Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that in the middle of August, 2021, I have already paid Rs.770.00 through Online for Renewal of Annual Subscription of News Paper.

Kindly note that when I contacted your
Customer Care Department about the delay in receiving Coupons, the Lady, Ms. Prerona informed me that The Times of India has Stopped Sending Physical Coupons. Instead they will send me a SMS Link, which I have to Click and the News Paper Vendor will get his money.

After listening this, I was totally confused. I contacted my Vendor, Mr. Gour Saha and he told me that he has not yet been informed about the change of mode of payment.

Mr. Gour Saha, my Vendor, requested me to talk to you and ask for the physical coupons as he never ever done any online transaction.

Then, I talked to your Customer Care Department, Ms. Prerona again for sending me Physical Coupons.

She told me that within 21st October, 2021, somebody will come to my place will deliver the coupons.

In between, as I am not getting the Coupons, I have already sent an Email, expressing my concern, not getting the Coupons.

Please note that I am a Sr. Citizen of 68 Years and very very old subscriber of Times of India, really facing harassment from your colleagues.

Kindly note that today morning I got a Whatsapp Message from Times Group conveying me whether I am getting my News Papers regularly or not. This message contains a Link, where I have to confirm my Address Details.

I clicked the Link and confirmed my Address.

But it was around 03.00PM, Prerona called me and informed me that as I have Clicked the Link and confirmed my Address that signifies that I have already Redeem the Payment for the Vendor.

Please note I never saw any kind of Redeem Message when Clicked the Link. It was asking for my Confirmation of my Address only.

Kindly note that if I am unable to give the Physical Coupons to my Vendor, I have to pay him Cash on Monthly basis, even though I have already paid Through Online Rs.770.00 in the Middle of August, 2021 to Times of India.

Your Customer Care Department is making me Fool, after sending me WhatsApp Message to Confirm my Address Details only. They never ever asked me to Redeem the Payment for the Vendor. And I also didn't Receive any Successful Confirmation of Redeem Payment as usually if we go through any Online Payment, where we Usually Got Successful Transaction.

Therefore, kindly arrange to send me Physical Coupons Immediately as it is Already Late for the Payment to my Vendor.

Please, Repeat, Please Do Not Harass Me Any More as I am a Senior Citizen and Very Very Old Subscriber of Times of India.

We have taken subscription for full year of times of India and economic times. For past 10 days we have not been receiving our daily copy

I booked 100 copies of times of india on 3/9/2012 for my Institute through Cheque. Till now my Cheque is not cleared and I don't get coupons. After one month my vendor tell me that my copy service will be closed from coming week.After that I contact to your Area Mangaer Himanshu kumar and he said that your order is not approved so unable to continue your copies ..and I am very shocked after listening that because Times of india is a very big group and the service i used of times of times first was very unsatisfied for me .The experience with you was very poor.Plz solve my problem ASAP and provide my coupons.

Hello, My name is R. Rajaraman. I live in Thiruvallur, Tamilnadu, India. I would like to register a complaint about irregular newspaper delivery. I hardly received only 7-10 days in October 2021. Mr. Suresh, Thiruvallur agent delivers at his whims and fancies. His contact number is always in switched-off mode. TOI's Toll-free number also doesn't work but directs me to check the number I dialed. CRM's number is also not reachable. Please pull up the agent and see the delivery is being done regularly. Thank you!

Cheque for Rs 1599/_ cleared two months back but coupons not received since last two months.

How ever this has pending from Chennai office for more than 3 weeks and still I have not receive positive feedback even though I have contact multiple times over phone. Requesting you to help on the below issue at the earliest.

Issue details:
I have issued Cheque for Rs.899 towards renewal .But your office informed me that Canara Bank returned Cheque due to signature mismatch.Accordingly I made the online payment. However Bank deducted Rs.590 towards dishonored cheque charges.
Hence I request you to kindly return the cheque to enable the same to be presented to Bank. Kindly treat it as most urgent request.

