Please let me know the address and phone no of the area distributor for kotur garden kottur puram chennai.85 I understand the original dealer has sub let to some other person and he uses some school drop outs and they simply throw the paper on wet surface which can be read. Some times they failed ato distribute. when we call the sub dealer over phone he never responds. I dont know what to do further....

We purchased digitru hair sraitner from home shop 18 on 5.1.2017. When we opened the box there was no instruction manuel, so my wife has to call home shop 18 on 6.1. I had requested for a change of address on 7-Dec-2016 through mail to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com and got back a reply that I would start receiving TOI from[protected]. But still I haven't received any acknowledgement coupon. I had informed CRM Team about this delay and they responded implementation date is on 01-Jan-2017 and I would surely receive newspaper from then. Yet, I am receiving newspaper at my old address.
