It’s been more than 2 months since I have been raised a complaint regarding the irregular supply of my newspaper but my complaint has been ignored. It’s like money that I have paid is wasted as the newspaper come post noon or in some case doesn’t even delivered...

Generally spelling errors are seen in the articles. e.g. Article titled - "Mahindra's Social, Environmental Impact in FY21..."; dated - 7th of August, 2021 ; Page no. 6. Business is misspelt right below the picture of Anand Mahindra. Apart from these error, all looks fine.

There was a slight mistake in the paragraph of India winning bronze medal in mens hockey on the very first home page mentioned in a sentence as follows
"Crucially, what they were achieving was the affirmation of why hockey is still the national sport of the country. "

And the fact is that India doesn't has any sport as its national sport which is confirmed by ministry of youth affairs.
So I would like the newspaper...

I purchased a 12 month subscribtion for Times of India news paper starting Jan 21. After March the paper delivery stopped and i did not receive news paper for past 5 months. The complaints made to customer care were ineffective and the local representatives are not responding to calls. Times of india please refund my money....
