NON DELIVERY OF NEWS PAPER FOR THE LAST MONTH

I have given so many complints over phone (reciptionist) to Hyderabad, BCCL office at Road No.3 and agent (Mr. Hari) by phone but there no action, after that 15 days back I go to the times of india office and contact to marketing excutive of the company (Mr. Sunil) had promised to deliver tomarow onwards but till to day it was not came, you action is very very poor… no solutions

Dear Sir,

I have subscribed the TOI daily for one year. Order # NAC031190.

I have submitted my change of address through e-mail as per the request of Chennai CRM team of TOI and the same did not happened till now. Last 2 months I'm following with TOI team and every time they says that with in 48 hrs the complaint will be resolved, but all false commitment.

I am very offended by the content on times of india portal for publishing sleaze in the name of entertainment on the front page of the web-site while relegating most of newsworthy items to a link that one has to click on; the absolute lack of censorship offends most moderate sensibilities, and is very demeaning to women. Any person who is not aware of times of india as a source for news could easily mistake it for a soft-porn web-site.

How many more days you need to resolve this issue,if you dont have time.

I had subscribed to Times of India newspaper on the 10th of December 2009 and the issue was suppose to begun from the 15th of December 2009. However on not recieving the newspaper till the 17th, I call up the Times of India where my call was diverted to Ms. Radhika who assured me that the issue would start the next day for sure. On not getting the issue on the next, I decided for wait for another day. Still there was no issue of the newspaper. On calling up the next time they diverted my call to one Mr. Shrutin who then diverted my call to Mr. Srikant. This went on and nobody was ready to give me a clear explanation on the issue.
I spoke to Ms. Radhika a gain who assured that my subscription would be issued fromt the next day for sure. Now its been more than a month and still there is no news from Times of India. I had taken up a 6 month subscription and I have not been getting the newpaper. Given below are receipt details, my details and other information.

Vide receipt no. 3086280, dtd. 19.11.2009, I have renewed the annual subscription of The Times of India, Kolkata edition. However, till date ( 11.1.2010 ) , I did not received the coupons. Request, please expedite.

i have been trying to get delivery of TOI newspaper at my new residence since 11.12.09. I have been contacting CRM dept. of the daily since then through mail. Last response from the newspaper was on 26-12-09. i was assured via mail on that date that my grievance will be redressed within 48 hours.

till date i am not getting teh paper at my new residence and there is no response to my mails after 26.12.09.

My Order number for Times of India Newspaper NAC 017340. I am from Chennai and i do not receive the newspaper regularly. This has been the normal regime with times of india newspaper delivery. While they have ensured that they collect the subscription for one year ahead, they do not deliver the newspaper regularly. I have complained more than a dozen time to the local office which has not been attended to so far...

I do not want to receive assurance from the CRM team in a email form with no action initiated

I HAVE PAID RS175/- FOR SUBSCRIPTION OFFER FOR 6 MONTHS OF TIMES OF INDIA NEWSPAPER TO THERE AGENT ON 18 SEP 09 AND WHILE PAYING THE MONEY I CALLED THERE HELP LINE NO[protected] AND 23254223 AND CONFIRMED WHETHER TO PAY IN CASH OR NOT , AFTER CONFIRMING FROM THEM ONLY I PAID THE AMOUNT TO THERE RRE RAVIKUMAR AND HE SAID THE AREA TL IS KISHORE FOR KUKATPALLY AND THE SAME WAS CONFIRMED BY TIMES HELP LINE AND THEY HAVE GIVEN HIS CONTACT NO- [protected] AND THEY TOLD THE PAPER WILL BE STARTED FROM 01 OCT 09,BUT IT NEVER STARTED MEAN TIME WHEN I ENQUIRED FROM THERE HELP LINE THEY TOLD IT WILL START IN 15 DAYS BUT ONCE AGAIN NO PAPER AND WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THERE TL THE NUMBER DID NOT RESPOND AFTER WAITING FOR ONE MONTH I TOLD THE SAME TO THERE HELP LINE AFTER FEW DAYS A REPRESENTATIVE FROM TIMES OF INDIA CAME BY NAME SIVAPRASAD CELL NO [protected] HE TOLD EITHER THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED OR PAPER WILL BE COMING SHORTLY,BUT AGAIN NO FRUIT ONE FINE DAY AFTER 15 DAYS I CALLED HIM TO ASK THE PROGRESS BUT HE DIDN'T RESPOND PROPERLY AND EVEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL BE LODGING A COMPLAINT BUT HE DIDN'T RESPOND SO I THOUGHT OF WRITING YOU IF ANYTHING CAN BE DONE PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IT'S NOT MONEY BUT A REPUTED FIRM PLAYING LIKE THIS IS NOT GOOD.

