I, Mukhtar Ahmad Siddiqui is a reader of TOI for about 30 years subscribed for a special subscription scheme of Rs.495/- for 9 months of TOI paper, and given cheque on 27.07.2016 for above amount, my subscription no. is [protected]. To know that when the delivery will start I am contacting on below 3 numbers but nobody is picking up the call even after making calls 8-10 times on each below numbers. On landline number the receiver is picked up and then hanged on the cradle without attending the call for the purpose to cut the line.

I am biru kumar das from beleghata, kolkata. I would like to say that one of my friend informed me that next job fair by timesascent will be held in this weekend. So just to confirm i went to job site and got the contact no of mr angsuman & ms rimple who was the spoc person of previous job fair held on 1-2 july 2016. I saw him online in whatsapp so asked him about the next job fair. Actually it was my fault to check the time before asking anything. Initially he said "is it 24/7 inquiry counter. Don't u have the sense" & answered my query. Then i said sorry sir i admit my fault. I should not have been contacted you on this hour. I again said sorry once again and informed him that my friend told me about next job fair so i was confirming from u. After that mr angsuman called from his whatsapp nos and started shouting on me, i politely said why are u shouting when i said sorry twice and admitted my mistake. He was drunk i guess and started shouting once again now using lots of slang words. I cant mention that.

My question & complaint is that inspite of saying sorry twice what made him to shout on me using slang languages. My timing was wrong. But he should have said that politely. His unprofessional mis-behaviour made me very sad because he is representing toi not any 3rd class news paper. I warned him not to use slang words because i already said sorry to u twice and admit my fault. Stop or i will complaint against u. He replied go n complaint anywhere nobody can do anything against me, u know my designation is.

So i think u understand the matter very clearly. No body is above company's value and goodwill. So therefore requesting u take strict action against him so that next time he should think 100 times before using slang words. He should have showed his patience. After all he is from big brand organization. Hope u would take strict action & replied me about the action u take.

My vendor is not delivering the newspaper from the date coupon has arrived to my house, he is regularly neglecting us when we show the coupon to him. I have telephoned several times in your daryaganj office on tel no:[protected], but nobody is answering the call. This is a clear deficiency of service. This is Neeta rathi frm Barnaby road, kilpauk chennai, . From past one week I m not receiving newspaper. I hv already given my yearly subscription. This has happen before too but now it's really becoming hard. I think I made a mistake by gvng yearly subscription as the person is not gvng paper regularly. I hope my problem will b sorted out soon.

I am an ardent reader of toi. I had done annual subscription for so many years. My paper delivery person has been delivering the paper only at 7:30/7:45am everyday.

On expressing that the paper is of no use if it is delivered so late as we need to go to office by 8am, he answered very rudely and informed he will deliver only at this time, i asked him to return the subscription. He was not willing to return and informed that he will be giving the annual subscription to another delivery agent to delivery toi daily.

It is more than a week and he has not delivered toi neither is willing to give the subscription slip to me.

He is depriving us of the facility of annual subscription. The paper delivery persons name is g satish from k k nagar/ ashok nagar, chennai.

This is a clear deficiency of service. Request your urgent intervention to get my daily toi asap, which i am entitled to.

The subscription is either in my husband's name (Ananth kumar) or in my name (Manjula reddy) from ashok nagar, 4th avenue, chennai. My contact no. Is [protected].

I would like to mark a complaint against your executive mr. farzand khan (mobile number ([protected]).

I have subscribed for the 15 months scheme and a cheque has been collected from me on 9th july'16 (uma de bose registered mobile number [protected]) from our society at a-1104, the resort, bptp parklands, sector-75, faridabad with a promise that the scheme will be effected from 1st august'16.

Now mr. khan says he wont be able to process the request before 15th of august'16.

This is sheer negligence and cheating with me.

I request you to expedite the matter immediately and effect the scheme only from 1st august'16.

You may get in touch with me on immediate basis and issue me the coupons asap.

I paid USD $3 today from my residence from New Jersey Now I am a registered user and I registered this only today "kmoorthy0775". I do not understand how the system is asking for a renewal, when I subscribed for the first time?
Please review your system and if my card has been charged, I request you refund the money immediately

Sir, i sanatan hazara from kolkata (konnagar, hoogly, pin-712235) had earlier subscibed for renewal of t. o. i newspaper somwhere in april or may 2016 but yet not a single verification orsuch step have been taken in this respect. we had given two cheques. so, i request to please issue my t. o. i annual subscription as soon as possible. mobile number-[protected] / [protected]

I submitted a change of address two months back and the request was accepted. the change of address acknowledgement was sent to me to my new address.

Since then, i am waiting for my news paper to arrive. it has been over 2 months that i have not received the news paper.

Calls to the toi chennai (crm chennai) are left unaswered. emails are not being responded. once in a while, i get response that they need 3 business days to fix the problem. the 3 business days never came. looks toi chennai never works and is on complete vacation for past 2 months.

I feel deceived and cheated. even the request to refund never was answered. if they are not able to deliver the newspaper, why they have the luxury to use my subscription money.

