Booked courier in the professional courier under number: ssd10496201.
Actually it was received at balanagar hub on[protected], didn't get any intimation regarding courier.
And when i checked with my origin they told it's reached to balanagar hub, hyderabad.
I am continuously following with them since 3days (20, 21, 22).
20-noy-2018 - i called and got answer documents are scanning
21-nov-2018 - i called again, and again got same answer. I asked them how much time it will take, they asked is it parcel or document. I told its parcel. They told it's will deliver.
22-nov-2018 - i called again and they told it will deliver by eod today. Waited... Waited... No parcel.
23-nov-2018 - i called again and they told parcel was return, i asked why they told it's no service area.
My point is at least they should inform me saying that you got parcel, but it is not there in our service area. Please come and pickup otherwise it will rto.
This is very big surprising to me and i am following up with them continuously. How these people will do like this.
Because of 1 or 2 persons mistakes entire company is getting bad impression.
Please do the needful on this.
