Hi Team,

I had subscribed to TOI newspaper hardcopy in Jan 2022 as seen in the TOI website. My earlier subscription ended in Mar 2021. I had paid Rs 1500 online as per the prices enlisted in the TOI website (details of payment attached).

Someone calls me from TOI Kolkata office and asked me why I paid 1500 INR, instead should have paid Rs 820 for the subscription renewal. This was really weird, why is there so much discrepancy on the pricing? If I am entitled to Rs 820 renewal, I should have got the same pricing as per my phone number recorded on your database.

How can TOI compensate me with something better? I would request someone from TOI Head office to call me, I dont think I have a trust now for Kolkata office.

Hi Team,
I am TOI subscriber. My subscriber Id KO[protected]. From the last few days, provider is giving different papar instead of TOI. He put paper silently and go away. Please instruct your provider I have taken subscription for TOI newspaper, not other one.

The customer service said you will receive newspaper from 1/01/2022 But I still haven't received any newspaper since the day of subscription. please take a quick action about this complaint and I'm hoping to get a soon reply from you

Sir ur News paper dated on 4jan 20220 on page 3 in the coloum of New digest. There is a news about collage student dies of burns.. You haven't used proper gender instead of HER it's printed HIS so I bring to ur notice tat being a reputed news paper in the country making a silly mistake is a big issue so pls check it before printing

Of late I am not getting ToI regularly, once in 10/15 days I do not get it. The vendor switches off his on those days.
How do I get the supply from another vendor, who is very regular.

I had renewed before expiry and yet since last 3 weeks no newspaper. I have been following up with Chennai CRM & distribution agents over phone calls, emails but no resolution. I had send several emails and innumerable calls for refunding the renewal as they don't want to resume the distribution of the newspaper. Despite of my efforts and requests for the refund the Chennai CRM team don't budge. Now I don't have newspaper paid for neither the money spend on renewal.

Hello there, we have subscribed for an annual package for TOI newspaper, since a week we are not getting newspaper at home. What is the use of subscription then? The vendor here gives one or the other reason everytime. It is his responsibility to deliver the newspaper at home, it is acceptable for a day or two, but he does not even bother to inform if it is extending. We have to ask him everytime. Plz check on vendor at Rahamathnagar, yousufguda, Hyd 500045

Does TOI have any issue with Cristiano Ronaldo ? It seems the sports page always has a tendency to demean him. In today's sports page i.e. the last page for 31st December 2021, it has been said that he is struggling and having a tough time. There have been numerous instances where bad things have been written about him. He has been compared to Lionel Messi again for no reason, a boy who plays in the Copa America which has no significance over Euros and in todays edition TOI saying that Portugal is at grave risk for qualifying is not at all justified.

Kindly take some action against this

I am a regular reader of times of India epaper.
Since two days, I am unable to read Pune edition.

Note: I am a paid customer.

Resolve this issue ASAP, else I will take legal action.

I am a resident of Gurgaon sec 47 subscribed for toi newspaper till feb 2022 i have not recieved newspaper from 14 dec till date, i raised it to times group on email crm. [protected]@timesgroup. Com there is no response till date, i try complaining on their toll free number which never connects to customer service executives as they are always busy doing nothing, on requesting for a call back option too i have not received any call back till date [protected] is just a number to showcase as no response till date, they provided their area manager number on subscription mail that is too just a number as mr gaurav([protected])will never recoeve.
Pls help reaolve this as i have paid in advance and not recieving the paper

Mr Purushottaman M no. [protected] took Rs 899 yearly subscription from me and then he is not giving newspaper.
Pls register a complaint against him and take action. I am residing at Ruby Landmark, Varadharajapuram, Chennai, 600048.

I have enrolled for the annual membership for the economic time's paper at the end of November month. The representative on phone told me I will receive my paper on December 1 and now the date is December 24 still I didn't receive the paper for one day. I called customer service 7 times and they didn't even solve my issue every time they connect with the area sales manager. Whenever I call they gave me a false hope that I will receive my paper tomorrow and for almost a month, I didn't even receive a paper for a single day. If this keeps on continuing, I would reach out to consumer court

I am facing late delivery issue since last 6 month, there is only one vendor at Sector 117, SAS Nagar, Punjab and invariably he is delivering the new paper (TOI) every day after 7:30 AM and i have to leave for office at 8:00 AM.

I have take coupon for 12 months but i am not enjoying the newspaper reading at all because of delivery issue. Every day he gives a excuse that newspaper is coming late from back end.

I have paid money in advance, there is no other vendor in our Sector, so i have decided to stop the newspaper because of poor service.

Requesting you to refund my money back and i also feel that timely delivery of Newspaper is TOI's responsibility.

Myself renewed your Times of India subscription on 20th November (one year subscription), but almost one month is over, you have promised that by renewing the same will get a travel bag free.

But as of now I have not received the same. Please do inform for the sake of renewal of my subscription for a year, you have given fake promise for me to renew the subscription.

Please confirm the same.

In today's Maharashtra Times newspaper, on page number 15, the photos of Shri Narawne and Shri E shridharan alongwith headlines are mismatched to the news therein.

The are writing fake thing about me and i want to see them in court it seems like someone is geeting paid by doing this i do dont know maybe this writer named ashish chauhan. They are writing fake thing evrytime and pursuing me evrytime different things different amounts maybe they are getting paid for this I’m gonna see you in court

I have sent multiple emails to remove certain articles/notices on Times Of India's website to the TOI greviance officer to no avail. There are certain articles which reveal names of my family members. As I have explained in great detail in my complaint emails to the TOI greviance officer me and my father have recently been the victim of online trolls impersonators and hackers who have leaked both my personal information as well as that of my father's including his full name. In order to protect the privacy rights of my other family members I would request these articles/notices on your website to be removed promptly before further damage is done and these online deviants who are targeting my family find out the names of other members of my family thru ur articles. Just by googling my dad's full name these articles/notices published by TImes of India which reveal my family members name show up on the first page of google. So please take prompt action

In today's ToI edition[protected] in the sports column page, the name of Batern Munich Football Club is wrongly printed as Xavi Hernanadez, instead of Julian Nagelsmann.
