The paper delivery boy is just throwing the morning paper into the Lily pond situated in the front yard of my house. The paper soaked in water is useless to read. Please ensure proper delivery....

Have renewed newspaper subscription in June 2021 by making full payment for a year and I have still not received a single newspaper till date. Have emailed, raised complaints multiple times but none of the emails or complaints are resolved not have received refund of subscription cancellation. One of the worst experiences so far. Hoping to get some response through this at least....

I have started the subscription of TOI last week and the newspaper does not contain bollywood times copy in it. Its highly disappointing as the price is same as the usual price i.e. 5 rupees and even then I don't get the full newspaper.
Moreover I am not even provided with the sunday times special edition.On asking the newspaper delivery guy I was told that he delivers what he gets.
So i would really appreciate if you'll look...

We booked matrimonial advertisement for times of india packages for (2+2) for 1 time subscription
The amount to be deducted was 8190.08/-
But it has been deducted 2 times on same date i.e.-17/06/2021

Please look into the matters and refund the same...

I'm Suresh from rajahmundry I subscribed one year but paper not coming properly please verify the problem...

I have subscribed for the annual package to receive TOI, however, the delivery does not happen on a daily basis. This week I only received the paper 3 times which is after calling the person who is in charge of this area (Kondapur - Hyderabad). No one calls me back to check if the issue is resolved and the same thing goes on and on.

This is an absolute waste of my time and money. I need someone to look into this, if not, please...

I have applied for Times of India newspaper and gift in March. I get my newspaper daily but my gift is not come till date, after frequent complaints and mails still I never got my gift....

But I didn't get news paper from last three days
From when the service is started

I Manoj Rana pay 549 rs on 27 july but on my address not received any newspaper till that date on...

Despite having inadequate news, number of pages printed in main edition too Wrong Almost June and July- 21 Month we received half of the newspaper having 20 pages edition bust single buch having 16 pages including City editions in one bundle.
If you are subscribing yearly you are the looser - No questions answered. Paper will be stopped before subscription end date.
they have provided one Toll free number which is ALWAYS dead...

I am subscriber for Chennai edition.
It is mentioned in the paper dated 15.08.21, the issue is having 114 pages. But I have received only 28 pages.
When I checked news agent, he also confirmed the same.
Then why you have printed like this and give bad impression.

The Newspaper edition special edition for Independence day was not received today. I tried to complaint to the distributor in Besant Nagar, Chennai his name is - Rajasekar but he replied rudely stating you can complaint to TOI. .
Please ensure proper distribution on the TOI newspaper., Can you send me the special Edition

I subscribed times prime for 999/- including TOI + app and internet edition. Followed the instructions as per the Times prime, once installed app it's gives free trial of 14 days and when tried for full subs. Dialogue box appears subs cannot activate now. After the free trial time now app is asking to subscribe, it's really ridiculous the main highlights of times prime is it's subscription and the app failed to activate the same. My subs#...

I'm not receiving the Newspaper for more than two months after payment of the annual subscription.I'm very much disappointed with the service of Times of India. This is not what I expected from a reputed firm like yours.

We paid the Annual pack almost 1month before as on today we received the paper only two days after the repeated complaints.
If you’re not able to deliver the paper pls return the money

I have applied for yearly subscription of Rs. 549 in the month of June 2021.
I received my copies only for a month and now the contact number mentioned [protected] of DSA is even switched off...

Respected sir I paid Times of India news paper yearly subscription Rs599 but I didn't getting my news paper some times I am getting news paper 13.00 hrs. So I request you please return me my yearly subscription bcz l, m getting fed-up for irregular timing and sometimes they did not drop the news paper....

I had paid for the renewal of my subscription in the month of June but I have not received my coupons till now....
