Different shapes pages makes it difficult to hold and read

I have booked your Newspaper vide ccn 0017824 in sept. 2021. I was told the paper will start from October 2021. Niether I got coupons nor news paper. Kindly resolve my problem

I have booked Times Of India for one year vide CCN 0017824 in September 2021. I was told your paper will start from october2021.Niether I got coupons nor newspaper. Please look into the matter.

I have shifted from
Flat 504, dhanalxmi heights, rr gardens, patamata high school road vijaywada to flat no t604, thrishul block, mid valley city, vijaywada guntur highway, mangalagiri, dit guntur-522503 Andhra pradesh.
I have annual subscription of times of india, i want to hange the address. Whom to contacf already mailed regarding this.

I have not received the TOI Newspaper for the past two days. I had sent a complaint to your local representative but in vain. This is not the first time it's happening. Please look into it and arrange for delivery of Newspaper regularly and on time.

Dear sir this is siva from chennai we have made a payment for two years subscription through online but we haven't recieve our times of indian news paper so go through this and let us know as soon as possible i have attached our subscription details and our address . Go through the details and make sure that we get our newspaper regurally .

I had subscribed for the TOI during Feb 2021. I was promised a gift of an iron box for this, which i keep following till now. But the surprising point is that there is no positive response till now. Out of the n number of mails sent by me, i got responses twice that they will revert shortly. The last of such mails was received during 16th July. Nobody seems bothered even to respond to the mails i have sent. Is this the way to treat customers? This is totally annoying. Having waited for enough, i do not want to waste my energy and time anymore with toi. I do not even want any association with toi as they do not seem to have any sanctity towards customer. Requesting to organise for the refund the amount of subscription, just to keep it simple. I am also going to tag the communication in the social media just to show how toi is treating its customers, in case if i do not get any response. If someone wants to really review the events from toi side, I can forward the communication chain, so as to aid in a proper analysis. The CRM team in Chennai and Coimbatore are the real culprits, not bothering and also not interested to handle this issue effectively.

I am Times of India subscriber from 2008 since its launch in Chennai, recently I changed my address from 38, Thillai Nagar 2nd Main Road, Kolathur, Chennai 600099 to B-206, PGP Oaks Ganga Nagar Jafferkhanpet, Chennai 600083. My subscription no.CH[protected], I had informed about my new change of address to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com on 2nd Sep.2021, I received mail from crm that my news paper will start delivery from 7th Sep. 2021 which is the start of my new subscription date this year after renewal. Since 7th Sep. 2021 I did not receive my copy of TOI again I send them a remainder on the same day to which I received a reply on 8th Sep.2021 from CRM team, Chennai, with a note that my problem has been escalated with Area Manager concerned. Till today 30th Sep.2021 I didn't receive my daily copy of TOI news paper even I made couple of calls to the Customer care the latest being on 18th Sep.2021 which was received by Ms. Priya, Customer care executive for Chennai office, she assured me that my copy of Times Of India will start delivery from 20th Sep. 2021. But till now I haven't received a copy of TOI. Last mail I shot to CRM Chennai was on 13th Sep. 2021. Please help me to solve this problem which is very frustrating to say the least.

Renewed my annual subscription of Times of India news paper thru account payee cheque of Rs. 549/-. Mr. Anil the local marketing person (Cell: [protected]) visited my house and renewed existing scheme by Order Code: CCN0011750. Mr Anil number is not reachable and I do not know to whom to contact. I am getting paper regularly but I do not have coupon to give to the vendor after month end.

Times of India news paper is irregular and the local support team is helpless. I called them several times yesterday to get the yesterday's news paper but I could not get. Probably I could have purchased a one from the nearby vendor. That is why I vexed with this subscription and I want to cancel my subscription. Please cancel my subscription and confirm me.

Of late, we have been experiencing issues with TOI Chennai. Most of the days, the newspaper gets delivered very late or no delivery at all. Sometimes Chennai Times is missing. We never experienced this before and that is why we continued to subscribe to TOI. We live in Mogappair, Chennai 600101. Not aware of the person's name who delivers the paper. Please look into the matter.

I have subscribed for 3 year subscription for supply of TOI in Chennai on 13/9/21. Today it is 13th day, but still the paper service is not started. Despite calling the call centre, for 100 times, no tangible reply got. At least 10 emails- still TOI is not concerned about a reader. VERY BAD for a print media of this nature taking readers for a ride. Earlier due to similar experiences I had stopped buying for 2 years. I regret subscribing now. Any noble soul available in TOI to respond to this

I have subscribed to Times of India Chennai edition for a period of 12 months from 01.08.2021 to 31.07-2021, But I haven't received a single newspaper yet. When I contacted the dealer they had said that TOI has asked to stop the paper. When contacted TOI, They said that they haven't stopped. My subscriber ID is [protected]

Sir we are from SUPER COMPUTER ...We are not getting your paper as regularly ...so I request you to kindly look in to the matter, give reularly paper .

We live in kapadwanj Gujarat. Here every day we recieve less no of pages compared to what written on first page title. We said to our agent, he said this is the same complaint of everyone who reads this paper . He said they even tried to contact their distributor but they are not answering properly. When we are paying full amount why we are getting less no of pages. Please look into this asap.

I have made payment and got subscription of TOI and ET news papers with their gift offer on 10th of August.
My subscription ID is[protected] hence after more than 35 days I haven't received copy of news papers and also gift items offered by TOI with subscription offer.

Dear Sir/Madam, For my home we are paying the subscription regularly in the name of my wife Mrs.SIVAKALAI ( ID number[protected] every year for the past few years and the paper was delivered by the paper agent. ( 16/9/21)Today I came to know from the paper vendor that in the name list given by you our house number B, 1201 is not there hence paper was not delivered. Every year based on your advance information for renewal of subscription we use to send the due amount to you. Kindly confirm whether the subscription paid by us has been expired or it is life. If it is to be renewed you could have informed me well in advance as done previously. Anyhow if you want me to continue the subscription as already done inform and do the needful.

I have subscribed to the annual subscription of the Times of India newspaper and since last month I'm not getting the news paper. I have raised multiple complaints on the number and email that they provided and still there is no response from them and only just a message saying that the complaint is registered. This is not expected from a reputed company like TOI and this incident has definitely degraded our experience with TOI.
Hope that at least now they will take some action.
