I Kaushalya is a regular customer of TOI from the past 15 years.I have earlier filed a complaint against the newspaper vendor as we didn't received the subscription coupons last year due .After the complaint was filed he stopped asking the payment for the TOI as he told that he got the coupons.Later on, he started to not provide us Delhi times alongwith The TIMES OF INDIA .Even the other newspapers that came with the latter is...

I not getting paper regularly so I want to cancel my subscription immediately...

I am TOI subscriber and the ID is [protected]. Annual Subscription paid for the period 1.6.2020 till 31.05.2021. Without any intimation, news paper delivery stopped from 1.4.21 without checking the customer as well my subs.data from TOI by the agent Mr.Babu. Advice him and ensure delivery immediately....

The main news paper says 16 pages but only 12 pages are getting delivered in.Raipur chattisgarh, no Raipur Times is getting delivered.
News agency name is Prem News agency, New Rajendra Nagar.

Please take strict action....

I have subscribed for TOI and Mumbai Mirror for a period of 24 months from 25.09.2021 50 25.09.2022 and my Customer ID is MU[protected].
Although my subscription commenced from 25, 09.2020, I could not get the newspapers under my subscription till 10.02.2021. My newspaper vendor gave me the newspapers, TOI and Maharashtra times from 10, 02.2021. However, again the supply of newspapers under my aforesaid subscription has been stopped....

I have subscribed for Times of India newspaper and had also paid full amount of subscription. I was sent a message from toi that my subscription will start on 25th March 2021. It has been 5 days but the newspaper subscription has not yet started. I have complained for the same but no use....

Subscribed for toi, on 9th February, sent rs 650, received thanks and received message to my mobile number [protected]
And also the toll-free number.my detail ts0031515A.i have contacted more than 50 times.mostly unattended.yet to receive the paper or any proper response...

Sir ...several trucks going at high speed ...we have requested traffic police to stop this problem happening at 5th main road natesa nagar .virugambakkam... Building shaking due to heavy gravel trucks fly past moving fast like racing ... association and members have complained so many times and no actions...pls stop this problem ... no sleep at night. Trees and lamppost at few places were destroyed...

I'm not getting economic times every Saturday from news paper vendor even after repeated calls.

This is regarding our complaint no.0553200 for non-delivery of our daily newspaper for the past 20 days.In spite of our repeated requests and complaints the issue has not yet been solved but still we receive a message that the issue has been solved.
It is really sad to know that a big leading group of newspaper like you has not been able to solve such a small issue of a subscriber who is not receiving his daily newspaper.

Newspaper copy is not getting delivered to me even after renewal of subscription. I am complaining to TOI call centre team since once week without any resolution. Every time they are saying issue will be resolved without the same. Complaint numbers are 00557319, 00555454, 00554293...

I have paid for Times of India newspaper in advance for six months through online mode and my service started with a delay of ten days after rigorous follow-ups.
In March 2021, I shifted my place of residence and since 7th March 21, I have been requesting TOI to start delivery of paper at the new address location, which is not done even after 20 days of wait.
Their Customer Care Executive is very pathetic and they don't even...

Toi calls me many times for re-subscription. They earlier told me they would extend the period by 4 months. Now also I have not received any confirmation mail saying the same....

Have subscribed to this paper vide cust id.CH[protected] for the period 16/03/2021 to 15/03/2022. Even after a week and repeated reminders no delivery in sight. Extremely sorry state of affairs....

I didn't get the newspaper every day. After a day and two, I didn't get the same after 3 to 5 day's continuously.. please solve.Try to give the newspaper everyday...
