Team, I paid one year subscription amount through online and on 11th Dec, 2020 I received confirmation that amount received at your end. Post that I have started receiving ET news paper later your call center person verified whether I'm receiving ET or not. However from last 5 days I'm not receiving news paper and from last two days I started getting TOI when I inquired he confirmed that mistakenly they sent me ET but going forward I will get TOI.
I'm really disappointed with the way the system is functioning. Please get it corrected I need ET only.

W.r.t. the above, I had opted for a yearly subscription and made the payment as well after which my subscription began from Jan 01, 2021. But, from almost a month I am not getting the newspaper delivery. Despite calling to the concerned. I get vague answers and they in return request me to talk to the agent, if I was to call to the agent and they respond to us properly, why is the need to have customer care at all. The very purpose of it is under question. ToI, which has a global reputation and enormous reader base, printing crores of copies a day, but the same is not being delivered to the end users properly, there is no point in printing so many copies.
Request the concerned to initiate an action at the earliest and assist us in getting the copies and compensation too for not delivering for a month.

I purchased one year times of India subscription in Chandigarh IN the name of chumki Sinha and mobile number... [protected]. As I have been transferred from chandigarh to Kolkata I refunded all coupons to vender on 03 April and he told that rest money will be refunded. Now neither he is refunding nor attending my phone. Please block those coupons and if possible get me refund. Because vender has cheated me fraudulently. I was sent a msg that in case I renew my subscription for 1 year paying Rs 699 I will be offered a laptop bag. I had renewed my subscription and sent the details with your msg to claim my gift but now it is denied and inspite of multiple reminders I have not got any reply of my mail and if I am trying to call from my registered mobile no they are not answering my call not reverting a call. I hope this is unethical customer relationship. Kindly do the needful. My contact no is [protected]

I have been your customer since ages. My delivery man Shri Ramesh says that the Times of India group does not give any commission on paper and so he is forced to charge from us Rs. 50.00 per month and per paper. This means if I am buying Times of India (English) and Nav Bharat Times (Hindi) daily then I have to pay Rs. 100.00 per month. This is wrong.
2. Secondly he does not give us the combo benefit also.
3. Today I have told him(vendor) not to give any newspaper from tomorrow but if Shri Ramesh (vendor) is not right then scold him as he is ruining our relationship with you. He does not know how important is New Paper for me as I am a Banker.
4.Details of vendor - Shri Ramesh at Paschim Vihar.

I have taken newspaper subscritption for Times of India and Maharashtra times newspaper, for which I have paid Rs.2600/- online through TOI portal on 8th April, 2021. Order ID:TS0036282A

I have received order confirmation email on 17th April 2021. As per that email my subscription period is[protected] to[protected].

But, I didn't received a single newspaper till date. I am following up with the TOI team since 25th April itself. They request me to allow more days as vendor not available, So I have allowed more days to solve my issue.
But then they have started ignoring my calls and emails for my followups and when I raised online complaint then only I received call from their end with the same answer from every executive that " We will issue refund and escalating your complaint further and get back to you" but there after no one is taking efforts to update or call back to inform when shall I get my refund back.

It's been a more than a month my amount is stuck with the TOI.

Firstly, if vendor is not available then it should be informed me before my start date of subscription, i.e. on or before 24th April 2021.

Here, when I am following with them for non receipt of newspaper there after they have started finding vendor and now not issuing my refund. This behaviour is very unethical and unprofessional.

Further, my online complaints getting closed without resolved.

Today my vender threatened me not to supply the same as I have not received the coupon till date. Kindly do the needful otherwise I will have no option other than left out from membership, regards. I have Times Of India New Paper Subscription and was trying to renew the same via the online link provided by you. While I did payment of the subscription via the link (Credit Card & Paytm Wallet). I got the message that the transaction is pending.

Also till now I am receiving the message that the Renewal is pending.
Can you cross check and let me know what is the issue here?

Of late the paper boy is dropping the paper on the floor in front of my apartment.since I don't have his contact details I am unable to discourage the same. I am worried about the unhygeinic practice that could be avoided especially during the current pandemic.

I am from gola gokaran nath kheri, 262802, in lakhimpur kheri district, where the newspaper vendor is charging Rs 200 monthly for Times of India newspaper.
As i can see the printed cost of newspaper is Rs4 during weekdays and for weekends it might be Rs5. So if we calculate the monthly price, it is nowhere reaching Rs200.

Last year I subscribed to TOI for 15 months. The cupones were issued from mac, 20, but the vendor stted deliverig from june 13th, after lot of contact between my self TOI and vendor. I gave all the 15cupos from marh onwards to the vendor, Sai newspaper. He assured me that the period of supply will be countef from june, 13th, 20.
Pl ensure that I getting the supply upto 12th, sep, 21., before Iam asked for renewal of my subscription.

Letter to the Times of India editor:
"Hello Editor. I wanted to bring to your notice how the articles in Times of India seem to be completely useless and not at all questioning the current crises going on in India, or reporting appropriately on the same. I am ashamed that the newspaper I grew up reading seems to have sold their soul to the current federal government. I hope that you realize the error of your ways and aim to make the media you currently control the true fourth branch of the Indian democracy as it is supposed to be, before it is too late. I hope that none of your family members die before you start questioning the government. I hope you remain safe and healthy from the pandemic while millions in the country die while the government underreports the number of deaths. I hope that if you do die from this pandemic, you are reported as a Covid death and not simply as a heart failure death. I wish you all the health and happiness you have earned."

Delivery of Times of India and Navbharat Times is erratic. In last one week, Newspaper not delivered on 29 Apr, 01 May and 02 May 2021. In April month six days news paper not delivered.

A person from Times of India, English daily news paper, visited our house and collected one year subscription promising me to deliver the news paper to be delivered daily at our house.

But not a single copy of the paper is delivered till today since March 1, 2020.
Subsequently I was infected by Covid19 and without the news paper, I suffered loneliness and mental agony

Details appended here & also in trail mail. It speaks volume about my follow up. I hope to get a positive response for this communication atleast.

This is in reference to the F02020 slogan writing contest results.

I'm one of the Top 10 winners & my name was featured in Times of India - Chennai edition on 05.01.21.I never got any response or update from TOI post that about my gift voucher.

I tried reaching your Chennai board number several times, no response then finally I managed to get the number of Mr. Rizwan (Chennai TOI office) and complained, have been following up with him for more than 20 days, no proper response yet.

I'm extremely annoyed, if this is the treatment for a loyal subscriber, winner.

My relative has also won in FO2020 contest in top 200 list & she has got the gift voucher redemption link (Croma one).

When it has happened for other winners, how was my name missed despite of being in Top 10, where is the communication gap?

How can a big Corporate group act like this in customer service?

I hope, I will receive a revert & solution for this, pl fix it up.
