Dear sir, my Customer ID is CH[protected]. The TOI vendor who is delivering newspaper in our apartment is extremely irregular. Most of the days, newspaper is delivered after 8.00 am. Sometimes, it is just dropped at security office at the gate for us to pick it up. The last delivery was on 13th Jan which means today is the 6th day TOI newspapers have not been delivered to our apartment. I have already registered a complaint directly to TOI...

The newspaper distributor is providing newspaper daily in Kasavanahalli road, Off Sarjapura road, Bangalore 560035. I receive Newspapaer twice in a week, tried talking to the distributor who says he will give it whenever he feels like, but need to pay for month. This is not done. Please look into it urgently...

I and my family have been efficient patrons of your newspaper from Ayodhya, but for the last one year, we are being deprived of the valuable knowledge we generally gained from the magazine and we are also getting lesser pages than the total number of pages mentioned at the very beginning of the newspaper.

Like today (Sunday), despite the newspaper having 22 pages and a magazine, we received only 14 pages and no magazine.br...

Please check TOI[protected] page no. 10 and[protected] page no. 12.Newa are repetitive for both days. Do we have shortage of news in india?...

I subscribed & paid advance payment valid till 07 Oct 22 for TOI copy to be delivered. My subs ID is CH[protected].
Since 26 Dec 21 there is no delivery of TOI copy though the other subscriber in nearby flats are getting it regularly.

calls to customer care. Every time I get a system generated reply but till now nothing changed & i am still not getting the...

I had subscribed to TOI newspaper hardcopy in Jan 2022 as seen in the TOI website. My earlier subscription ended in Mar 2021. I had paid Rs 1500 online as per the prices enlisted in the TOI website (details of payment attached).

Sir ur News paper dated on 4jan 20220 on page 3 in the coloum of New digest. There is a news about collage student dies of burns.. You haven't used proper gender instead of HER it's printed HIS so I bring to ur notice tat being a reputed news paper in the country making a silly mistake is a big issue so pls check it before printing...

I had renewed before expiry and yet since last 3 weeks no newspaper. I have been following up with Chennai CRM & distribution agents over phone calls, emails but no resolution. I had send several emails and innumerable calls for refunding the renewal as they don't want to resume the distribution of the newspaper. Hello there, we have subscribed for an annual package for TOI newspaper, since a week we are not getting newspaper at home. What is the use of subscription then? The vendor here gives one or the other reason everytime. It is his responsibility to deliver the newspaper at home, it is acceptable for a day or two, but he does not even bother to inform if it is extending. We have to ask him everytime. Does TOI have any issue with Cristiano Ronaldo ? It seems the sports page always has a tendency to demean him. Com there is no response till date, i try complaining on their toll free number which never connects to customer service executives as they are always busy doing nothing, on requesting for a call back option too i have not received any call...
