This is to inform you that your Agent Mr. Gajraj Yadhav (Cell No. [protected]) has stopped delivering the News Paper since 5th April 2011. When enquired with him, I was told that I have not paid the subscription and no issues will be delivered to us. His representative also misbehaved and used abusive language.

Please note that I am Senior Citizen and I have been a customer for Times of India since decayed and never faced any non delivery related issues and also such type of harassment from your Vender. This is because of your appointment of such non cultured Venders who are spoiling the image of Times Of India.

I believe you have the system of good record keeping and such type of issues should not appear at least in reputed organization.

I have also contacted your help at 66354021 one Ms Ankita and lodged the complaint of Non Delivery.

Hope you will take the corrective action against your Vender for harassing the Senior Citizen and start delivering the copies and also make good of my loss which I have incurred without any fault of mine.

Dear Sir,

I feel very frustrated to write this mail, i had not expected such a thing to have happened with a renowned News Paper like Times of India. I thought as they are so aware about the society so they will also do home work for their own home cleaning.

i had given a cheque of Inr 499 Ch. No. 649690 for a six month subscription. the cheque got cleared as well. But i have not received a single copy of subscription till date that is may 5, 2011. The cheque got cleared on March 31, 2011. On enquiry no one is ready to take the onus nor any one is respondong. the Vendor of Mira Road some Mr. KVK says he cant help, company is so big there is no one who listens to such complains. Then he gave a mobile number to contact of Mr. Chandan No. is [protected].But he is altogether helpless and 90% times does not take the calls, and rest the times always says that the work will be done all the way correctly but actually nothing happens. Now it is happening like i am running from pillar to posts for such a small amount. i dont know what to do . At least i had not expected this from Times. Can any one really take it seriously . if any response is to be given then pls mail me at - [protected]@yahoo.com.

I stay in Maithri Layout, Hopefarm Circle, Bangalore and the TOI vendor is monopoly and he often cheat customers, he collects advance to cheat customer, his attitude and behavior is worst.

If house is locked then they did not deliver the paper and asks for bill, and get dispute and is often their ways.

This is to bring to your notice that we have not received the newspaper for past 4 days , we spoke with the concerned person by name Anand (Sales Executive) on the same he gave us the vendor no to interact, we called him and shared the inconvinence that has occurred he reverted stating that he will reach within 8 AM yesterday but still he has not turned up ....... Inspite for repeated follow ups, This is really disappointing to see that such a big newspaper concern is having such kind of a service for the customers .........I have been loyal to the product for past 2 years ........... We are facing this issues every now and then ........Revert to us immediately on this (or) kindly return the money for the days which we have not received the paper ..........

I am a yearly subscriber of Times of India News Paper, I have filled up a coupon on 18/06/2010 and paid through bank check. And i was getting news paper till November 2010. After that the area distributor as changed, i am not getting the news paper till now. I complianted many times to The Times of India, chennai customer care centre. but no response.

The newspaper which is known for uplifting the truth and the protecting the integrity of common people, has made me upset with some threats which i am receiving from one of the staffs from Kolkata office who is threatening me that my personal things will be released in the newspaper. I just want to know that does any newspaper has a right to publish any one's personal matter without any reason and can anybody threat with the name of a esteemed journal? waiting to be answered..

I am quite dis appointed the way local vendor Sursh service customer, he has never given me coupon and subscription no. kept postphoning . since 2 days he is not delivering news paper nor giving me coupon, nor refunding my money, despite calling him many times and reminders...

I have been subscribing Times of India Daily alongwith Economic Times. My newspaper agent is charging Rs.6/- per day for the newspaper against Rs.5/- printed on it, on the plea that the scheme of issuing one additional newspaper of Mumbi mirrorr/economic times/maharashtra times alongwith times of india no more exists. The newspaper,Times of India,Patna edition dated 12.04.2011 & 13.04.2011 published the same articles ( but for one ) on page 13 i.e. business page.Aren't the Editors/Proof Readers paying any attention to what is going to be printed in newspaper ?

I am subscribing TIMES OF INDIA news paper since i came to Bangalore i.e from last one and half year.
Last month i was charged with Rs.150 instead of Rs.100/- saying excess is for Bangalore mirror. I never asked him for B' mirror he didn't inform me that it is chargeable. And the way he replied the query was hurting. So i asked him to discontinue from next month.

