With respect to the above subject, i would like to inform you that we are running a business at the aforesaid address in the name and style y. B. Associates, in this regard we will have inward and outward letters/couriers regularly, especially through your esteemed professional couriers but one of your professional courier at yeshwanthapur branch, is not at all providing the services in a good manner, the documents couriered to us from our client is not at all being served to us, when enquired with your branch officer they replied us it is being served and they have got a seal for having been received but the seal and signature is not at all from our office, our office seal is “y. B. Associates, tax consultant office” but in the received invoice there is a signature as well as some industries seal this clearly shows that it is being signed by your staff only or they are misleading the customers.
First time your branch office at yeshwanthapur had delivered the cheque which was couriered by our client to some other office and with a kind manner we had suggested not to repeat this kind a negligent work, but again your staffs at branch office at yeshwanthapur repeated the same negligent work by not delivering the couriered document to our officer and as well as not providing us proper information, when we tracked the same online its mentioned dated:[protected] “received at bangalore, yeshwanthapur” and on[protected] its “out for delivery” but till date we have not received the courier sent from our client from mysuru. This act of your is a clear case of negligence and deficiency of service.
Hence kindly trace out the courier addressed to our office as early as possible. If you fail to comply with a kind request, i may be forced to take legal action against you and approach any competent authority in this regard.

Every time we make a phone call or goes to branch to collect the parcel.
For example courier number blr[protected] not deliverd still 4.30 pm 18.07.2019 and we visited ur branch at shankar mata road shimoga and we personally collected the article.

Worst service given by ur courier delivery staff.
Please check and avoide unnecessary delay in delivery the article.
We asked ur courier delivery person and he informed that article available in shankar mata branch shimoga and please collect it and afterwords no response from delivery staff.

On monday my friend booked a courier in chennai parrys consignment no is [protected] still they have not delivered to me. Not sure why they have taken 4 days time within chennai.
I registered a complaint crm288093 but there is no action on this regards. I tried to reach them they have not given proper response.
Please take the immediate action to deliver my courier.

I have booked shipment from sathupally, khammam district, telangana, 507303 to jajpur road, odissa, pin 755019 with shipment no pro8813098. Freight delivery pro premium service on 29/06/2019 but till date not received. You have charged 480 rupees for this which is too high. As i have not received till date. I need refund of same. I have lost 35 thousand rupees as last date for claiming my bill's is over.

The package was returned to ILKAL w/o delivering at Bangalore.
Neither courier boy searched delivery address nor reached out to customer.
They just kept the package for days & sent it as "NSD".

On inquiry, they are saying the courier boy called to mobile, no one picked the call so they sent it back!

I have been doing online business for past 4 years but i had the worst experience with the professional courier at this time we have sent a parcel of two saree weight 1.200 from bhagalpur to pondicherry but when the customer received the parcel it has only one saree in it and the weight of the parcel is 70 gm. When asked about this in professional courier office there were no proper response i have tried asking chennai partner and pondicherry office they were not responding properly and when i spoke with the bhagalpur office i gave all details from then he is not attending my call or not giving proper response. It would be good to find a solution for this.

I have booked a courier using the services of professional courier on 26.05.2019 with the consignor name as m/s allen woody apparels and the consignee name sh. Naveen mukherjee, nilkanthapur, punpua, south 24, jaynagar, west bengal.

The said courier constituted wearing apparels which were not received by the recipient and this simply indicates that the same has been misappropriated when the courier was in the pipeline.

I have personally visited the premises of the office but no response for the same has been received and they have not extended any sort of helping hand to trace the whereabouts of the courier contents. So it is requested that the same matter may please be looked into and appropriate action may please be taken.

My name is vaibhav mishra and there is one courier is pending form professional couriers last one week as multiple time to call on [protected] this no. But the lady is very aggressive while talking and rudly replying, and now i am very much disappoint to her response.

So now i resolve my concern on urgent basis and look into this matter.

