Somebody who cares consumers / customers,

This is to inform you that, i had applied pan card on november month and i had received message from nsdl saying my pancard was allotted and courier will despatched soon,

Later it was despatched from nsdl department on 19th november 2018 in professional courier (My badluck that they despatched in professional courier). But my consignment was not yet received till date today date is 5th of december, is this too much time will take in profesional courier to deliver??? Its patheticc, not even a single call was received from local professional courier branch, so embrassing!!!

I had checked my consignment status in professional courier website, its showing it was reached destination, so what is the reason it was not delivered to me, can i get response for this???

But very sorry to inform that i was informed by the addressee that the same was delivered on 27/11/2018. Since a medical document was to be submitted they asked me explanation reg late submission. I request to kindly investigate and inform me reg late delivery

I am writing this letter by lots of pains in my heart i have sent a courier with reference number ixm 1573466 from madurai, koodal nagar branch, tamil nadu on29/11/2018,
And the courier has to go to kelampakkam, post office, kanchipuram dist, near chenglepet, it has not yet reached there nd the status showing in transit. And called the owner nd got a bad response nd he told to give a consumer complaint or to do what ever i want
I need justice.

My friend sent one courier from surat (Contains shirt) through professional courier. But after 7 days when i check the tracking it's showing sent back to ahmadabad. When i called professional courier office ramamurthy nagar, first thing no one picked up the call. After several try one lady picked and told it's sent back, and she said i don't know the reason please talk to my manager. I tried calling manager complete day but he did not pick the call. After 6.30pm his number is switched off.

Dear sir/madam

We had received the courier it's very late. Please check and confirm the details of avr no blr[protected] in website they have updated wrongly person is not available. But we didn't get any call from professionals courier. So i need immediate reply of 1month delay. Which is the emergency letter from the bank. What is the use of the letter now. I need the solution other wise it will be escalate.

My relative has booked the courier to me on[protected] through M/s. The professional couriers vide. DC No : PDK5171400.
Till[protected]Today) the courier was not delivered to me.
Checked in their official website http://www.tpcindia.com & noticed that the courier was marked as delivered on[protected] itself.
Further visited their local office (PIN : 507117), inquired about my consignment & understood that the distributor...

A letter was given to professional courier with no pro7915854 at hyderabad to be delivered at gulbarga on 24/11/2018 at the booking time it is assured delivery within 48 hours since it is premium letter till now not delivered tracking shows it was in hyderabad for 48 hours this is premium service worst service
Now i request that rs.170 charges to be recovered from professional courier as it has not served the purpose

I sent a courier from bhilai for allahabad on 23rd of nov 2018. It's still stuck somewhere in bhilai... No update of status... No authentic numbers to make a contact... Or no one recieving the calls. The company should see into the issue and settle out the problem or else i need to file a case against the service providers for this irresponsible conduct!

Professional courier have not came to my company only and the boy made the statement that company is shifted, actually company is not shifted at all. When he came he has not called me nor asked any of the security guards at all. Some important document is there which I need urgently. When I called Customer care they simply telling call here there no one has given me the correct description I told them Keep in office I will pick it If they can't come.

Same are available at greater noida since 21 nov 18 and not attempted once whereas they marked door locked on 22 nov 18.
The shipment was not re-attempted thereafter.
Today on my query spoke person available on phone number [protected] told me that we can not do anything manpower is not available with us (Aadmi nahi hai).
Note: my house was not locked for single minute and no one visited the society, which can be seen in cctv footage of society.

Please tell me when my medicines can be delivered.

Nov 20th dispatched the parcel from chennai to hyderabad, but still didn't get delivered. Its reached near customer area again its reversing back. If called they didn't picked the call. Very worst service and because of this i lost my precious customer in my business. Customer keep on shouting with me. Kindly resolve this on urgent basis. And kindly give a warn to balannagar, hyderabad employees. Very worst persons.

I am writing this complaint because of the irresponsibility and carelessness by tpc (The professional couriers) i am a buyer and i purchased a product from a site and the seller sent me a receipt of shipping details for my bad luck the product was shipped through tpc on 24-nov, 2018 then when i checked the product stats on 25-nov, 2018 i found no details on their tracking site maybe! It will take some time i waited more 24...

Res sir i send one parcel from fatehabad haryana to telegana but this parcel not received yet to customer so plz take strict action regarding this..

I had sent a courier from kannur, kerala on 20th oct valued 1979/- rs

I checked online tracker :http://www.tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=KNR578674&type=0&service=0

It shows it is still in transit, and the last update was on 27th oct. No idea what happend to that courier. It has been a month
I tried contacting via email, no luck
I tried via phone - no one picks mobile
It tried landline pune - it is wrong number

The consignmnet number is knr578674

Booked courier in the professional courier under number: ssd10496201.

Actually it was received at balanagar hub on[protected], didn't get any intimation regarding courier.

And when i checked with my origin they told it's reached to balanagar hub, hyderabad.

I am continuously following with them since 3days (20, 21, 22).

20-noy-2018 - i called and got answer documents are scanning

21-nov-2018 - i called again, and again got same answer. I asked them how much time it will take, they asked is it parcel or document. I told its parcel. They told it's will deliver.

22-nov-2018 - i called again and they told it will deliver by eod today. Waited... Waited... No parcel.

23-nov-2018 - i called again and they told parcel was return, i asked why they told it's no service area.

My point is at least they should inform me saying that you got parcel, but it is not there in our service area. Please come and pickup otherwise it will rto.

This is very big surprising to me and i am following up with them continuously. How these people will do like this.

Because of 1 or 2 persons mistakes entire company is getting bad impression.

Please do the needful on this.

It was shipped on 15 Nov. still undelivered. Not response from Customer service team of TPC as well. I have been chasing them since long but there is no response. It has already reached destination 4 days ago. Still no one is bothered to deliver it.

I Have written to their customer care email as well. They did not even bother to respond. This is a prepaid parcel. No Idea how to lchase them more now.

My name is jangala koteswararao. I have booked medicines from indusviva health sciences pvt limited on 21.10.2018 12:00 at nelamangala courier tracking number [nlm90070821] for me. That was reached narasaraopet branch dated 02.11 2o18 13:06pm showing in your tracker. Dealer mr. Ramarao sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as it's an emergency medicine and that. Still that person has not delivered the courier and he was saying professional courier is not given loading charges for me. He saying "i am not delivered that"i don't care" and if you possible send leagal notice for my head office.
So kindly take immediate action on mr. Ramarao him narasaraopet.

I booked a document from professional courier office in perambur, chennai on 8-11-18 at 14:56hrs vide docket no maa[protected] to an address in mannachanallur taluk in trichy dist. Very close to samayapuram. I got information from the addressee that it was not delivered as on 9-11-18 and i immediately went to perambur office of professional courier and told them about it and the lady at the office took down the phone number of the addressee and said it will be put in the system and the trichy office will see it and deliver it by calling the addressee. But even as on 10&11-11-18 it was not delivered and inspite of the addressee calling your trichy office several times it was not delivered and got returned back to me on 14-11-18. The purpose fur which i sent the document was not served and i incurred loss. Inspite of going to perambur office they and your trichy office have not bothered to call the addressee or myself and deliver the document. I want an explanation and refund of the money i paid to your office.

You may also note that an earlier consignment i sent to the same addressee was delivered about fifteen days before 8-11-18.
So inspite of giving the addressee phone number your trichy office had not bothered to deliver the document. You may investigate this matter and give me refund of the money i paid to your perambur office.