No response... no refund... worst service that i have experienced in my life time.

Waste of my money. they are cheating me.

I'm vijay from chennai and i'm regular subscriber of toi. i've renewed the toi newspaper for this year on june month and they said the newspaper will be delivered from july 15th. i've provided the cheque and amount has been debited from my account. on july 13th i've received the coupon in registered post. so far i didn't receive the newspaper. i've contact nearly 5 times to toi customer care none of them are providing positive reply.

If you are not willing to deliver the paper, please return my amount. please look in to this immediately and let me know the status

I am t. vasanth of class 10 studying in kendriya vidyalaya h. v. f avadi, chennai 600 062. we do not buy your newspaper in our house but trusting that times of india is a trusted daily news paper and it is an world wide newspaper i decided to buy in my school (it is an special student edition). so i paid the money and now i am getting the newspaper daily. i could easily find mistakes in your newspaper. i am having evidence, that on tuesday, july 5, 2016 in the page no. 5 in jumbled words in (3) for e there is r. and not only that but many mistakes in the after editions too. there may be mistakes in my typing because i am an student. but there should not be any mistakes in your newspaper because you are an leading newspaper worldwide and you are in top 5th most selling daily newspapers in the top 10 most selling newspaper. not only i but no one can find even a small full stop or comma mistake in your normal 30 or 32 pages paper. but there is a lot of mistakes in the students edition. this shows your respect towards the future leaders. please look after to this matter. a normal small newspaper company can make mistakes but not times of india. so please see to this matter and take this seriously please.

After submission of that much amount she sent me some profiles with their emails and mobile numbers but all were fake... The mobile number of fiza khan is [protected]... I request times of india to suspend this lady from the job and refund my money. I will complain fir against her.

News paper delivery person in Tulip Ivory, Sector 70, Gurgaon delivers news paper at 8 am on weekdays and after 9 am on weekends.

After multiple compaints also he still continues to deliver at same timings.

Myself naginder lamba r/o of b7 27, 28 2nd floor sector 11 rohini delhi 85 registering complaint against your newspaper vendor mr sunil mobile number [protected] and [protected] he is supplying newspaper in sector 11 rohini from last 2 months requesting to him to supply newspaper before 8 am as we all are working so we leave by 8am for office but he keep on ignoring our request and when we told that we will complaint to higher authorities he said do whatever you want do as nothing would happen as he has great connection in head office.
We request you to take imitate action against him as we are very old customer of your valuable newspaper from last 10 years. We don't want to discontinue newspaper due to some egoistic and rude vendor.

Sometimes we did not receive the magzines alongwith the newspaper we are still continuing our subscription we have with toi since a decade which we have recently renewed again. Today also we did not received the property times and the total pages were short by 10 in numbers than of those mentioned in the newspaper. Have been told / assured by our vendor that the problem is of supply side and how can they deliver if the same is not provided to them. Kindly intervene and solve the issue once for all.

My facebook cover page picture was used, without my consent, in the speaking tree column of the times of india (online). but now that link has been removed since.
The unauthorized and blatantly illegal use of my profile picture has been a cause of severe mental stress to me and my family, specially my father.
I demand an explanation of the same and compensation for the grevious offence against me.

We have subscribed toi news paper for 12 months on august 2015 after making a cheque payment of rs 909. from our company citi bank account cheque no. 750991 dated 30th august 2015. this payment was released by the bank to toi-hdfc on 30th oct 2015.

Vendor is not delivering newspaper; we are not receiving news paper from last 5 months. we called vendor so many times to provide us the newspaper regularly. but there was no proper action taken from him. i fed up calling them for the same reason so i called toi person to whom i have spoken at the time of subscription. i got a reply saying that, i can’t do anything of that.

It’s really disgusting after getting this kind of reply after making payments.

In 9 the street, srihari avenue, anandnagar, thoraipakkam (near backside gate of maya appliances), thoraipakkam, chennai-600097, some miscreants has occupied 40 feet public road and have built a hut today morning. this was informed to corporation and sholinganallur as and counselor. the same road was occupied last week and complaint was raised with asst. engineer corporation sholinganallur and it was clear by jcb immediately.

I have handover the coupons to vendor and received the newspaper only for 10 days. since thereafter i did not received the newspaper. so, i talk the concern with my vendor but he says my subscription is stopped from times of india office.
I raised the same matter 2-3 times with customer care toll free number and logged request for do the necessary formality.
Now i am requesting you, if it is not possible to you start my subscription please refund my money.

I am chander bose, live in najafgarh, new delhi. I am regular reader of times of india so i took one year of subscription from your distributor pardeep panchal of najafgarh. I made payment by cheque. It has been around one month but the service provided to me is very poor. One day i got newspaper and the other day the boy who comes to give newspaper did not come. It's happening quite a regularly. Around 10days i haven't received my newspaper. What a poor service provided by your distributor pardeep panchal. Even now pardeep panchal is not picking up my call. I didn't expect this from toi.
I hope you will understand my problem and resolve it as soon as possible. And please make sure this will not happen again.
