Dear Team,
I am Anjubala Rao and my Customer ID Is MU[protected].Subscription Period is 2/12/2019 to 4/12/2021.
Due to Covid I didn't received newspaper from 23/ 3/2020 till 31/8/2020 for which I raised a complaint in the month of July 2020 and
I got mail confirmation from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com that "it will get subscription period will be adjusted for as many days you have not received your copies".
But now I got to know that last date of subscription is 8/2/2022.
Pls note that I didn't received the copies for 5 months and 7 days.Then how come the adjusted subscription period is so less.
Need your resolution favorably.

I have taken the yearly subscription of ET and NBT. Inspite of that the vendor asks for delivery charges every month which is 30 Rs. Per month. The issue is why should I pay the delivery charges when I have taken the subscription. Shouldn't it be mentioned to the users when you sell the subscription that delivery is excluded from them. Utter foolishness of TOI group. Moreover, the numbers given in the subscription Letter doesn't exist.

In great distress I am writing this complaint to you about your Mumbai Zonal Office casual and non- cooperative attitude towards customers.

I paid advance three (3) years subscription towards newspaper TOI and ET in the month of October 2021.

It is a matter of high regret that in spite of the lapse of three months and my several call to call center I have still not received the PROMISED GIFT OF SET OF BED SHEETS for having paid three years three years subscription in advance.

I am really surprised with this casual and suspicious manner my case is handled by the group of Times of India.

Please intervene and help me to either return my advance subscription if TOI is not in a position to reply or respond my mail or a promised gift

I have changed my residence to a permanent residence last month (in same locality Kolathur) and had also applied for renewal of subscription which got expired in Dec21.
Customer care contacted me and took my online payment and took my new address and had intimated that they have changed the same and informed that a laptop bag would also be provided to me. The subscription ID provided after renewal was "CH[protected]" and I was informed that a quotation/acknowledgement would be sent first and then the bag.
It is almost more than 10 days but no feedback from Times of India. When I contacted customer care thru toll free number and selecting my native language Tamil, the customer care executives handling seems to be arrogant and not even listenting to my issues properly. Moreover they are repeatedly informing me a address where my subscription has happened which in actual was a house which I had stayed long back and had changed two houses after that and I was receiving my papers in the changed houses also. They are also intimating me to go to online portal and make a change of address wherein at the time of collection of money itself my new address was taken by Customer Care executives and informed as updated.
Kindly help me in this regard as I am neither receiving any paper, nor acknowledgement of payment and number as well as my laptop bag. Please resolve and also improve the service of your customer care executives who seem to be too arrogant and non-listening

I want to refund of my early subscription, as irregularities in news paper from times of india.

Dear sir, my Customer ID is CH[protected]. The TOI vendor who is delivering newspaper in our apartment is extremely irregular. Most of the days, newspaper is delivered after 8.00 am. Sometimes, it is just dropped at security office at the gate for us to pick it up. The last delivery was on 13th Jan which means today is the 6th day TOI newspapers have not been delivered to our apartment. I have already registered a complaint directly to TOI (Complaint No.[protected], but it is already 6 days and nobody has contacted us or taken any action to resolve this issue.

I have renewed my subscription last month... My subscription ID is CH[protected]... I have not yet received the coupon... The news paper agent is demanding the renewal coupon, otherwise he will stop the supply... Please send me the Renewal coupon immediately...

The newspaper distributor is providing newspaper daily in Kasavanahalli road, Off Sarjapura road, Bangalore 560035. I receive Newspapaer twice in a week, tried talking to the distributor who says he will give it whenever he feels like, but need to pay for month. This is not done. Please look into it urgently

I and my family have been efficient patrons of your newspaper from Ayodhya, but for the last one year, we are being deprived of the valuable knowledge we generally gained from the magazine and we are also getting lesser pages than the total number of pages mentioned at the very beginning of the newspaper.

Like today (Sunday), despite the newspaper having 22 pages and a magazine, we received only 14 pages and no magazine.

As mentioned prior, we have been a persistent customer of yours for generations. But we are very dissatisfied with the service this time.

We would be deeply grateful for yours if you could consider this matter and do the needful.

I subscribed & paid advance payment valid till 07 Oct 22 for TOI copy to be delivered. My subs ID is CH[protected].
Since 26 Dec 21 there is no delivery of TOI copy though the other subscriber in nearby flats are getting it regularly.
I sent 6 email to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com apart from many v
calls to customer care. Every time I get a system generated reply but till now nothing changed & i am still not getting the TOI copies.

Hi Team,

I had subscribed to TOI newspaper hardcopy in Jan 2022 as seen in the TOI website. My earlier subscription ended in Mar 2021. I had paid Rs 1500 online as per the prices enlisted in the TOI website (details of payment attached).

Someone calls me from TOI Kolkata office and asked me why I paid 1500 INR, instead should have paid Rs 820 for the subscription renewal. This was really weird, why is there so much discrepancy on the pricing? If I am entitled to Rs 820 renewal, I should have got the same pricing as per my phone number recorded on your database.

How can TOI compensate me with something better? I would request someone from TOI Head office to call me, I dont think I have a trust now for Kolkata office.

I am TOI subscriber. My subscriber Id KO[protected]. From the last few days, provider is giving different papar instead of TOI. He put paper silently and go away. Please instruct your provider I have taken subscription for TOI newspaper, not other one.
