I have deposited two years subscription for news paper online from January 2022 No coupon received as yet...

Today TOI news paper not received. Please check and respond....

We have subscribed TOI newspaper for one year from May 1st, 2021. We have not been received paper from February 1st onwards. We have called to agent several times. But, no use. Paper is delivering. I am providing below ;

I have subscribed 1Yr online e-Paper from https://epaper.timesgroup.com on 04.02.2022 (Invoice attached).

It seems that website is not allowing to download print edition, ePaper, of any complete edition of any particular date for Times of India or Economic Times.

2. Sir, this is not possible for me to read e-Paper only being online through Mobile, as our Home/office PC is not having...

I have subscribed to ToI and ET and residing at Samanvay Residency, South Bopal, Ahmedabad-380058, Gujarat.

I have repeatedly complained but Issue not resolved yet. Our newspaper delivery boy Raju Desai us delivering newspaper daily after 8:30 while all our adjacent societies getting newspaper by 6:30 morning.

Pls do needful and change delivery boy if he is not able to deliver newspaper timely.br...

Vendor id - 8133 (Deepak) stopped the supply of my newspaper since 1st Feb'22 and today when i called him why supply is not there, he told me that he has stopped my Newspaper supply from 1st Feb without intimating me because I do not sale him my newspaper scrap at his said rates. Just want to know if I am buying newspaper from TOI, then am I suppose to sell my scrap to them at their said rates ?
Why do i need to sell...

The newspaper was not supplied on 26th - it seems there was a quarrel with the distributor and no paper was again supplied today. The voucher has also not been picked up from me but it seems that even for persons from whom voucher was collected, they have not got the newspaper. What am I to do if you cannot organise your system of delivery? Please cancel and refund and I will buy directly as per my preference.

I am your reader of Times of India since from 40 years.
Just before few days I found that your local vender charging too much high ie: 440/- for 2 months, where as cost of your news paper is 4/- per paper.
On complaint with local vender, he accepted that he is doing since from 1 year, also accepted to refund the same.
But when I denied the next 2 months payment against my refund, he has un ethically stopped my paper.br...

I am Anjubala Rao and my Customer ID Is MU[protected].Subscription Period is 2/12/2019 to 4/12/2021.
Due to Covid I didn't received newspaper from 23/ 3/2020 till 31/8/2020 for which I raised a complaint in the month of July 2020 and
I got mail confirmation from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com that "it will get subscription period will be adjusted for as many days you have not received your copies".
But now...

I have taken the yearly subscription of ET and NBT. Inspite of that the vendor asks for delivery charges every month which is 30 Rs. Per month. The issue is why should I pay the delivery charges when I have taken the subscription. Shouldn't it be mentioned to the users when you sell the subscription that delivery is excluded from them. Utter foolishness of TOI group. Moreover, the numbers given in the subscription Letter doesn't exist....

I have changed my residence to a permanent residence last month (in same locality Kolathur) and had also applied for renewal of subscription which got expired in Dec21.
Customer care contacted me and took my online payment and took my new address and had intimated that they have changed the same and informed that a laptop bag would also be provided to me. The subscription ID provided after renewal was "CH[protected]" and I was informed...

I want to refund of my early subscription, as irregularities in news paper from times of india....

Dear sir, my Customer ID is CH[protected]. The TOI vendor who is delivering newspaper in our apartment is extremely irregular. Most of the days, newspaper is delivered after 8.00 am. Sometimes, it is just dropped at security office at the gate for us to pick it up. The last delivery was on 13th Jan which means today is the 6th day TOI newspapers have not been delivered to our apartment. I have already registered a complaint directly to TOI...
