Payment of Rs.5000 not received for a virtual event hosted for Times Music in June'21. In spite of numerous mails and calls there has been zero response. I do have the mail as proof where they agreed to pay but I haven't received anything.

The delivery person delivered the paper which became wet . He should come inside the compound and keep it in a safe place where it wouldn't get wet. For the past five days it was delivered like tat. Wat a waste of money . Bad delivery. Disappointed. Hope you people take action. Hope my issue is resolved soon. Bad customer service.

But till now my passport is hold due to nationality certificate ( citizenship certificate). but I have my all Indian id's like aadhar card, pan card, voter id card, bank account, haryana resident certificate, backward class certificate. And my whole study nursery to 12th, graduation in b.tech mechanical engg. affiliated from Kurushetra university kurushetra. My police verification also done after applied passport. but due to citizenship certificate issue i didnot get my passport yet. My mother had govt. job in E.E.I ( EXTENSION EDUCATION INSTITUTE), NILOKHERI. we have our own house in NILOKHERI. my all family member has all indian ID's.. Paper not received from 01.01.2021.

Kindly Resolve the issue.

I have made the payment of rs799 on 26th October 2021 towards annual subscription of news paper. Received acknowledgement from times of India as well as from the bank. But newspaper not delivered by agent(Hari agents, Agaram/Jawahar nagar, Chennai 600082.) who says paper not being received by him. My calls to the customer care service since 26/10/2021, does not serve the purpose, and call being disconnected after knowing the name. I think that the organization cheated me. Times of India subscription with economic Times annual rate very high please give actual subscription rate

Sir, I have paid annual subscription of Rs.625 on 25.10.2021 by phonepe to Venkatesh( [protected]), regional representative, times of india, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. But till this time news paper is not being given. Mr. Venkatesh is not lifting phone.
It is requested to cause necessary instructions and action to send news paper daily to my house with following adress.
Flat No.402, Gandhi Towers, H.No.48-19-7D, Vinayaka temple road, sriramachandra nagar, Vijayawada

TOI paper subscribed on 18th OCT & subscription no : TS0052521A. But paper not yet issued even had contacted the customer care multiple times.

Again the same problem, i have renewed my subscription, even though my subscription is due only in Dec 21.(Refer earlier mail and your confirmation to confirm the renewal date) I have done the renewal based on your renewal letter. but to my surprise the address of vendor is Perambur (Chennai 11) area, and my address is Choolaimedu (Chennai 94). The vendor of choolaimedu is not accepting the renewal letter and he is not delivering the papers. I hope this will continue for another3 months and I will not get the papers. Ultimately Times will benefit the fund with out delivering the papers. Is it the intention of Times, if they do like this for 100000 people see the amount they earn without any effort. 1/4th of 800 is Rs 200, so for 100000 people the total amount will be 2, 00, 00, 000 (Two Crore rupees)

Inspite of renewal before my due date. i am not getting my papers.

If not able to change the vendor address, kindly refund the amount, i will subscribe the same in Hindu with the near by vendor.

Sent mail to crm but no response.

On Oct 30th, yesterday I have subscribed through online for Economic Times gift subscription package Rs.910 for 12 months period. Amount got debited from my Kotak Bank Account, but gift subscription order No:GS0003082 is not processes but failed.
Please look into it and refund my amount quickly or process the gift subscription for ET paper for 12 months.

I'm relocated and several request made to deliver the newspaper, the customer care executive asked me to register the complaint in the TOI website.

The customer care executives are disconnecting the call not able to justify.

Very sorry state of affairs.

Not getting refund in spite of repeated complaints

I have shifted my residence to the new address after subscribing for 1 year. from 24.10.2021. The new address have been incorporated in your records. But TOI is not delivered to the new address till date.
When local delivery agent was contacted it is said that the coupon carries old address, hence TOI cannot be delivered at the new address.
Pl issue a revised coupon with the new address immediately. Also take necessary action at your end to ensure delivery of TOI at the new address without further delay.

Myself Vilas Chawda, Living in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad. At the begining of the year a person named Mr. Ismail (suppose to be agent of TOI newspaper scheme) had come to my door for renewing the Annual TOI Newspaper Scheme. He informed me that he also does the same for neighbor door as well and said that he will inform Lavanya (who is a milk vendor and delivers Newspapers in our apartment). Today Lavanya has stopped delivering the newspapers saying she has not received money for this scheme. I told him that you need to check with Ismail as she knows him well but she does not listen and Ismail is absconding and does not pick calls. We are at loss by paying the subscription scheme amount of Rs.750 and it is not even year and the vendor has stopped delivering paper.

Kindly provide us with the official contact in TOI whom we can complain and talk to.

The road on the seetharampalya main road is a death trap and the BBMP is just ignoring their duties and lot tax payers hard earned money by not using them when needed

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that in the middle of August, 2021, I have already paid Rs.770.00 through Online for Renewal of Annual Subscription of News Paper.

Kindly note that when I contacted your
Customer Care Department about the delay in receiving Coupons, the Lady, Ms. Prerona informed me that The Times of India has Stopped Sending Physical Coupons. Instead they will send me a SMS Link, which I have to Click and the News Paper Vendor will get his money.

After listening this, I was totally confused. I contacted my Vendor, Mr. Gour Saha and he told me that he has not yet been informed about the change of mode of payment.

Mr. Gour Saha, my Vendor, requested me to talk to you and ask for the physical coupons as he never ever done any online transaction.

Then, I talked to your Customer Care Department, Ms. Prerona again for sending me Physical Coupons.

She told me that within 21st October, 2021, somebody will come to my place will deliver the coupons.

In between, as I am not getting the Coupons, I have already sent an Email, expressing my concern, not getting the Coupons.

Please note that I am a Sr. Citizen of 68 Years and very very old subscriber of Times of India, really facing harassment from your colleagues.

Kindly note that today morning I got a Whatsapp Message from Times Group conveying me whether I am getting my News Papers regularly or not. This message contains a Link, where I have to confirm my Address Details.

I clicked the Link and confirmed my Address.

But it was around 03.00PM, Prerona called me and informed me that as I have Clicked the Link and confirmed my Address that signifies that I have already Redeem the Payment for the Vendor.

Please note I never saw any kind of Redeem Message when Clicked the Link. It was asking for my Confirmation of my Address only.

Kindly note that if I am unable to give the Physical Coupons to my Vendor, I have to pay him Cash on Monthly basis, even though I have already paid Through Online Rs.770.00 in the Middle of August, 2021 to Times of India.

Your Customer Care Department is making me Fool, after sending me WhatsApp Message to Confirm my Address Details only. They never ever asked me to Redeem the Payment for the Vendor. And I also didn't Receive any Successful Confirmation of Redeem Payment as usually if we go through any Online Payment, where we Usually Got Successful Transaction.

Therefore, kindly arrange to send me Physical Coupons Immediately as it is Already Late for the Payment to my Vendor.

Please, Repeat, Please Do Not Harass Me Any More as I am a Senior Citizen and Very Very Old Subscriber of Times of India.