Today is 5th day ( 20.12.2009 )that I have not received the newspaper.

Even the assurance given by Mr Khaja ( Mobile[protected] the Manager of Anna Nagar Office proved futile. Today at 11.45 am one Mr Raja spoke to me from Times of India Anna Nagar office ( Phone no :[protected] and informed that the issue would be sorted out within 48 hours. He was too rude and arrogant because the money has already been realised for one full year. As I had mentioned in my previous mail no one seems to bother whether the customer gets the product or not, but only interested in collecting the subscriptions.

I would appreciate if you are really taking steps to resolve or its only your formality that helplines and mail ids are provided. Because for the last 5 days I would have informed the same thing to 10 difference staff at the help line number and the Anna Nagar office number. Help line staff gives the Anna Nagar phone number and Anna Nagar staff informs that I have to register the complaints only to the help line number.

Ultimately NO RESULT because most of the times the phones are attended by the security staff or the office attendents who are not capable of providing any solutions.

I would like to bring to your attention that I have not received the supply of Times of India newspaper since 16.12.2009 for the simple reason that vendors have been earmarked with specific territory. I'm residing at L-3 Rail Nagar, Koyambedu, Chennai 600107.

I have been contacting your toll free number 2431 7979 as given in the subscription receipt and also your Anna Nagar office at 2622 4800 and 2622 4801 who finally registered a complaint on 18.12.2009 and gave a doc no. 251303/18.12.2009 for future follow up. I do not understand what is the need for a doc number as the issue has to be sorted out over a phone call with your vendor.

When I wanted to renew my subscription for the period Nov 09 to Oct 2010, it took only 15 minutes for your office to do the needful including collecting the cheque from me, whereas the supply is not restored even after 4 days.

In Chennai, I had paid the yearly subscription for the newspaper Times of India.

While I had to change my house, I informed the Times of India by phone and email about the change of address and asking them to make the change.
It is more than 6 months now, and inspite of repeated calls and email followups they have not done the change of address and the newspaper is being provided to the old address, where I dont stay anymore.

Request you to make the address change ASAP or payback my subscription charges, or extend the validity of my subscription at my new address for the said period.

i am a doctor working in a pvt institute in gujarat. we have a huge campus with approximately 500 docs in the campus staying and using TOI daily.
we are at karamsad (home town of sardar patel)-v.v.nagar-anand- gujarat.
our institute is called pramukhaswami medical college and we all reside in the staff quarters within the campus.

as a responsible citizen, i would like to bring it to your notice that the service provider in our area is not proper. Heena services is the owner who is providing us newspaper daily. but he is very notrious and does not listen to your complaints.

he delivers newspaper daily after 9:30 on wk days and on sunday after 12. we have presented before him and requested to deliver early. we even stopped his services and started a new person. the new person was threatened and forcefully made to stop their services and we were compelled again to start his services.

we request you to kindly look into the matter as otherwise we will in mass boycott the newspaper services.

