The vendor doesn't deliver newspaper giving fake excuses even after having paid money for the entire years toi subscription. The times group haven't taken any charge after frequent mails and calls. This extremely high as compared to the cover price of (Rs. 8.50 per day for the combo). Request you to please take action against the newspaper vendor so that i am being charged the right price.
