We have missed 15 papers in last months and again he started to do the same thing from last few days.
So let us know if there is any issue from you end or this is happening because of agent irresponsibility.

There's only 1 delivery vendor in D-6 area of Vasant Link. He is fleecing all subscribers with Rs.20-40 charges towards delivering the news paper. Upon refusal to pay the amount, the subscribers are being threatened with discontinuation of services.

Requesting your help with stopping this illegal ransom that we are being asked to pay everyday. Being a big power house in media that you are, if you can't still stop this, I would rather not subscribe to your news paper.

I have changed my address and inspite of calling the concerned branch near my area, no initiative has been taken from your end and now the respective number is not reachable. This is the kind of service your company is providing to customers. I hope that adequate attention will be taken by the company to retain their old customers like me and provide timely service to resolve my grievance.

I hope my query will be resolved as soon as possible.

The lt general KS Brar, not able to sell his land at Alibaug, as it was marked as reserve forest, in 1998, but it was classified as agricultural land before 1998,
Mine is also exactly similar case.
I had sent an email to the correspondent, , but he didn't respond, and I also searched supreme court case lists, but not found.
I think the news is wrong, please confirm the veracity by giving case number, other details or condemn the correspondent.

I have paid the subscription and the newspapers (Times of India & Economic Times) were to be delivered from 1st September, 2016 but sorry to say that no delivery of papers have been done till this date and I do not know whether it will be delivered from tomorrow. So its a waste of money.

You have an assistance phone number[protected] where you can never get to talk to the customer service representative as he is always busy. You will never get a reply back even if you leave your phone number or the phone by which you have called.

I do not know what is the remedy. Whether the newspapers will be delivered for which I have already subscribed.

I had a TOI Annual Subscription which expired on 30th June, 2016. Your company called me and deputed a person to renew the subscription. One lady came and filled up the form. In spite of my repeated requests, she did not produce her TOI Identity Card for verification. I told her to show me the identity and then only I will give her the cheque. She refused to do and left saying your subscription will not be renewed.

I was astonished to see this type of a behaviour. I reached your office around 12th August and reported to this to TOI Subscription department.They said the TOI subscription offer is no more available. I wonder how come your organisation operates. Highly unprofessional, unethical.

This is to bring to your kind notice that we had issued a cheque no-83 Dated-05/07/2015 Drawn at Bank Of Baroda ( Statement attached)in favor of Times of India for subscription of Times of India issue for 15 months.(July 2015 to September 2016). We regret to inform you that we are not getting our copy of the newspaper since June 2016. In addition to this, we are being over charged by the newspaper vendor in the name of delivery charges, i.e. differently for two newspapers, delivered by the same vendor and to the same reader. On enquiring about the same, the vendor ( Sumit Poddar) misbehaved with me saying "take the newspaper if you are interested, otherwise don't. I will charge like this only'. I complained to your customer care at crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com via e-mail on 18th of July 2016. The complaint was forwarded to Mr.Karan Sharma by your department. He visited our house along with Mr.Gopal. Mr.Gopal was of the view that the newspaper vendor was right in charging the delivery charges and as far as the issue of non-delivering the newspaper I should contact the vendor to resolve this issue and they are not able to do anything in this regard.

After so many efforts I obtained the contact no. of Mr.Negi, a senior official of TOI. He promised me several times for resolving this issue but he did not do anything in this regard. And when I spoke to him last, It was apparent from his views also that the vendor is right and they could not do anything in regard of delivering the newspaper, for which the subscription money has already been paid in advance for 15 months directly to the Times of India.
This is a matter of big surprise to me that how the company (who already received the subscription money in advance to deliver the newspaper for 15 month) can deny and say that they can’t do anything in this regard.
In the light of the above facts, it is apparent that either the TOI is at the disposal of the vendors or there is some kind of a scam in TOI, in the name of delivery charges and delivering the newspaper.
I would like to bring to the notice of the authorities that I am being deprived of my right to have the basic necessity, i.e.newspaper and the right to be educated.
I would like to request the concerned authorities to intervene into this matter and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
As I’ve been already running behind your officers and requesting them to resolve the issue since two months, now I expect the concern high authorities will take this matter seriously.
Any further delay in this matter would definitely force me to escalate this matter to the litigation and to the media as well.