Dear Sir,
I am residing at Hari Om Nagar, behind Mulund octoroi check naka. My paper vendor's name is Ganesh Paper. Till 30.11.09 he gave us the combo of Times of India + Maharashtra Times for Rs. 4.50 per day. From 1.12.09 he started charging us seperate charges for both the papers giving reason as he is not getting commission from Times of India.
Sir, though it is written on the front page of Times of India alongwith Mumbai Mirror Or Economic Times Or maharashtra Times for Rs. 4.50., which clearly indicates that the conbo offer is existing @ it's my paper vendors mischief to awail more money from byer.
I therefore request your goodself to gide me to get justice.
Since it is monetory loss of a consumer you are requested to look into the matter at the earliest & oblige.

I am Theivamani Vasanthan working as a Assistant Engineering Manager in L & T Manappakkam, Chennai – 89. Still I didn’t get.

I called him for many time he request to send the address to his mobile again and again I had sent my address to his mobile still no response from him.
Not only for me one of my friend colleague also facing the same problem.

and also i had sent the mail to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com customer care on October 2009. still they didn't care about it.. They are Making money like this..

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a regular internet user, who read/watch/listen news from the times of india website. I have noticed that this site do not give option to skip the advertisement video & you have to watch the same again & again if you want to see the video again & again.

while most of the sites gives you option to skip the advertisement or forward the advertisement video, it gives you nothing, & you are forced to see it again & again.

The most frustating part is that if you replay the video, you have to rewatch the advertisement..

They should provide the skip button and forward the video facility in the videos.

My name is S.Arumugam , i bought a TOI subscription for Rs 299/- with a promise of paper would be delivered @ my door step for one year,but they made me fool, i keep on calling them to find when they will start my product delivery
in spite of calling the complaint #[protected] lodging complaint several time , nothing helped me other than receiving different person name & their mob numbers

that happiness didn't last for another six month .

same story started but worse more as on today i contacted almost all numbers more than 20 times ,@ frustrated state i even visited your complaint registering office @ nandanam,one Mr.raja again as usual
gave false promise by saying from tomorrow(06/11/09) you will receive the paper tel #[protected].

no miracle happened as usual no reply.

as on today ( 20/11/09) no one sorted out my problem
i am wondering why do you carry customer service number when you dont solve the problem.
you have collected my money in advance not providing the product, isn't that called CHEATING.
I gave strong instruction to all my 12 showrooms not to continue TOI subscription any more.

I am subsriber of the Times of India. The delivery boy who delivers the news paper by keep it on the compound walls. Because of the rainy season the news paper was made wet and dampening for past three times hence I could not read the paper on the paticular days. The same was reported to the local news paper agency say Saravana Agenc, No.8, 7th East Main Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore - 6 they behaved very rude manner with irresponsible word. Please advise your agent to deliver the news papar properly. This is for your kind information. If the things continues I have no option to stop the subsription.

Am Vijay, I have subscriped for times of india newspaper for the last 2 years. Last year(2008), when i subsriped for the paper(from apr2008 to apr2009) they gave me a book of coupon for each month. My paper was delivered reguarly by that time after getting each month coupon.

In the month of April, i have renewed my account by giving cheque for a year subscription again. they issued a single sheet of coupon saying this is for the whole year(I tought giving a single sheet coz of the recession time). My local paper dealer asked for the recharge coupon from me. i asked him that since it was a single coupon, should i give this coupon at the start or end of the year?. he said that he wants the coupon in advance so that he must submit the coupon to the times of india office for getting me the paper.

There was no issues until October.

Now My local paper dealer asked for my new renewal card saying my subscription has been expired. now he was not delivering paper for me, but he has been recieved the coupon for the month from apr-2009 to apr-2010.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I have taken Times Of India Dhamaka Offer for 6 months subscription and paid Rs. 175.00 on 23rd Oct 2009. Their executive told me that the local new paper distributor will drop paper from 1st Nov 2009 onwards for next 6 months. But I have not received any news paper yet. Everyday I am giving complaint to their TOI Hyderabad office over phone but evertime they assure mw that the paper will be dropped tomorrow.

Today my patience broke down and I asked for refund of my amount but still their service desk assured me to wait for next fews days. For a new paper that costs Rs 1 per day , I am spending more on phone calls to speak with their custermer care and also mental disturbance.
