I have signed for 24 classes with zone studio whitefield on 11th feb 2019.
Till today (18th may 2019) i have availed 19 classes and i have 5 classes pending. I have missed couple of classes due to my late work hours and vacation. I wanted to finish my rest of the classes by this month as from next month i want to devote more time to my daughter as she will be joining school.
When i contacted him (Sharat - instructor and point of contact for this studio) today over whatsapp, he mentioned that my validity has expired on 17th may. As per him the 24 classes should have been availed in 3 months and he has given one week grace as he was on personal leave for a week. I was surprised by this information as i was never told that i need to complete 24 classes in 3 months. It was neither mentioned in his email nor on the payment receipt (Attached). As per him it was mentioned in some attendance register which i have to sign after every class, and i dont recollect reading it. This point of 3 month validity was never discussed with me.. Infact before signing up for this 24 classes i have signed for 8 classes with this studio on jan 3 and at that time he did mention that i need to complete this 8 classes in 2 months. So even if i go with this logic i should have 6 months to complete my 24 classes. He is not agreeing to complete my 5 classes even after mentioning that i was not aware of this condition of 3 months. I would like to raise a complain against this studio and sharat for this would request you to help me out
