Hi,
I am a subscriber of TOI since 15 years and recently i moved to a new area Singasandra, Bengaluru - 560068.
Due to local distribution issues, they are not supplying paper which is forcing me to switch to different paper.
Kindly look into this matter, you may loose more customers if this is not addressed.

Time of India subscription is totally mismanaged.
Few days back news paper delivering agent met asking for money where as we have paid subscription.
Kindly note following numbers

It was very rude supplier without proper information stopped delivering the news papers.
Kindly look into the matter imm.

Regarding this want to till you about that at the nangloi centre your inspector anil batt and anil bist are the inspector at nangloi they not providing booking money and customer gift are not disbursed.
So in the regard l have send to you a mail that you will help to provide our compensation and customer gift to our inspector. They have spent six months and more to not give the compensation and gift when I have told to then they have avoided.

The Order No #TS0044888 placed on 24 July 2021 for 6 months. I want further renewal of subscription to be cancelled forthwith. The response of company is very poor and they have not provided any exit clause for cancellation of future subscriptions.

Your representative namely Satish Jha (Mobile No. [protected]) visited my house regarding renewal of my subscription of Newspaper. I have selected for two year plan costing to Rs. 999/-. I was choose option for payment from card. i gave him my ATM card. He swiped and said transaction not completed, it has to re-swipe. He re-swipe the card and said transaction has been completed. when i have checked the statement, i found that the amount has been deducted twice form my account. he said one will be reverted back in 48 hours but not happened. I contacted him, he said it will take seven days but not happened. i asked him to process from their end. He assured me but no response is being received from their and and he also not picking up call now.

After few days of struggle initially, I always tear the unsized paper first thing before start reading.
I have many times made complaint in your standard format but to no avail.
You might be doing this kind of arrangement to get more advertisement revenue, in the process you are also likely to incur additional cost.
But in the process you are putting all your subscribers into real pain and irritation every day morning.
Please take necessary action

The paper delivery boy is just throwing the morning paper into the Lily pond situated in the front yard of my house. The paper soaked in water is useless to read. Please ensure proper delivery.

Have renewed newspaper subscription in June 2021 by making full payment for a year and I have still not received a single newspaper till date. Have emailed, raised complaints multiple times but none of the emails or complaints are resolved not have received refund of subscription cancellation. One of the worst experiences so far. Hoping to get some response through this at least.

I have started the subscription of TOI last week and the newspaper does not contain bollywood times copy in it. Its highly disappointing as the price is same as the usual price i.e. 5 rupees and even then I don't get the full newspaper.
Moreover I am not even provided with the sunday times special edition.On asking the newspaper delivery guy I was told that he delivers what he gets.
So i would really appreciate if you'll look into the matter.

But it has been deducted 2 times on same date i.e.-17/06/2021

I have subscribed for the annual package to receive TOI, however, the delivery does not happen on a daily basis. This week I only received the paper 3 times which is after calling the person who is in charge of this area (Kondapur - Hyderabad). No one calls me back to check if the issue is resolved and the same thing goes on and on.

This is an absolute waste of my time and money. I need someone to look into this, if not, please...

But I didn't get news paper from last three days
From when the service is started

Despite having inadequate news, number of pages printed in main edition too Wrong Almost June and July- 21 Month we received half of the newspaper having 20 pages edition bust single buch having 16 pages including City editions in one bundle.
If you are subscribing yearly you are the looser - No questions answered. Paper will be stopped before subscription end date.
they have provided one Toll free number which is ALWAYS dead[protected] has No response Mon-Fri.
The escalation Emails moved to bin or un acknolwedged.
You pay you loose. Dont care attitude.
