My tracking number is kta942113. There is no proper information in the website. I have collected kovvur, andhra pradesh professional courier office numbers but there is no proper response. I have called hyderabad office number but they don't even lift the call. I have called head office number they will receive the call but won't talk. Whom i should talk to get my courier and know the status. It's already more than 10 days. Professional courier is tge worst courier.

My courier was picked up on july 4th 2018. To bangalore. It was received at bangalore-south on july 11th 2018. I never knew that one small courier would take 1 week to travel from hyderabad to bangalore. Even after being received at bangalore-south, my courier has not been delivered till date (As on 27th july, 2018).

When i rang up to customer care, they are asking me to send an email. To customer care. I asked them why should i take the pain of tracking and sending email to customer care, to which he replied that all customers are doing the same.

Worst service by professional couriers.

I haven't received my parcel, consignment number srt7847020, it's been almost 10days and still not received yet. It was sent from surat to noida and when i checked the status the parcel already reached noida on 22nd july '18. And now they have sent it back to ahmedabad on 26th july '18 for some stupid reason. They didn't even call me once. This is pathetic and horrible service ever provided. Sort this out.

Consignment no. 19403302. Its in pollachi office. No one is picking the call[protected]. But in booking office it is shown as delivered. Then we got delivery persons number also ([protected]). This number is also not reachable. We have already faced problem due to this pollachi office. As our address is somewhat interior, the delivery person is not giving it on the proper time. Whenever he has any parcel in that area then only he is delivery to our address. We are sending some important things where time period is very critical. Kindly take necessary action, otherwise we will move from your courier service as we are a big fish in that area giving more consignments.

I booked a premium package delivery to goa on 11th july 2018. I booked the package at the professional couriers office on mission road, bangalore.

Premium package fees paid rs. 190/- (Rupees one hundred and ninety)

I was assured of delivery to the recipient within 48 hours.

After several phone calls to both customer care offices in bangalore and goa, i was informed that there is no premium service of professional couriers in goa.
The package which was supposed to be delivered on 13th july, or latest by 14th july 2018, was delivered on 17th july 2018, which effectively amounts to an ordinary category delivery.

I have every right to be refunded the full / excess amount charged to me.

The professional couriers people are deceiving and extorting money from customers using lies and false assurances. This unethical practice and criminal fraud cannot be accepted and warrants legal action against them.

It is shameful that when the government is trying to curb black money and tax frauds, the professional couriers is blatantly engaging in such fraud practices. It is better they beg on the street than cheat people of their money.

I am Manoj, want to raise a high priority complain against Professional Couriers. I had one important courier to be received and it was delivered from source location on: 2-July-2018 and received at destination location at Pune Pimple Saudagar branch on 5-July-2018 through Pune Pimpri head office branch. The person who was appointed to dispatch this was even not came to at mentioned address and delivered the courier to someone in-authorized person who was not entitled at all to receive it .

My parcel with tracking no. IDR70003781 has been resting at Noida since 19th July which was sent from Indore on 13th.
The Courier person saying that we do not deliver in the mentioned sector in Noida i.e. sector 78
My question is--
1) they already delivered at this sector earlier also
2)
If they do not deliver then y din't they said this before taking the parcel...
This way the consinee as well as the consigner both are in trouble..as the parcel is nowhere n payment has been done...
They r nt even ready to deliver it to any other location.

My advocate, Mr.Premkumar sent a document through Professional couriers, Kilpauk, Chennai to be delivered to my wife, Dr.Usha John, AGAPE, Pattariyil, Kattayikkonam, Trivandrum-695 584.The letter reached their office at Venjaramoodu, Trivandrum about 10kms away from our home.They informed that we are required to collect the same from their office at Venjaramoodu and they didn't deliver it at our home.
This is very poor service.Kindly address this issue.

A courier was sent addressed in my name and the hospital I am working in muvattupuzha. It was sent on 17th from kollam. It was not delivered and neither did i recieve any call regarding delivery. On 20th i went and enquired, i was informed that it was delivered on 18th. The signature of the reciever can't be identified. Tracker id of my courier KLM 1920887.

