While I was taking the subscription. They said there will be a laptop bag free with this subscription and still now i didn't received the laptop bag. There is always some days I am not getting the papers properly

My Subscription ID is HY[protected]. Already I paid the money on October 18th 2020 for 12 months subscription. But they stopped delivery of my newspaper. It's really shameful when today I called the customer care number they are not ready to take this complaint.

It's really very annoying and frustrating how such a big news agency like Times of India gives such poor customer service. I request the authorities to return my money or start delivery of news paper on daily basis.

I have paid through online on 20.10.2020 for availing yearly subscription of the daily newspaper from Times of Indian (UPI Reference No.[protected] with order form No. SCT10154866.

Hello sir we have paid advance amount of times of india daily paper. For annual we are not receiving any single paper. Please cancel our daily paper subscription and refund our advance amount

I have made payment on 8th August of 2020, I have sent N number of emails and I did N number of calls, but no response. Is this way a reputed news organisation works, I'm trying to contact them from August but no response, no response to emails. I need my money back.

Please note I am getting every year times of India only.
This year I am getting from 22nd of September. i have been promised LAP TOP Bag for this year subscription. I AM GETTING NEWSPaper from 22nd september after paying Rs 599.

even after 29 days I have not received the Laptop bag.

I have reminded more than 10 times and every time I get a message that the Area Manager KARTHIK K WILL CONTACT ME.

IT IS NEARLY two MONTHs AND YOUR AREA MANAGER IS YET TO CONTACT ME.

IN CASE YOU ARE NOT ABLE ARRANGE FOR THE BAG, YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE WITH THE REASON OR ELSE THIS MATTER WILL BE REPORTED TO THE CONSUMER COURT WITH A REMARK THAT YOU ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC ESPECIALLY THE SENIOR CITIZENS LIKE US.

Hi team, I have been chasing since 27th Oct for newspaper on my new address but seems even with two complaint numbers as mentioned above.. nothing seems to be moving ..infact I am.not even getting response on ur email id CRM.dsp.
I have lost almost 2-3 weeks of newspaper.
Can someone refund me my subscription money if they are unable to get my subscription changed.

I have subscribed for TOI newspaper subscription for 1 yr. Since past 6months not receiving news paper. Called n informed the local distributor but no response from him. I need to get my newspaper daily.I need my subscription to be extended or I need a refund of my money.

I m seeing from several days that Times of India which I have subscribed for year round service...publishing some wrong information about Mr.Arnab Goswami.It is daily basis nuisance.Why are you publishing this fake news to defame him.It is totally out of morale values.
If this type of news will come on paper..I really don't want to read or a don't want to be a regular reader of TOI.

I have been purchasing TOI newspaper since last 2 months. The price of newspaper is Rs 4.5, but the newspaper vendor who is distributing paper at my house is charging Rs. 6 for it, which includes Rs. 1.5 as his charges. Further,
On asking for subscription of newspaper he is asking for Rs 30 extra per month over the newspaper subscriptions charges. This is not for me only, he is charging this from all the subscribed members, as a result most of them has unsubscribed him amd the newspaper.
Request you to please look into this matter.

My name is Sharad Kumar and am from Hyderabad, On Sep 12th @ 4:34 PM took the subscription of TOI, and I have called the customer care and ask for when the paper delivery will be started. they said in 1 week, again called, they said 15 days, and keep on saying the stories by all the executives from hyderabad (Nikita/Lakshmi) and they gave me the phone number of Manager (Shravan), . I called him and even he started saying from next week i never happen again called and he said after 15days it never happened. and on last weeks of OCT i got the papers 2 times and in Nov 1 time. and again paper deliver is not happening. I asked and raised N number of complaints almost 10 times in website. But no resolution, today i got a call from Nikita executive from TOI and she Hang the call, when i ask her to transfer the call to the manager. Guy's if you cannot deliver the paper please return back my money. Such a pathetic services from your team. Request you to take this as an escalation and pls return back my money ASAP.

I am not receiving copies of TOI. I have an annual subscription. The vendor is unresponsive.

I have paid one year subscription on line and after a long follow up and complaints started dropping news paper from july 17th.
However every month at least two or three days newspaper is not supplied. Sometimes they drop deccan herald news paper instead of times.
From the last three days news paper is not supplied.
Very much dissatisfied with the service.

There is no response from Times of India. Very poor customer service. The company should be penalised by the govt for such shoddy service. They should not be allowed subscription scheme where they take advance money with assured supply of Newspaper. The Govt of India, The Press Bureau and information and broadcasting ministry should take note of the matter.This type of looting should not be allowed.

Let me begin by writing to you that I am reader of Times of India and Economic times for more than 4 decades. Now the nature of my present complaint.
1.I had annual subscription of your newspaper while I was residing at B-601 Bank of India Towers, Andheri (East) Mumbai 400093.My vendor Sharaddha Chakala Account No 54001
2 I shifted to New Residence on 01.09.20 and vendor of my new place at A904 Hill Crest, JVLR, Andheri (East) Mumbai and new Vendor is Vilas Mandavaker Account No 54021.
3Immediately on shifting I informed the change in address at crm.[protected]@timegroup.com and completed the necessary documentation to start delivering newspaper at my new residence.
4.Now my woes start with your esteemed organisation. Via email I was advised that my paper would be delivered within 10 days from 28.09.20(your email).(Why so late?Is it so difficult?)
5.No newspaper, No response, no simple acknowledgement, no minimum courtesy to your customer probably because i have already paid subscription money.
6.After lot of follow I receive a call From Ms.Gargi Khadke stating my Newspaper would start within 5 days ( your e mail dated 13.10.2020)

8.Now is this way to treat a customer who has paid in advance. I am without Newspaper for more that 2 months. I have written off subscription money paid in advance to you.
9.I am writing you the email without any hope but i feel as a concerned citizen i should tell you how callous and irresponsible you are towards your customer due to monopoly. By the way your call centers are lousy and it better you shut them up if they are not servicing the customer. By the way why do you state that we would call you up. Please delete that line from your messages. It is highly objectionable from a company such as Benett Colemann. Why dont you simply state the truth.
