Dear Sir,

I'm Deepu, from chennai-117 and was a regular customer of toi since 2012 and had a break during covid time and meanwhile I hv shifted my house to new area( from Chn-27 to Chn-117). In response to the continuous toi messages for annual subscription renewal with a gift of travel bag, I hv renewed the subscription on 5/9/21 for a period from 07.09.21 to 06.09.22. & Sub ID is XX[protected]. Since TOI paper delivery has not been started on 7th, i have contacted toi CR team to know the reason n got reply as ur ID n Address comes under different depots n so depot need to be changed to new addres with customers request. I just wondered that till debiting money from my account, toi was perfect right from sending regular messages, login with correct address, asking email, mob nos and the MAIN THING MONEY(all these are to be feed by customer only), but the ID creating and cross-check the same with address submitted by customer for depot checking is the sole responsibility of TOI. Still on 7th I hv sent the request as advised by ur CR team n got reply on 08th as approved the address change(proof attached). Since the delivery has not started, when contacted toi c.care, they assures next day delivery for my each call, every day(call logs attached as a proof). But till today (15.9.21), I didn't get newspaper. Extremely Poor back end team..only enjoys the salary and perks from toi, not doing their work with dedication..not efficient at all. I request TOI should take strong action against lazy n irresponsible employees at the Chennai branch who are trying to defame the name of TOI. Also I have contacted Mr.Xxxx, Area Mgr Chn-117 Depot, under which my address falls, thru WhatsApp n call. For both he has not reponded(proof attached)...what an efficient Manager..Also getting calls daily nowdays from toi CR team asking enjoyment of toi paper subscription. When explain the fact, they also assures a call bak immediately after talking with the respective Manager. But I could guess the poor staffs commitment towards their employer. They never called bak..All these people from top to bottom are thinking that nobody is there to take action against them..What an enjoyment!!!

Above all, I hv requested verbally for the refund of my amt if TOI cannot deliver the newspaper to ur CR team, but for that also they are neither ready nor give the procedure.

ITS ACTUALLY CHEATING OF CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION...NEITHER DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPER NOR READY TO REFUND THE AMT.

I HEREBY REQUEST TOI TEAM TO REFUND MY SUBSCRIPTION AMT OF ₹799 WITHOUT DRAGGING MY CASE IN THE NAME OF DEPOT, SPEAKING WITH MANAGER, CONFIRMED NEXT DAY DELIVERY etc. ULTIMATELY IT IS THE FAILURE OF TOI CHN TEAM IN ISSUING SUBSCRIPTION VOUCHER WITHOUT CHECKING THE DEPOT ID.

I request the HO team to look into the matter immediately and take proper action asap.

You may be aware that I am an old customer for your news papers. I had a complaint against Ms. Vaishnavi Gawli, College Student (Project), She had committed me that the online payment of yearly scheme will get me Rs. 50 discount and a gift of Rs. 300 (Bedsheet). I had got the discount of Rs. 50 but not the gift. I had many reminder and follow up with Ms. Vaishnavi over mail as well as on whatapps. but till date no respond from her end. Please check at your end.

There is a threating whatsupp messages from different numbers especially + 65 numbers saying if you don't repay the loan you will.be harrased.just 1 month back I just went In to their app seeing their details now they are saying u have to repay but for what just went to see the app.
Tried to contact the app but all fake adress is off Bangalore and mobile number is switched off saying in Bengali.
Why the play store app is not verifying as the govt has asked for some stringent laws for the loan app.
They just show some luceritive loan then harrass us, we don't know now what to do .

We sincerely seek the help of government to help us .

Someone from times has visited house and asked us to take subscription for 1 year, and the payment has been made through cheque, I got the messages too. It’s been 20 days, I have not received the newspaper till now.
I even got the confirmation messages from times. It’s looks like no sense, it’s almost a month, out of 12 months 1 month is already over, what’s the use of taking subscription.

A news being published by Times of India highlighted a news using image of Sadhus as a culprit inspite of the fact that the Accused was Muslim.

What is obligation of Times of India to spread such type of Hate against Hindus.

I want a special enquiry against such acts.
Hope to have a quick action against those culprit who post such news which is Muslim too spreading hate.

I have renewed the annual subscription in April but iam not getting the paper.

The local vendors charged me security deposit of 500 and no slip provided till date ( (20 days ). Today when I didn’t get my newspaper the vendor said it’s not his responsibility. I have asked him to cross validate with his executive. This vendors never turned up nor picked my calls or messages. I felt they are responsible to investigate the reason for not delivering newspaper. Vendors name is Sai and my area pin code is 500089

All complaints are pending. Fraud replay and no work from TOI.
I have evidence. If i am not got i will send this in web site.

Renewal not done and no response. No feedback from 3 months.

Mr. Vinod Lloyd (your manager)is USELESS in resolving issue with the agent. More than dozen times complaints raised no solution. Area delivery agent Mr. Govindan supplys entire society except me.???? Pity and what a fall for India's top paper

This is to inform you that I am not getting either Sunday economic Times or Mumbai mirror as I have subscribed for Times of India and economic Times. Some days paper not delivered or make a bell at the door. Last Sunday and this Sunday I have not received Mumbai mirror due to unknown reason. I am subscribed to read articles and other information and not for advt. Please resolve this issue.

This is to inform you that sewage water is freely flowing in the underpass at Rajivgandhinagar Underpass for the past 6 months and my complaint with BWSSB and on 'Sahaya' has gone unheard.
Being a Bangalorean, I do not wish to see my city turn into 'Sewage City' because it has already turned into 'Garbage City' from 'Green City'.
Hope you would alert the right authorities for immediate acction

Dear Sir,

i would like to lodge press information to share on your news paper.
On 10 july 21, I have tried to withdraw INr 5000 from Bandhan bank ATM. Prior to me, few people were trying and no cash disbursed that day.

i tried my luck andno cash disbursed, as curfew is imposed post 12 noon all over Agartala, I returned back home there.
Further waited for few hr and no information from bank. I got emem from my account held bank of ICICI that 5k was deducted.
i called up customer care and filed case.
Since 12 july 21 onwards, they are unable to resolve as Bandhan Bank declared they disbursed cash and no evidence is given to me as customer. further bandhan Bank refusal to share CCTV footage.
Incident took place aroun 11.35 to 11.55 AM on saturday at Bandhan Bank ATM opp to Head Post office in Agagartala.

Kindly help to share this news of fraud.
ICICI failure to recover our money and asking me to file complaint with RBI.
