For the past 2 months I am not getting my papers. My subscriber I'd [protected]. Whenever I contacted their email Crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com I get a usual copy paste response saying they escalated to local area manager.

I am doing continuous follow up for past 10days daily and they didn't resolve it yet.

I have been reading TOI since last 40 years but nowadays the kind of biased reporting that TOI has been doing has really hurt me so with a heavy heart I am unsubscribing to TOI newspaper.The height of the biased reporting can be seen in the edition of 4th October where the agitation launched my the Congress party was covered by the tv media throughout the day but it was hardly covered by TOI. Even a story on long distance travel time for pets has been given more space on the front page than the agitation of the congress party

I have been a regular reader and customer of TOI & ET for over last 20 years. I have been taking regular yearly subscriptions for over 10 years. Presently staying at Paras Tierea Sector-137, Noida. I gave annual subscription cheque to the TOI guy in the month of July which was encashed at a later date having an effective date of 1st October, 2020 onwards. My hawker refused and misbehaved with me for the same cause and has been asking for dues of last 2-3 months. When I gave cheque for annual subscription then it should have effectiveness from the opening. Myself being a customer is no where at fault. Also these hawkers must be stopped in taking liberty of bisbehaving and stopping the delivery. Kindly take necessary action and get the delivery resumed immediately.

I asked the vendor to deliver the following papers from 2.9.2020

1. Times of India
2. Economic Times
3. Navbharat Times (Hindi)

Instead they were delivering Hindustan Times and later discontinued Hindi Edition. So I kept waiting in the balcony so as to speak to the delivery boy.. Then appeared a youngman on a bike while another person was throwing up newspapers.

I hailed the young man to listen as to why wrong and short deliveries are being made. He didn't care to stop.Till today I am not getting TOI replacing it with HT

Dear sir, i'm having annual subscription of times of india newspaper copy. For the last 4 days toi copy was not delivered. When called my news paper agency mandharthi, they inform that my newspaper copy has been stopped and told to contact mob no.[protected]. After calling many number of times the number not responded.

Then i called area manager mr. Gangadhar[protected] but he never responded. I even sent whatsapp messages but though he has seen the msgs never responded back.

I am wondering how come delivery of toi copy could be stopped though i'm having annual subscription.

Request look into the matter and start delivery of my toi copy immediately.

The toi chennai edition dated 28 sep 2020 carried an article about "sexual distancing" which talks about casual sex in college campuses. The article provides examples of foreign campus students aged 19 - 20 talking about casual sex / partners etc.

We are in india and we do not have such culture or practices in india at this age. Our children are more traditional than foreign children.

So please do not carry such idiotic / tasteless articles unless your mission is to teach indian kids about foreign campus culture and make them more western then you are doing a very good job.

This shows why more people read the hindu compared to your news paper which carries such crappy content.

The vendor of times of india, rajahmundry (Mr. Mahesh. Mob no.[protected]) approached me and collected amount of rs.409/- towards subscription amount by cheque favouring bennet column p ltd., hyderabad. After that i got message from toi with subscriber id - vz[protected]. But the vendor not provided the newspaper and after several phone calls he replied that they are unable to provide news paper in my area and he told toi will reverse back the money to my account. But till date the same was not happened and money was not refunded. Look into the matter and refund my money back

However no communication has been received from toi office regarding the coupon they normally sent by post.

I called my vendor vinayagan at [protected] to complain and i was told that the delivery guy was late and i would get it later today. No paper received so far!! Why is that happening? I request your prompt reply and more professionalism from your staff!!

I am a senior citizen and a n oldest subscriber of toi in chennai right fro introduction.
I would like to bring the following issue to your kind notice.
The daily copy is left at the gate not being delivered at the doors. Due to this many times the paper is lost also when it rains the paper becomes wet. Inspite of the repeated requests, the vendor is arrogant andcontinuing the mistake. I am a senior citizen and not with good health. Living in the 2 nd floor and every day, i go down to collect the copy. Cannot daily
Do this. Requesting you to change the vendor nearer to my present residence as soon as possible.

My complaint id 2704050. Its pending from long time. Please look into the matter urgent-basis. Several times email to your pranay roy (Kolkata branch). Due to mr. Pranay roy mistake i have loss my money. He provide wrong information to me without any supporting from your company email id.
