I am a senior citizen and stopped getting times of indja newspaper since last 5 days. I paid for 2 years and got paper only for one year. I have called customer care and complained 10:times still no resolution. How csn you torture senior citizens in chennai like this

This is my 6th complaint, I don't understand what's going on. I get a mail from ur side that the newspaper is delivered daily at my residence, but I haven't received even a single copy. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. And in case u all r not able to do the needful refund my subscription charges and even i[censored] all can't do it I will definitely register a complaint in d consumer forum.

Please maintain the image of The Times Group, this is extremely shameful on ur part

I had a word with the newspaper boy he said that he has not yet received my copies to deliver.

Enough is enough, now I don't need ur service, refund my money ASAP..

On 24th December 2019, there is a deduction of Rs.1393/- from the company for newspaper coupons.. till date I have not received any revert from the company. Since a year I am in words with some person at managerial level but no solution till date.

Hi,

I made the payment for TOI newspaper subscriptions in Bangalore for 6months on April 1st 2021 and I was told i will receive the papers from 4th April. As I did not receive the papers I called up the customer care, they told me it will start from 7th april which I did not receive.

I called today and the customer care executive is very rude and asked me to wait till i receive the papers and no refund will be provided when i asked for it.

I'm extremely upset with the behavior of customer care executive and TOI. I want my refund and dont need newspapers anymore

I have subscribed to Times of India and Economic Times in March, 2020. Though I have been given Times of India Newspaper regularly, in spite of numerous complaints the Economic Times was started delivering on 29th Jan, 2021 i.e. almost after an year. Your representative has approached me for renewal of the subscription of both Times of India and Economic Times. However, I have not renewed the same as in spite of making payment for Economic Times as well, I have not been given Economic Times till 28th January, 2021. Please let me know why my complaints are not redressed or my subscription of Economic Times is not extended since the same has not been issued to me on making payment.

I am Deepak bhargava residing at kamothe, Navi Mumbai, I am really surprised when your executive booked the order he promised that I will receive news paper latest by 6.30 in morning. But now inspite of various calls and reminders to your news paper vendor and executive they are not responding.
If this is the service I am not interested to get the paper from you, I get the paper from street vendor by 7 am.
Either you rectify this or you refund my payment.

Dear sir,
I'm an annual subscriped consumer for your TOI. Since 01 April 2021 I have not been delivered my copy of TOI for best reasons known to them. Several calls and WhatsApp messages to Area manager// DSA/ Vendor yielded no result.
I'm a senior citizen and the reading of newspaper provide me fodder for my mental health. If this continues like this, I'm likely to go into depression.
Request do the needful ASAP.

I am not receiving the News paper regularly. Sometimes I don't get the supplement (Chennai time). Today I received yesterday's news paper again. I tried to contact the local vendor, whose contact number was given to me, but in vain. Even in the past, my complaints are not addressed properly by the CRM of times of India, Chennai. My subscription ID is [protected].

I Kaushalya is a regular customer of TOI from the past 15 years.I have earlier filed a complaint against the newspaper vendor as we didn't received the subscription coupons last year due .After the complaint was filed he stopped asking the payment for the TOI as he told that he got the coupons.Later on, he started to not provide us Delhi times alongwith The TIMES OF INDIA .Even the other newspapers that came with the latter is not provided by him.When asked about the same he said that it's not coming from the company itself..Kindly do something in regard to this as we are giving our full payment and yet aren't receiving all the newspapers

The main news paper says 16 pages but only 12 pages are getting delivered in.Raipur chattisgarh, no Raipur Times is getting delivered.
News agency name is Prem News agency, New Rajendra Nagar.

Please take strict action.

I have subscribed for TOI and Mumbai Mirror for a period of 24 months from 25.09.2021 50 25.09.2022 and my Customer ID is MU[protected].
Although my subscription commenced from 25, 09.2020, I could not get the newspapers under my subscription till 10.02.2021. My newspaper vendor gave me the newspapers, TOI and Maharashtra times from 10, 02.2021. However, again the supply of newspapers under my aforesaid subscription has been stopped. Please look into the matter and see that I get my newspapers as per my subscription forthwith.

I have subscribed for Times of India newspaper and had also paid full amount of subscription. I was sent a message from toi that my subscription will start on 25th March 2021. It has been 5 days but the newspaper subscription has not yet started. I have complained for the same but no use.

My subscription amount credited on 28/12/2020 vide Cheque No. 000005 of Bank of India for Rs. 770/-. Till date I haven't received voucher. I'm paying in cash for news paper bill to my vendor Kalyan Das, as no subscription voucher available with me. Kindly look into the matter so that I can get subscription voucher to pay news paper bill.

Sir ...several trucks going at high speed ...we have requested traffic police to stop this problem happening at 5th main road natesa nagar .virugambakkam... Building shaking due to heavy gravel trucks fly past moving fast like racing ... association and members have complained so many times and no actions...pls stop this problem ... no sleep at night. Trees and lamppost at few places were destroyed...
