Dear sir, my TOI chennai edition paper is not delivering and the delivery person phone not reachable

I am a regular reader of Times Of India Epaper. I Have subscribed my monthly epaper plan worth rs 234/- by Google pay . Payment is processed but subscription plan has not been renewed yet.Hence I am requesting to please renew my subscription plan as I have paid for it, So that I will be able to access TOI Epaper.

Please solve immediately our delivery issues of news paper or refund back my balance subscription
Talked to your Agent & Marketing people, but their response is irresponsible.
Their way of talking is very hurting.
Kindly look into the matter immediately

I have not received Coupon for the above till date.
Had logged a complaint on your Helpline 10 days back and was told a Duplicate Coupon in case the Original had been sent would be provided.
However am yet to receive the same till now.
Kindly resolve the issue at an early date since the Vendor is chasing me on this issue on a daily basis.

Under the subscription offer of Rs.1599/- with free bedsheet, one check of Rs.1599/- bearing cheque No.925398 issued in favour of Bennett Coleman Co. was collected by newspaper vendor. The said amount has been debited from my account in February 2021 but till date neither any newspaper has been delivered nor the free bedsheet. The cheque details were forwarded to concerned newspaper vendor but he is not responding.

Sir,

I applied for new HP gas connection on 23rd Jan 2021 vide registration no [protected] also payment for 2 cylinders done vide payment transaction reference no [protected] dated 23rd jan 21 amounting 3050 rupees only ( receipt attached) All details submitted to HP Distributor Mr Nandan Vengurlekar vide hard copies ( have proof photo meeting with Mr Nandan)
Distributor is continuously denying connection on one or the other pretext … as per his telephonic talk dated june 6 June 21 17:26 ( recording may be verified), he says he will not be able to provide required service so go for bharat gas services with Mr Panshekar ( BP Distributor), his staff is instructed not to entertain any calls from my side as the sole powers are with him whether to give connection or not .. whole sunday on 6th june 21 he didnt picked my phone i rang him many times ( please verify or i have details) his staff is asking for extra money without bill.

Hence as a citizen of this country I recommend a strict audit for both cash and digital money to save the country from such corrupt distributors, also I request for immediate removal of distributorship and provide the same to some noble person.

Dirty Action Plan By Mr. Nandan Vengurlekar after my Whistle Blow on June 12th 2021

My Consumer status from 25th Jan 21 to 12th June 21 — Active
on 13th June 21 ….Self booked Gas and delivered to my address demanding empty cylinder
( How a customer can give empty cylinder when distributor himself have not provided the same)
on 13th June 21 ……Blocked By Distributor
on 17 th June 21….. Terminated
on 19th June 21 ….. deposited 3050 Rupees to my SBI bank account without my demand.

Request for stern action and removal to stop the poor villagers from getting looted by such distributors who are mainly interested in selling cylinders in black market rather than working sincerely.

Requesting HP to restore my account and provide me services as earliest as possible.

Your vendor Tarak Basak vi3390 today collected his coupons and simultaneously intimated that he will discontinue his service for some strict policy adopted for coupon encashment on your part. His loud behavior was not at all justified.
Please provide a new vendor to deliver me to deliver the TOI as I have already renewed subscription for one year.

I paid the TimesOf India newspaper subscription money of a year, but didn't get a single newspaper delivered at my house.

I have two years subscribed but not received paper past few months, several times informed my vendor Name: Karthik konar from cheetacamp, mumbai-400088

Till date i have not received a single newspaper except Times of India give bag.

Since purchased subscription.

Can you please update me the status of my case. I requested them to cancel my one year annual subscription and refund my money back which I have paid towards Times of india + ET.

My concern is irregular supply of paper and no one is ready to address my issue. I took this subscription from the month of March. From that month onwards till today the paper is not supplied regularly. At Least in a month they have missed 3 to 4 days to deliver the newspaper and sometimes they deliver Times of India without Economic times. This issue is getting repeated on a monthly basis and I am totally fed up with talking to several people on the phone.

Pathetic support from the Area manager, Paper vendor and the customer support member from Times group.

Solution: Please refund my money which I paid for the one year subscription. Not happy with the service.
