A person from Times of India, English daily news paper, visited our house and collected one year subscription promising me to deliver the news paper to be delivered daily at our house.

But not a single copy of the paper is delivered till today since March 1, 2020.
Subsequently I was infected by Covid19 and without the news paper, I suffered loneliness and mental agony
Request you to redress my grievance immediately

There was neither a response nor a call back from Times group.

Details appended here & also in trail mail. It speaks volume about my follow up. I hope to get a positive response for this communication atleast.

This is in reference to the F02020 slogan writing contest results.

I'm one of the Top 10 winners & my name was featured in Times of India - Chennai edition on 05.01.21.I never got any response or update from TOI post that about my gift voucher.

I tried reaching your Chennai board number several times, no response then finally I managed to get the number of Mr. Rizwan (Chennai TOI office) and complained, have been following up with him for more than 20 days, no proper response yet.

I'm extremely annoyed, if this is the treatment for a loyal subscriber, winner.

My relative has also won in FO2020 contest in top 200 list & she has got the gift voucher redemption link (Croma one).

When it has happened for other winners, how was my name missed despite of being in Top 10, where is the communication gap?

How can a big Corporate group act like this in customer service?

I hope, I will receive a revert & solution for this, pl fix it up.

I had re-subscribed to TOI-Mirror Combo for the period 16.03.2020 to 15.03.2022 as my subscription ID 28169043 got expired on 15.03.2020. However, I didn't receive any newspaper due to lockdown. After complaint, I started getting newspaper since 11.07.2020. it again got discontinued from 11.02.2021. After another complaint, it again restarted only to be discontinued from 29.04.2021. I hereby lodge a strong protest & complaint against this erratic delivery of TOI newspaper. I have even not received the receipt of my newspaper subscription. Expecting TOI to take strong action in the matter & resolve the same.

Regarding your article in a box on page 1 of TOI today.
This is a list of "ALLOWED" and "NOT ALLOWED" activities during the Lockdown in Karnataka recently announced.

It says that during the lockdown, takeaways are allowed from hotels, restaurants and eateries ARE ALLOWED till 9 pm. Now under "NOT ALLOWED" it says All people movement is "NOT ALLOWED" barring the 6 am - 10 am window.

WHO will "execute" the takeaways up till 9 pm? ROBOTS, DRONES, CARRIER PIGEONS ?!

I have been following with the times group for the cancellation of my subscription id [protected] since Dec 2020 and nothing has moved every time I follow with them I get a response the issue has been escalated and would be resolved in couple of days and nothing works after that.

Newspaper getting one day later. Yesterday and today I didn't get newspaper.

Shivam Patel +[protected] is the person who circulates TOI newspaper to us. In April 2021 we havent received newspaper 4 times.
Whenever we try to connect them, they do not pick up the calls and if he does then mention that today they have forgotten today. Its a loss to us, as they have taken full year payment from us. We have made full payment for TOI subscription, till now haven't receive subscription letter.

From past 4 days i am not getting the news paper at house . I call the vendor but his mobile is not reachable. Please i need urgent to know .

I am from Chandrapur and I applied for Times of India paper(Hardcopy) but the paper provider delivers the paper at 12pm noon and the paper is used and if asked him about the paper he says the papers are not available that's why the delivery is late. He already took 200 rupees advance from me but the paper only costs 125 rupees per month

I have a annual subscription for TOI Combo. Since last Nov 2020 on every Sunday I am being delivered on TOI without Mumbai Mirror or Maharshtra Times.
I reside in Borivali East near Borivali National Park.
The Agent name is Sanjay Pawse who is only saying issues btwn TOI and Agents and refuse to entertain any complaints. I had 2 emails without getting any reverts.

The news published by your paper is either sponsored or favoured. Since this puja is done by most of the communities and not only Gurjar Samaaj.
Please clarify
1. Whether this news was verified with other communities also.
2.if verified please share details.
3.if not verified, then what is the reason for publishing.
We also perform this pooja and I have seen many communities as the same is celebrated by my friends also. I can pro ve it with proof.

I am a senior citizen and stopped getting times of indja newspaper since last 5 days. I paid for 2 years and got paper only for one year. I have called customer care and complained 10:times still no resolution. How csn you torture senior citizens in chennai like this