Subscription was renewed on 7th Sep 2021. Still I am yet to get the paper. I have been reminding since my date of payment. Very often some one calls from TOI and say that it is the last call and my complaint will be resolved . But my issue remains unresolved.
In case you are unable to deliver at my address kindly refund my amount and close the issue.

My Wife’s sister R. Parvatham who was a subscriber of TOI ( Subscription ID CH[protected] passed away on[protected]. She renewed her subscription only in April and it is valid till[protected]. My wife is the legal heir of her sister. When I contacted your help line for refund I was informed that since I am a subscriber of TOI the unused subscription of my Sister In Law could be credited to my account and that I should send a mail to the CRM duly enclosing the Death Certificate of my Sister In Law and giving my Subscription ID. I sent a mail duly enclosing the Death Certificate of my Sister In Law and my TOI ID ( ID CH[protected]. Since June 16th this issue is pending with CRM ( crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com ). All my reminders till now haven’t been responded. I consider this as a disappointment and an insult to a long time TOI Customer. I even informed the CRM, Chennai that he could send me a one word reply either accepting or rejecting my request. But SILENCE is the answer. I will leave it to your decision and I see an erosion in customer care relation of Chennai TOI. I am considering stopping reading TOI News paper as every day morning when I read I will be reminded of the ill treatment to me for no fault of mine.

The papers are not delievred for 2 days in Aug-21. Then after contact CRM - Chennai and Email sent to them, its resolved.
Again, they stop paper delivery for the past 3 days 12-Oct-21; 13-Oct-21; 14-Oct-21.

I called local vendor and he stops responding to me and not picking up my mobile.

Sent an email to CRM Services Chennai and No response.

Please help me with the right person / email to escalate.

After shifting from Vijaywada to Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh and notifying same to times of India, I have received newspaper only one day, After which I has been 10 days I am not receiving newspaper. Have contracted times of India customer care twice regarding this but with no results. Kindly look into matter at earliest.

I am a Doctor by profession and this representative named MUSHARAF KHAN spoke to me in such an arrogant disgusting manner! Such a big name of the newspaper and this sales representative behaves as if he is some big shot arrogant person who has no concern of who he is speaking to. This arrogance should be noted and this representative needs to learn his place. Kindly take the action needed on this person and I will also put this all over social Media so that everyone knows about this pathetic representative. This is pitiful to know despite such a big news paper brand and yet you are unable to hire a man with basic etiquettes of speaking! He called me from the following number: [protected]

This is brought to you notice that for Subscription ID GJ[protected], i have subscribed for annual subscription of TOI +ET .
The vendor who is putting paper ( Poonambhai[protected] had been been abusive with my wife asking for differential 15 days of gap between start date and coupon date.
However, this was discussed with Manojbhai from TOI ( [protected] ) in a concal and it agreed that this was would be adjusted as applicable.

Recently on 9th October 2021, Poonambhai came to our house and had spoken abusively with my wife leading to tarnishing an image of lady. She asked to speak to me ( her husband ), but he was quite abusive.
I dropped a message to him not to come to my house and whatever is there should be called upon on my cell. Even i stated to adjust these 15 days at end of subscription.

They have stopped putting papers at my home since 10th October 21.
there is sheer negligence of services on account of vendor as well as TOI, and TOI is bound to deliver newspaper at my home.

There is too much mental agony and trauma happened with my wife due to this incident and i have been mentally harrassed a lot.
Kindly take action against the vendor and kindly ensure that newspaper is coming regularly, if not through this vendor then through another vendor.

Kindly take swift action and confirm.

We are not receiving supplimentary editions of Doon Times etc in Saharanpur, despite full amount bein charged.We are missing on cartoons and other quiz etc.
Why are we at SAHARANPUR being treated STEPMOTHERLY.

I have subscribed TOI and VK edition for 10 months thru kalabhiarava news agency and the propreitor is Mr. rajesh, , this fellow is very irresponsible and never supply papers on time and dont answer to calls.

Newspaper delivery was started in the month of June 2021 and suspended in the month of August 2021.

When contacted the local distributor they told that my subscription is expired

Please help me with the right person / email to escalate. No proper response from customer service, if asked twice they get agitated and annoyed.
