    I have subscribed for economic times for 6 months on 19th July 2021 and it’s been two weeks I haven’t received the paper even once. I am not sure what is happening or if anyone is even bothered at the times to look into it despite my repeated complaints

          I Nandini Suchde want to complain about your journalist Rebecca. who on 20h March 2021 has wrongly published an article saying that the complainant Nandini suchde has lost the case against Dr M L Saraf without going into the merits of the facts. She has wrongly printed this article. If you see he judgement then the judgement was given by justice Ajay Singha Daga who was the incharge judge of court room number 45 foir one day. In the one day itself he oassedvthe judgement when the case was heard by the sitting judge if court room no 45.. And and on that day he passed the judgement I request you to kindly take action against Rebecca for wrongly printing article without verifying the facts. Request your response to ny complaint.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am a subscriber of Times Of f India past 10 years recently dated on 25.07.2021 to still date, newspaper not delivered to me by agent.
                    When I enquired, they said one of representative name Thyigarajan collection agent said to vendor that not to deliver the newspaper. Actually my renewal expiry date is 06.08.2021,
                    So I kindly request to you issues the newspaper and advice representative
                    mainrain behaviour while dealing with customer relationship.
                    I hope you do the needful for the above mentioned.

                      I am a subscriber of Times if India newspaper from Wahal, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.Sorry to say that our agent fail to deliver newspaper on Sundays This happens every Sunday.Other days late delivery.Deluvers by noon.Right from the time of subscription till to date this practice continues. Kindly provided a solution for this What is the meaning in giving the subscription in advance if this being the case

                        The times of India dated 25 july 2021 (dehradun) on Page Number 15 under Times Trend in the article "WHY THESE MUSEUMS ARE SUING PORNHUB" The edition printed a x-rated art which shows a naked women. A newspaper which is read by the different age groups, such images are irresponsible to print. Children's are not supposed to expose to these things by these mediums under different conditions.
                        The TOI is supposed to not print things like these as the newspaper is supposed to read by any age groups without any boundation to age category but the image shown in the article is considered to be print categories to different age limits.

                            TOI Thiruvanadhapuram edition keep publishes the same articles in leisure categories. It's been repeated many times. Sometimes news in the first page is getting repeated in other page. It's very redundant. Ex. July 20th and July 24th has same mindfulness training helps kids sleep better.

                                  I subscribed news paper on 16 th July yet I don't get any confirmation mail or message I try to contact customer care excutive they are not properly responding customer care excutive are sheeta, Swetha, Parthiban incharge no one response for my queries ... I try to contact they are just ignored ... This is not ethical at all ... Such a bad customer service ever

                                      I have taken a new TOI subscription during Feb 21 under my name M.Sudharson ([protected]). I have not received my offer gift of bedsheet from my agent Mr.Ameen ([protected]). Inspite of my repeated calls for the last 6 months, I am not getting any response from my agent on my gift offer. I have also send multiple mails to CRM Chennai "crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com".and also escalated to the grievances cell "grievance.[protected]@timesinternet.in". However, still i didnt received my offer.
                                      Please let me know when can I receive my gift offer or TOI will not honor its commitment to the subscriber.

                                        I paid Rs. 5284/- for a matrimonial advertisement on 13th July 2021. The advertisement was supposed to be printed in the edition of Sunday, 18th July 2021, but it didn't. I advertised through classifiedsadd.com which is also a part of Times of India.