I have taken one subscription of times of india during march 2016 and given cheque (Cheque no. 34746 of central bank of india). At that time i was staying in flat no 703 sarangi lokpuram, pokhran road no 2 thane west. Now i shifted to flat no 701/ b-1 cent pearl appartment. Sector 8b cbd belapur. Today i spoken to your customer care no [protected] and i have been informed that your details are not available with us.

I have already submitted the coupon to thane vendor (Mr yadav [protected]) and now i do not have any papers related to subscription except my cheque details.

As my cheque is already debited, please inform me how my details are not available.

I am very pity to state that after lapsing 16-17 days toi has not done any thing in grievances as stated by me. Since 24.07.2016 i am not getting my news papers. I request to start my subscription at my new address : flat no 701/b-1 cent pearl apartment, sector 8-b, cbd belapur ar earliest.

I am also not getting any satisfactory answer from your customer care number. Please do the needful at earliest.

I had booked my copy of TOI at a special subscription price of Rs.795/- on 14.05.2016 and a receipt was issued vide no. DCH0105546. I have since been following up with him for my subscription coupons but unfortunately he has been avoiding the same. I have been reading TOI since ages but this is my first experience of apathy. The vendor doesn't deliver newspaper giving fake excuses even after having paid money for the entire years toi subscription. The times group haven't taken any charge after frequent mails and calls. The vendor also has maladaptive behaviour towards my family in the past. The mails have been sent to times group are ignored when i mentioned that i'd visit the consumer court forum. I have a subscription of times of india and navbharat times combo and my newspaper vendor is charging me rs. 650/- per month for the same. This extremely high as compared to the cover price of (Rs. 8.50 per day for the combo). Request you to please take action against the newspaper vendor so that i am being charged the right price.

Sir/madam,
I am staying in 550, sector 9a, gurgaon and i have been taking the times of india news paper since 2014. However, since last one year my news paper agent is charging rs. 15 to 20 more every month from us. I asked him the reason and he told me that he is charging the extra money for delivering the news paper to my house. I have stopped taking news paper from this vendor and i asked the other vedors to deliver me the toi news paper, however all the v endors said that they will not deliver and paper to this house. Because, v. S. News paper agency had told all the vendor of the area not to issue any news paper to this house other they will have to face the consequences.

I am a resident of Malad -East and Was calling to bring to the notice of Times team that since last week the vendor in Malad -East stall is cheating of taking full amount for the paper and missing out on either BT or MUmbai mirror without refunding the balance. Please guide to register the grievance. Please note: today in the Times of India supplement he is cheating by not giving Mumbai Mirror and not giving back the 3/- . Last week same stall said BT had not come and there is no specific amount to return . I have also message Mr Prakash Pawar about this.

I have subscribed for toi & mumbai mirror with id 32312114. The issue is that i am not getting the newspapers since 4th aug 2016 thursday. The issue is that the last year subcribtion was over on 14th december 2015. No one intimated me about the subcribtion expiry. The vendor continued with sending the newspapers.In the month of may the vendor comes and tells me that the subcribtion is expired. I renew it from 1st june 2016.In august the vendor comes and tells me that i have an outstanding with him for the newspaper he had given during the subribtion was expired. I told him t hat i need to check & i will pay him. He came home when i was not there & said that i will not give newspaper from tommorow that is 4th aug 2016. It is not my fault that it was not notified to me that the subscribtion is expired. I have to check and then pay him as he did not tell me when he was giving newspapers after expiry. He came up suddenly and wanted the money. He was rude while talking with the people at home. I request to either satrt my newspaper or change mt vendor or refund my money. I have also lauched a comlian with the crm department at times of india d n road fort office with complain no: 1300539 there is no resolution and its been 5 days now. Please take action against the vendor as he cannot do things as he like and cant ask money whenever he likes. He was sleeping over his bills and suddenly he got up and wanted money. Please take action.
