Respected sir/madam,
I have been sent a courier, through your services from tumkur on july 27, 2019.
On august 1, the regional office near me, contacted me over the phone telling they cant deliver, instead asking me to travel 30 kms and collect it.

My complaint here is that, i m being denied delivery.
Couriers are supposed to deliver to the specific address mentioned and also these have not been mentioned in your terms and conditions.

Kindly please look into the matter at the earliest.

I m send a courier from bangalore to thrikkakara. As per tpc it's reached - kochi rvp on 31st july at 11:04 still not delivered yet. I tried reaching kochi rvp hub phone numbers.. None of them answered my call&they cut my call, first i called to kochi customer care number one lady pick my call &she does't give proper response i am talking to her in middle she cutoff the phone, what a worst service experience from professional courier i suggest to all my viewers to not go professional. They are least botherd about client satisfaction...

After days a simple letter is not delivered from bellary karnataka to pune maharashtra. The distance is around 750 kilo metes. What a bad and negligent service by professional courier

I had to receive my ATM card from IDBI Bank which was booked through professional courier on 24th July.

I started checking the status and it reached to Peeniya office at Bengaluru, I contacted them stating I will reach to office and collect my parcel, then said it is dispatched to Mission Road branch. I contacted them again stating that to collect the parcel, the ### ### they did not even bothered when I contacted them they say again peeniya branch. I was played like football with those dum ###.
Finally after whole day of this rubbish thing, I waited another morning, when I checked the status it was still in Mission road branch, I contacted them again I said it is very urgent I want my parcel, those DUMB ASS lady she said me again to contact peeniya branch.
I was just going on circle n circle.

NOW THE ### ### HAPPEN AT 4:00 I'M CHECKING THE STATUS IT IS DISPATCHED TO MUMBAI

You guys don't have any responsibility about that?
U treat customers as ###?
Atleast you guys have contacted me before returning my parcel back to Mumbai.

After all this ### when I contacted Mission Road brach they are just saying me it was MISS ROUTED and returned back to Mumbai.
Who the hell is responsible for this, I would have collected from anywhere in Bengaluru.

Im calling to professional courier customer care from past 3 days to know about above mentioned docket status but im not getting proper response from customer care they are giving wrong information to me it will deliver monday but its already tuesday i did;t received that courier yet if i call one number they are giving anther number to call totally i have tried 7 numbers from past 3 days finally i called — [protected] to this number female staff was spoken with me it was very rude attitude she don't know how to talk with a customers she is talking with me in sleepy mood seriously this is not acceptable and also there is a way to handle customers she don't know that and — vpl[protected] — why its not delivered till
Now what is the issue i want this courier tomorrow before 12pm

Whenever we get professional courier in kurnool, professional courier office calling customer and asking to collect at office, if not collectd they are mentioning party rejected or door locked etc remarks and sending back.

My complaint is "why they are not delivering at address within the city" and if they doesnt serve then "why do they accept bookings". They should straight way say delivery not possible so that customer or company will choose any courier service or by post.

Whenever we get courier we need to take permission from our offices and go to collect from professional courier office is not acceptable.

I need explanation and corrective/ preventive actions to resolve this problem for ever.

I have send an urgent courier on 20/07/2019 from seoni to jabalpur (Docketno. 561354) it was very urgent. Normally it takes maximum 2 days to reach the couriering jabalpur but already 9 days completed andnobody is responding. Everyone is saying we have sent now track yourself.. Courier boy from jabalpur is not picking up the cell phone intentionally for 2 days i m trying... Who is going to take responsibility for dely and my loss.. Such a irresponsible staff.. I m going to file the case against this courier service..

A package was sent on july 17 from bangalore to pune pimpri region but i still haven’t received it. My residence is in hinjewadi phase-3. The package arrived at the pune pimpri outlet i think around on monday and they still haven’t delivered it. The guy who was supposed to deliver had called me on july 22 first and i told him since i was in the office, to come in the lunch break. And since then he has been delaying it. Everyday he tries to tell some excuse. It has been 10 days now and he still hasn’t shown up. I was told it will be delivered in 2 to 3 days from bangalore. Now it has been more than a week.

My father done courier from baramati track number is bmt-771154.

Its almost week, but not got my courier, then i got call from there narhe courier hub,
They said collect your courier from their hub coz they don't have their service in my area.

Next day they called on father number and said that our parcel is in pune main hub shukurvar peth.

Is this a joke.

Even i called on [protected]. Many times
But noanswer.

I want my courier at narhe hub so i can collect from there.

We have dispatched a courier from trivandrum – fort (Kerala) office vide lr number tvm9389118 dtd 16.05.2019 to cochin. We have checked with professional couriers trivandrum office that they couldn’t give us a proper evidence on the receipt of material. Neither the party has not received the consignment. They have tried contacting customer care number and nobody was responding for a long time. We are being regularly sending couriers on different locations and not expecting such a unprofessional approach from m/s. Professional couriers.

Still now the materials seems to be undelivered. We request for a pod and they couldnt show the same

Dear sir/madam,

On 15 jul 19, i placed the order with professional couriers for delivering of my parcel to okha, gujarath from mavelikara. The item has still not been delivered. Ref no mvk7116716.

They agreed at the point that i placed the order that it would arrive on date / within timeframe.

Under the consumer rights act they are required to deliver the item to me at the agreed time. As i have still not received item and it is past the agreed time.

If they do not deliver the item by date, i will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect them to refund me the full purchase price.

Hi sir, i am facing issue with courier service for the second time. I have sent photo frame, which was packed with bubble wrap and kept thermacol on both sides and packed safely. It was sent in pro premium service. How could they handle pro premium parcel so carelessly? It got broke for the second time. If it can't be handled with care, why pro premium services are provided..

I sent a document tracking ID "BLR[protected]" on 12-July-2019 through "The Professional Courier - https://www.tpcindia.com" but it was not delivered until today 23rd July-2019. They never contacted me (my mobile number is with the address), I contacted them few times but of no use, just simple reply with excuses and says will deliver today. Worst service ever experienced with any courier company. I am wondering how these companies are running without any ethics. I don't have enough words to complain about them.

The pnq[protected] at c24, kadam vihar mathura is received in ddplaza mathura office of professional courier but it may not be delivered due to the delivery boy is on leave. My packet is urgent and i request you to please make arrangement to deliver today itself.

Hi, i recently sent a parcel of photo frame which was clearly mentioned on it as it was a glass framed and to handle it carefully...
But the courier guy called and told the glass has been broken, so i asked them return it but when i received it the frame was broken into pieces, the frame is made up of wood with plastic metal how can the strong frame be broken into so many pieces... If the glass is broken it is acceptable but including the frame... This shows how careless is your courier guyzz... Who is gonna compensate for this to me... I strictly don't recommend professional couriers...

I had sent a courier on 10 july 2019 from mumbai to bangalore. The professional courier delivery guy has delivered to the wrong address and when i called them up (First of all, all the bangalore customer care numbers of professional couriers are not ringing no use of calling them) somehow i got the other number and from there i got some other person number who is from professional courier bangalore jayanagar branch. When i called him up he straightforwardly told me we have deliver the courier to the right place if you don't trust go and check by yourself however when i explained him im from mumbai i couldn't go and check thats why asking you to listen to my query properly.
From thrusday, friday and today i have been requesting them to atleast give me the number of that person to whom you have delivered my courier but again and again that guy is telling me he will call in 10 mins and disconnects the call however i don't call me back and again i have to call him... He picks up the call after 4-5 calls and again tells the same thing that he will call in 15mins and disconnects the call.
I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as my courier has some important documents in it and now im really worried about it
