We have subscribed paper and the paper is not delivering paper since 4 days and not even given any prior information

Recently Maharashtra govt announced CET for 11 admission .this will be covering
Maths
English
Science
Social science
Please note students from international boards IGCSE those who have not opted for science and social sciences has to write CET on totally unrelated subjects .
Another confusion -IGCSe students who have physically appeared for exams And their results are out ..they can't write CET as they have legitimately passed the exam .however since they are not writting CET though they have passed exams they will not be considered for admission on par with CET students .this is not justified and doesn't give equal opportunity to them.
We need a clearity
1.Students from IGCSe boards who wants to appear for CET however they have not opted for subjects like science and social science in 10 grade how they will appear for CET with unknown subjects ?
2.If they have secured actually good marks but they don't want to appear for CEt...in that case though they have secured excellent marks they won't be given preference while giving the admissions ...strange .
Please take up the matter with the education board and bring parity in admission process.

I opted for the subscription for one year on 15th July and as per your executive it supposed to come from 16th morning but till date there is no single newspaper I received
Kindly cancel my subscription and refund the amount of 549 immediately

Vendor/ distributor (Babloo) of TOI newspaper in A block, Sector 31, NOIDA is very erratic and arrogant . He delivers newspaper around 8:00 am which is very late for office goers. Many a times (at least 2 to 3 times in a month) he skips delivery. No other distributor accepts subscription saying that they can not accept without his consent. I have already complained on your customer care also but awaiting resolution

I have paid an amount of Rs. 499/- on 21/12/2020, for one year Times of India paper subscription to TOI representative Venkatesh ([protected]).
As representative informed that the news paper will start for 1st January 2021, but still the news paper is not started coming. I have contacted through mobile and informed the same for several times from the amount paid to till today 17/07/2021.
One situation he told that the money will be refunded, but still yet not received money.
I request you to resolve the issue and please take a necessary action for not repeating to others.

TOI vendor namely M/s Meethi (Mobile No.[protected], [protected]) distributing news-paper in the locality of Rangpuri Extension, A-Block, New Delhi-110037 is charging Rs.30/- extra per month from me. I am having Invoice for Rs.350/- dated:31.05.2021. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

I have been a regular reader of TOI since 1977. My 40 year old association was rudely broken by the local vendor at Sector-57, Gurgaon because I insisted on deducting for non-delivery of newspaper. That was 5 years ago.

Recently I saw an opportunity of directly subscribing to TOI and did so under Order No #TS0035024 dated 23 March 2021. But problem was not resolved. Though the delivery was to start on 25th and it practically started won 29th March after few phone calls and mails to Customer Relations.

On 27th June 2021, the agent of local vendor was at my doorstep demanding payment. On being explained that since it is a direct subscription to TImes of India Group, I can provide him with subscription vouchers. He spoke to one Mr. Vikram Sharma (#[protected], purported to be TOI functionary who said I will have to pay for the weekend issues of TOI & ET. I paid the agent Rs. 578/- because I did not want to continue to deal with the rogue element.

Later I checked my subscription details and found that weekend issues of TOI is covered under subscription but ET is not so covered.

I 'WhatsApped' Mr Vikram Singh with all the details seeking explanations from him and also arrange for refund. But he did not show any courtesy to even acknowledge receipt of my message.

Customer Relations of TOI spoke to me and all details were explained to them. They were to come back with their resolution in the matter in 2 days but nothing has been heard from them too.

Under the circumstances, I am left with choice but address my grievance here with a request that we should not have to deal with such discourteous vendor or his agent.

I have all all documents. Should you require them, I can forward them.

I am staying in The lake district, Yewalewadi pune 411048.Recenty i had to stay back at my hometown for 2 months due to which I had to temporarily stop subscription of my newspaper (times of India).On arriving a month back till today the vendor whose phone no is [protected] is refusing to deliver the newspaper.I asked my society to intervene but to no avail.He says he is not getting the paper from Times which I find incorrect!
Please resolve this or find another vendor to the society

I had paid for a repeat ad on 25/6 after agreeing 4 dates by your caller including 27/6 but they not only missed that Sunday, another Sunday has also passed ;
Need someone senior to urgently intervene pls as I have suffered a huge loss !

I have subscribed for newspaper for the last 4 years. I was received newspaper regularly, But in recent months, I am not receiving the paper regularly, at least 5-6 days paper was missed per months, For last 2 months I didn't receive any newspaper . It's been 40 days and they haven't solved my problem. I've raised a complain like 3 to 4 times but they've just closed my complain. Not taking any actions . Please consider my complain and forward to respective department . The same issue I was faced last year and after 2 months resolved it they are not given any compensation .

This is regarding a full page advertisement on otp xpress. Like thousands who lost money, I too ordered & items not delivered & lost money. Will TOI publish fake news? No. Having full faith on TOI news, applying the same logic we were duped. How TOI is going to justify this. Can TOI help us & people who may loose money in the near future? Please help

I've subscribed for newspaper before a month. I should've receive newspaper from 10/06/2021 but I didn't receive any newspaper from that day till now 06/07/2021. It's been 27 days and they haven't solved my problem. I've subscribed for 12 months and paid 699. I've raised a complain like 3 to 4 but they've just closed my complain. I kindly request you to seriously consider my complain. Thank you.

I have paid Rs.599/- towards a subscription to Times of India Newspaper on 21st July 2020. My subscription Form No.SCT8154380 TEMPhas been allotted to me. But teh paper not delivered. This matter TEMPhas been informed over teh phone through teh toll-free number [protected] but in vain.

I request you kindly look into teh matter and redress my grievance at teh earliest, please.