So if there is any other agent in my area i want to subscribe TIMES OF INDIA without Bangalore Mirror. If there is any thing please contact me @

Hi,

I got the bad experienace of a fradulent scheme from TOI of looting it's own customers.

I was getting the newspaper without any issues untill I subscribed to their yearly Rs299/- scheme from TOI. As soon as I subscribed to the scheme the local vendor became ignorant of droping newspaper at my home.

And as many people have already reported here....any emails /calls to TOI office did not fetch any reply from them.

TOI has shown their real (fraudsters) face.
The HINDU is much better a newspaper.

I would suggest not to subscribe to these schemes from TOI.

I have subscribed to the times of india for 6 months starting date 1/10/2010.Order no 197729.Initially they delayed 15 days citing a reason that they did not get the details from company.Even i have complained to the times of india customer care at[protected].There is very bad response from them .Finally i went to my vendor PSR ads and showed them proofs and bills then he started delivering paper till mid February.After that they stopped delivering it.I have been calling executives of times of india and there is absolutely no response and response which i get from my vendor is pathetic.

Even when i was not there an executive came to my room and requested my friend to subscribe for next 6 months and he promised that we will get a delivery for an extra month.His name is V.Srikanth and his number is [protected].My friend get convinced and paid for next 6 months of subscription to him at order no 179929.Its a new subscription

Today when i went to my vendor PSR ads and requested for a delivery then he said that you were dumped by times of india and you won't get any paper and the executive who took money from my fried is a cheat.
They usually get 5 complaints daily from customers with the same form of complaint.

Few days back i got a call from times executive +[protected] .He updated me that we will get paper from march 25-2011.Its been 4 days and we have not received any paper and he is not lifting our call.

Again i have called times of india customer care center .Their response was pathetic and they even not caring about my condition as a customer.Very very bad customer service.They think that customers as fools.

I would appreciate some one take action against these cheaters and assure news paper is delivered on time to us.

I have paid advance subscription for 6 months(receipt no.210662 & 208982 dt.[protected] under your Dhamaka offer vide SBH cheque no.581370 dated[protected] for Rs.145/- and cash Rs 30/-.The subscription was to commence from[protected].I have not recieved any copy so far.The representative V. Ganesh (Mob. [protected]) is not responding.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount and caution the general public through your news paper not to entertain such frauduelent persons and schemes.

i have purchased cz combo jewellery from times of india online shopping in february 2011, i have paid rs. 3299/- but received jewellery is of poor quality and in damaged condition. i have registered complaint with you before one month, but i have not heard anything from you. i am not using such poor quality jewellery. please help me i have been cheated by the seller.

I have paid 6 months subscription in advance for The Times of India. The delivery of paper is very irregular. Some times the paper will not be delivered 3 to 4 days. After complaining paper will be delivered again for a day or two. Again the paper will not come. This happens very regularly. Paper is missing at least 10 days in every month. I have been regularly complaining to get the paper next day. Hi, This is john from bangalore, i have applied for loan on marksheets for 2 lac that has been given ad in times of india classified as Sai associates on 19 jan 2011, his name was mr benianmeen chand .i have submitted all document,and deposited nearly 16,000/- rs for different processing fees,and after a week or so his contact numbers everything he disconnected.his contact number is [protected],[protected],so i suggest please dont apply for any loans as they are cheating

I had not been receiving Newspaper from Feb 26, 2011. My daily calls to subscriber helpline has yielded no result. The subscriber helpline agent put the responsibility of contacting the vendor on me. The vendor's mobile is always switched off. I wanted to escalate the issue and got the manager of delivery operations Mr. Vinod Kumar (Mobile : - [protected]). Vinod never answers the call. With great difficulty got my complaint registered with subscriber helpline but no action has been initiated to restore the delivery of the newspaper.

I have subscribed for Times of India launch offer in coimbatore by paying 300/- in the month of November 2010. Launch was postponed withou any notice an d was finally done on[protected]. But till date[protected] i have not received even a single copy. When enquired in the office, i got a reply that i will start receiving it from the next day. But the reply became a routine for the last 15 days. After paying money in advance, TOI has given me a very bitter experience right from its entry into Coimbatore.

My parents have been loyal TOI subscribers for almost couple of decades and I have only picked up the tradition. My mother loves reading your 'LEISURE' page in 'Calcutta Times'. Infact, her day remains incomplete unless she reads the comic space daily for her love of characters like Garfield and Archies and also the Health Capsule.
Off late its been noticed that TOI has increased the 'TV & Radio' section...
