick their phones or their mobiles are switched off. I also went to their local delivery shop but it was closed. The sanswadi branch people are also very rude and didnt talked to me properly saying that the shipment has been sent to me.

                            This is regarding the parcel sent from bangalore to bokaro - ​
                            Blr[protected]


                            ​today is 11 days since i sent the courier and the courier has not reached yet, the lady who is in charge of chas bokaro professional courier refused to deliver the ​consignment saying she doenot have staff to deliver the courier since 4-5 days.
                            Is this the way your company works is my question... I mean this is really not done and is not truly professional and doesnot stands with your name.
                            Really very very bad service. Truly dissatisfied and would like to have strict action and penalty on this delay in delivery
                            Also i have raised a complaint - crm290971 for this issue

                              You guys are not deliver courier at our doorstep. Service center asked me we do not have office near by at your home. So you have to pick courier at our work station. The courier center max 10km far from my home. After paying the so much money what benefits you are giving to your customers that i have to go so far to take courier. Your company do not having the delivery boy.

                                Worst service of professional couriers. I booked a parcel on 23.07.19 from palladam to pune in palladam professional courier office. But so far the parcel didn't reach the destination. While checking online with docket number it says the parcel is in transit and is not saying where exactly it is now. I contacted their palladam office on 29.07.19 and they said they transferred the complaint to tiruppur office and simply asked me to contact them. I have been following up with them daily since then but they are responding in lethargic manner that it will take more time to trace the parcel. Today (02.08.19) while i asked them they are talking in most disrespectful way. I am afraid the parcel would be lost. I filed the complaint in all the numbers they gave and given mails in all their mail ids. But no use. Anybody please give me suggestion how to tackle the issue.

                                  I had requested a document to be couriered to Bangalore(docket no[protected] by Professional Couriers. I made it amply clear that it was URGENT and it must reach today 01 August 2019. The courier was not delivered. I call the courier agent in Peenya (Phone[protected] at 5:30p and I was told it will reach the next day. I offered to come to their office and collect it. They told me it was not possible as they were closed.

                                    I sent a parcel containing important documents from palladam courier office to pune koregaon park on 23.07.19. It is not delivered till 01.08.19. I complained about it in palladam professional courier office but they simply asked me to contact tiruppur head office. I am asking them since 29.07.19 but they are constantly saying that they need more time to track the parcel. While i called tiruppur professional courier office today, one person told that they didn't receive any such complaint regarding that docket number before. I once again elaborated him everything and he says it take 3 more days to track it. I told him that i already waited more than 10 days and requested him to kindly help me. But he stubbornly told that they don't know where is that parcel now and if i want i can complain about it anywhere. I was so frustrated about such worst customer care service although we are the regular customer to professional courier tiruppur. The docket number is trp6880328.

                                        01/aug/2019. I have got a parcel to be delivered to my address and they simply blindly say that the address is not deliverable or servicable. Collect from office which is very far in the outskirts of the city. What is the purpose of courier then i would rather go another 30 minutes and collect directly from the sender.
                                        Looks like google review also says the same that they never deliver parcel and always ask customer to collect. Utter poor service.
