I Nandini Suchde want to complain about your journalist Rebecca. who on 20h March 2021 has wrongly published an article saying that the complainant Nandini suchde has lost the case against Dr M L Saraf without going into the merits of the facts. She has wrongly printed this article. If you see he judgement then the judgement was given by justice Ajay Singha Daga who was the incharge judge of court room number 45 foir one day. In the one day itself he oassedvthe judgement when the case was heard by the sitting judge if court room no 45.. And and on that day he passed the judgement I request you to kindly take action against Rebecca for wrongly printing article without verifying the facts. Request your response to ny complaint.

The representative has collected payment on 5th July but till now the paper is not given . What kind of service r u giving . Is it a fraud or what . Pls deliver paper from tomorrow else will go for legal .

Irregular delivery of newspaper for a long time. Please allot a new delivery person at the earliest

Not receivng my newspaper from last 2 months

From 28 june newspaper not supply or coming at my home. I complaint so many times in email but nothing happened. Now it's 1 month completed since nothing happened or action on my complaint. Please Give me my 2 years subscription price.

I am a subscriber of Times Of f India past 10 years recently dated on 25.07.2021 to still date, newspaper not delivered to me by agent.
When I enquired, they said one of representative name Thyigarajan collection agent said to vendor that not to deliver the newspaper. Actually my renewal expiry date is 06.08.2021,
So I kindly request to you issues the newspaper and advice representative
mainrain behaviour while dealing with customer relationship.

I am a subscriber of Times if India newspaper from Wahal, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.Sorry to say that our agent fail to deliver newspaper on Sundays This happens every Sunday.Other days late delivery.Deluvers by noon.Right from the time of subscription till to date this practice continues. Kindly provided a solution for this What is the meaning in giving the subscription in advance if this being the case

The times of India dated 25 july 2021 (dehradun) on Page Number 15 under Times Trend in the article "WHY THESE MUSEUMS ARE SUING PORNHUB" The edition printed a x-rated art which shows a naked women. A newspaper which is read by the different age groups, such images are irresponsible to print. Children's are not supposed to expose to these things by these mediums under different conditions.
The TOI is supposed to not print things like these as the newspaper is supposed to read by any age groups without any boundation to age category but the image shown in the article is considered to be print categories to different age limits.

I had applied for E subscription on 11/7/2021 but the website is saying i am not subscribed.I am attaching the payment slip for your referal.

TOI Thiruvanadhapuram edition keep publishes the same articles in leisure categories. It's been repeated many times. Sometimes news in the first page is getting repeated in other page. It's very redundant. Ex. July 20th and July 24th has same mindfulness training helps kids sleep better.

I have a yearly subscription for the TOI news paper. I am not getting news paper from month of may last week to till now.

I subscribed news paper on 16 th July yet I don't get any confirmation mail or message I try to contact customer care excutive they are not properly responding customer care excutive are sheeta, Swetha, Parthiban incharge no one response for my queries ... I try to contact they are just ignored ... This is not ethical at all ... Such a bad customer service ever

I am not getting Newspaper even after subscription on 30.06.2021.

I have taken a new TOI subscription during Feb 21 under my name M.Sudharson ([protected]). I have not received my offer gift of bedsheet from my agent Mr.Ameen ([protected]). Inspite of my repeated calls for the last 6 months, I am not getting any response from my agent on my gift offer. I have also send multiple mails to CRM Chennai "crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com".and also escalated to the grievances cell "grievance.[protected]@timesinternet.in". However, still i didnt received my offer.
Please let me know when can I receive my gift offer or TOI will not honor its commitment to the subscriber.

I paid Rs. 5284/- for a matrimonial advertisement on 13th July 2021. The advertisement was supposed to be printed in the edition of Sunday, 18th July 2021, but it didn't. I advertised through classifiedsadd.com which is also a part of Times of India.

I have a yearly subscription for the TOI news paper but not being supplied the Economic or Maharashtra Times as advertised on the news paper.

I subscribed for TOI newspaper for 2 yrs and during the entire 2 years i kept facing issues of non-receipt of newspaper numerous times for long periods and other issues of trying to deal with the vendor and asking for help from CRM team of TOI. Even though i highlighted my grievances over the calls and emails to their CRM section, i only got intermittent standard statements but no resolution to my complaint which i find very disappointing from a well known and established brand like TOI.

With such a high reputation of TOI on which i trusted and paid in advance to enroll for 2 year subscription i learned a lesson to not repeat the mistake again.

I wished my complaints over the calls and quite a few emails had been answered for solution and i was compensated for the loss of service period and they really had a back end system to address such issues.

My vendor once again stopped delivering TOI newspaper by saying that he is not getting commission against my subscription from TOI. I have subscribed the newspaper for two years directly from TOI by making payment online. This is the forth time I am registering my complaint. In last three months, our vendor delivered newspaper for only for 26 days. Out this 14 days we received Hindustan Times. When I confronted with him he stopped delivering Hindustan Times also.
Last month, TOI representative had been visited my house and verified my payment details and subscription validity and ensured us that he will ensure uninterrupted delivery.

I renewed my TOI subscription for one year last April'21. Today paper is not delivered till now and recent times I observed TOI paper is not getting delivered at doorstep on time. Some days it's not delivered too. I need to contact my Agent Mr. Vishnu, Mobile : [protected] to check about delivery of paper.
Please address this issue & instruct concerned agent to deliver paper before 7am daily. If it continues I will NOT continue with TOI.
