Themobilestore — paid money online and bought cell phone not delivered yet | |||
Hi we have booked a cell phone online on website themobilethemobilestore.in on 5th feb. I received an confirmation order Id[protected] and a mail of shipment processed by first flight couriers on 6th but no tracking number. Till today I have not received any package and also all customer support numbers are wrong mentioned in their site. Help me getting my money back or getting my package. Change the address of the delivery to below address. These people are making my dad run from one place to another like anything. In this age he is feeling sick of running behind all. If this is not delivered to below mentioned address then I will screw you guys and will file a court complaint. They will not even pick the call when my dad calls back and he has to wait for long time fo them.
One more thing if the phone delivered is not new and not in best condition please keep in mind this is going to take a very harsh turn and be ready for everything after that. I have very much good hold of best and approach. I have already mailed the complaint to the Ceo of your company and other partners.