I had to courier a makeup product (Liquid). Since it is liquid it was firstly rejected to send across. Asked the employee as to what are the requirements to send across. I was told it should be packed in a seal proof bag with double packing. I went the next day doing the same and more (Triple packed) and still i was refused to be served by the employee saying it would ruin their documents. I understand that it was their professional concern but i had done more than what i was told for the package to be accepted for couriering. When i had asked for the concern person’s name as to who had served me the previous day they had refused to answer neither did they make an effort to contact him and ask.
When i had asked for a head office contact number or complaint number, the employee again refused service. On leaving i had informed them that their services need to improve as this small package was costing me three days delay. I was yelled at on walking out. Communication between the employees and service replies to the customers needs to drastically improve.

Dispatched on 2nd of june, has been more than a month and i have still not received my courier. The customer service is absolutely pathetic, your employees are rude and uninformed about their shipments. Your employees have been constantly lying about the status of the package, one day they say it is delivered, another day they say it has been returned to the dispatching party. I will sue these guys if i dont get my courier back in the next 5 days. Your service is absolutely useless and pathetic.

We had sent one cone of 1.06 kg 2/60's gassed mericerise bleached quality - highvalue added quality for market sample. Which has been fully damaged and delivered. The value of the product is rs. 600/- over above the courier charges. The photos of the damaged cone is enclosed here with

This is to inform you that i have posted a courier from ramnathapuram, tamilnadu on 22/06/2019. The courier was supposed to reach at kolkata (Area pin code 700115). While tracking the courier it was found that, it has reached at barrackpore, kolkata professional couriers office for dispatch to the area pincode and address mentioned on envelope on 25/06/19 by 5:32 pm. Since then it is showing that the courier is out for delivery, but still not reached its destination.

I had sent a parcel on 23 jun 19 tracking no del[protected] from delhi to bangalore. I was told it will be delivered in max 72 hours.
Since last 3 days it shows its in bangalore but till today (28th june) it has not been delivered. I have been complaining but no input on its delivery or location from the company. Everyone says will check and get back or call after sometime.

Have even sent emails on the same to head office and regional office.

I recently sent a courier via Professional courier service but it was marked as delivered in their tracking system on 24 June. Today is 28 June still they didn't revived the courier I also raised a complaint in their website but there is no reply from them. When I called the customer care number it's always saying number is busy.

Hello myself sara from hyderabad my parcel was coming from mumbai through profesional courier service with tracking number kur[protected] and since saturday its in mehdipatnam branch then it reached madina branch n til now i haven't received it and after calling soo many numbers finally they are sayin there service is not there and you have to come and pick up your parcel. I have experienced the worst service with professional service neither they do the delivery on time nor there is any responsible person to give exact information i suggest the worst service in all online services

I was expecting my hyderabad metro railway card from this courier, metro has already dispatched the card on 12th of june, 2019 but despite that my courier was not delivered until 15 days now, when i tried calling to the customer care, first of all they will not pick up your call and after trying several times my call got connected and the way they response is very rude and after some time when they were unable to answer my queries and they made me wait on the phone for 26 minutes and they disconnected the phone on my face.
I will not suggest any body to use their service because their services and customer care is pathetic.

Hi my dad send some parcel through the professional couriers. But they have given empty box. I have refused to collect, but what i want my refund.
And they are taking many days to come to home almost 2 weeks. And box was tapped by plaster. The parcel was costlier more. It is courier from mandya to bangalore, karnatataka. And the post reached to whitefield at last with empty box. Cost of the item is 2000rs.

I have not yet received though I approached Thiruvannamalai branch for past three days and There is no proper response from them. When the sender approached kovilpatti office They said that the letter has been missed by Thiruvannamalai branch Professional Courier office. I request to take speedy action

I have booked a cover addressed to Mr. Arunagiri, LIC of India Pollachi on behalf of our staff Mr. L. Shanmugasamy on 13.06.19 around 7 pm at Koundampalayam branch and paid ₹200/- the only note I had.The gift shop owner next to your office can vouch for me, because she only gave me that ₹200/- from ₹ 500/- I paid for the gift I for ₹, 300/- purchased from her.

But the booking clerk gave me four 10s only and I also left in a hurry.

After 5 to 7 minutes I remembered that I didn't receive the balance ₹ 100/- and immediately rushed to your office.

But they have refused to give and asked me to report to your head office today since I was out of station.

I am a senior citizen retired from government service.

I request to take appropriate action against the staff and manager who conspired between them.
