    The newspaper still has not been delivered. Now I don't want to go for it,
    please refund my paid amount paid though online Amt 899 as early as possible.

        This is to bring to your notice in NRI Layout area of Horamavu Bangalore the agents of TOI are so inefficient that they can't even deliver paper even by 8.30 am despite complaining several times. My days are not complete without reading TOI. However. I need to get paper by 7.30 am post which I get busy with other work. I would request you to please have more efficient agencies in this area to avoid agency monopoly. My agent is not ready to listen to me because he thinks he has monopoly.

        I would request you to do something about changing this so that as a customer I get the daily delivered latest by 7.30 or max 7.45.

          I am from ujjain (mp) & our newspaper comes from indore City. Price of newspaper is 3₹ for Monday to Saturday & ₹5 for Sunday but my distributor is charging ₹150 per month & I told him to discontinue paper then he said we can't discontinue for this month. There is no proper response from times of india toll free number & indore centre number is not available.

              I had subscribed for an yearly plan of TOI newspaper on payment of Rs899 on 16th Dec2021. The Subscription form no. is SBT21429195. But I didn't receive any newspaper so I lodged a complaint on TOI's website with the complaint no. as 00825538 but there was no response so I made a call to the customer care number. The customer care representative assured me that she'll discuss the issue with the branch manager and get back to me but there was no further news. If I am not going to receive a favorable response on this matter then I'll be forced to register a complaint with the CONSUMER COURT regarding the same.

                                I have subscribed 1Yr online e-Paper from https://epaper.timesgroup.com on 04.02.2022 (Invoice attached).

                                It seems that website is not allowing to download print edition, ePaper, of any complete edition of any particular date for Times of India or Economic Times.

                                2. Sir, this is not possible for me to read e-Paper only being online through Mobile, as our Home/office PC is not having Internet Connection.

                                3. In view of above, please arrange to cancel my subscription and refund the debited amount of Rs.1178.80 to the original source at the earliest.

                                    I have subscribed to ToI and ET and residing at Samanvay Residency, South Bopal, Ahmedabad-380058, Gujarat.

                                    I have repeatedly complained but Issue not resolved yet. Our newspaper delivery boy Raju Desai us delivering newspaper daily after 8:30 while all our adjacent societies getting newspaper by 6:30 morning.

                                    Pls do needful and change delivery boy if he is not able to deliver newspaper timely.