I'm sending my courier from salem kandampatty bypass centre to thirrusur IES public school .Chittilapily. but the consignment no. SLM[protected].shows the status Of delivered on July 9th.but the courier not received by school till now. If I'm written any default address they call him to me and send my things return. But till now it's not done by ur.pl search my things. And return to me. Becos from address and to address both r clear. If any Pincode problem the send to me again .

I send a courier to kondapur through professional courier... courier reacted to d desired centre by 10.. but yet not been delivered to the address mentioned on d courier... tried calling btane manager and other mentioned no. They don't even answer the calls... wen the trcakon courier company contact him regarding the pending order they just say it will be delivered today n all...
It's already been 10days.. I need it to be delivered now.. and want to file complaint against the concerned persons attached below ...

Its a worst courier service. Customer Service as well as the employees are not responsible. I am a victim of this two times.. Package was sent back, and was circulated in my area without any efforts of reaching me. There is no way you can get a good response from their contact numbers. First of all, they wont pick-up the phones. Even if they pickup, they are unprofessional and rude - never gives proper response. Companies, vendors and individuals should stop such worst service for saving few pennies. Its really frustrating for your customers and finally the companies/individuals who uses these kind of couriers will lose their dignity and business.

Dear sir, last Friday(13.07.18) one parcel sent by my area manager from madurai to Dindigul address, but till now they did not deliver to my address... My address is near 1 km from courier head office, 2 times I cantact office, they told me if possible please collect my parcel at office, but courier sent door delivery... Please verify that and kindly do the needful... My booking id number 45578449.

My courier consignment number bcr46668 i placed the courier on[protected]. I am enquiring from 7th of this month onwards to nellore office and hyderabad office. They are saying that courier is missing we are trying to find out the courier. Please make need full favour to me. Please provide reply to this and provide confirmation.

And also send customer care number if available to communicate directly on these type issues.

I booked a document in Premium service and was promised delivery in 48 hrs. Today is 4th day and the package is still not delivered. No one responds to calls made to customer care or support nos.

The service stinks. The Professional Couriers people are a bunch of thieves and criminals cheating customers of their money and deceiving them with false promises.

I have sent 3.4 kg parcel which contained lenovo laptop and accessories like laptop charger, laptop power chord, hard disk drive external 500 GB and HDD cable from Bangalore to Adoni.

Upon receiving the parcel, we found 500 GB external HDD was missing inside the parcel box. Some one has teared the box and took the item inside it. It costs 3500 rupees.

Please advice how and where to book a complaint on this.

On[protected], we have a parcel from Mandya to Chalakudi tracking number:MDY2114475, valued for Rs.40000/- surgical instruments.We dont yet received that item yet, and not get any information about that parcel.We called more than 150 times for this parcel to their all branches in mandya and kerala, but no one gave us any information and behaved very bad when we call.Also we complaint by professional courier online complaint, but not get information.
same as this on[protected] we send an item from chalakudi to bubhaneswar, not received the item there and here also.called too much times.
No one give any details that item is lost or misrooted, We have a loss for Rs.60000/-as on both parcel.

My consignment has reached Hyderabad, Madhapur area on 5th July 2018 but it is still not delivered. Their customer service team is the worst one I have ever spoken with and definitely not helping. Their head office number is permanently not reachable. Even if you write to them, they forward your email to a address that doesn't exist. I don't know at this stage what I need to do to get my consignment.

I am supposed to get a parcel from Bangalore shipped on 19th June but till now I have not received it. I stay in Jorhat and the last update is for 21st June and it says received at Guwahati but they still have not despatched it and today is the 8th of July. I called the Guwahati branch and they said they'll get back to me but they never did. I called them again but they keep hanging up my calls. I emailed the head office to look into the matter. They directed the Guwahati branch to send the parcel urgently but after one day, my tracking details are not showing on their website. This seems so suspicious to me now. I asked the head office again but no response from their end now. Tracking number is HRD74729290. Please help as it contains my baby's stuff 🙏
