Updated by [email protected] Sir, for your information all conversation are recorded between Mr Roy and me. First Mr. Pranay used abusive language to me. I never thought Times of India representatives (Mr.Pranay Roy) used abusive language to any person. I think he forget he is the representative of times of India.
Now I am complaining to you after advance full payment to your company why Mr. Pranay Roy have not delivered TOI coupon to me. Why he directly delivery to vendor. Now you can understand why he does this. I have paid separately for others Bengali Paper to Vendor. Mr. Roy never asks the vendor why he did not deliver the TOI coupon to me.
Instead of punishment to vendor Mr. Roy wants to cancel my subscription. Why Mr. Roy not punish vendor for not deliver to paper and what he doing last 5 months TOI Paper.(Actually Vendor sale to paper and collect money two times for same paper)
Lastly who will authority to Mr.Pranay Roy my paid coupon directly delivery to vendor. When I said to Mr. Roy that everything is recorded and I submit to proper place and that I prove you due to your wrong decision I have face this type of situation. Now he blame me that as per vendor false declaration (after five months) vendor delivery Bengali paper instead of TOI as per my instruction.
Sir, then I ask to Mr. Roy then how can you paid to vendor against my coupon which you directly delivery to vendor. No answer received from Mr. Roy. If Vendor not delivery TOI paper to me then why Mr. Roy paid vendor last five months my paid coupon money.
That’s means Vendor collected my TOI paper sale it to other person and collected money from that person and he collected cash money from me for others Bengali paper and my paid coupon delivery to your company and collected money from your company.
Now when I caught the Mr. Roy and vendor then both is packed up and till time not delivered my coupon and paper.

Again I have received a mail from Mr.Pranay Roy Where he said to me vendor said to him as per my instruction he is deliver to my coupon to Vendor.
Sir, then I ask Mr Roy . Please give me supporting where I mentioned all these things. Without any supporting how can you delivery my coupon to vendor. Why you are not call me for verification. But sir I can Prove you that continuously provide false declaration. I can prove you that after identified by me in last week your another company representative told me that he is delivery to coupon vendor instead of me and also he admitted that he is instruction to vendor delivery to my coupon to me. And he is also admitted he is not verified with me. Sir, Mr. Roy continuously haressed me and continuously blame me without any proper supporting. He continuously mail me without proper supporting. He is directly talk to vendor and afterthat he mailed me on the basis of vendor. Sir he have no idea about without anuy proper supporting he can not blame any person.
Now he again mailed me that "Your vendor informed us that you asked him to not deliver TOI at your house as you need Bartaman against TOI subscription. You told him that if he able to deliver Bartaman then your vendor could continue the delivery otherwise you asked him to not deliver TOI.
I have already replied to you that "I can understand why you support vendor blindly. I have no declaration to vendor . Have any proof provide vendor to you where I mention in writing all these things. (But I have a proof that as per your instruction all things do vendor). Have any recording version to you where I instruct to My coupon delivery to vendor. Then why you do this type of mistake. Mr roy you forget you are a representative a reputed company. So if you have not received any supporting from client then you can not do this type of mistake. I have not any instruction or declaration to vendor delivery to Bartaman instead of TOI. Without any proof he is doing all nasty work and I don't understand why you writing in email without supporting documents.
Mr Roy don't forget without any proper supporting you can not blame any person.
But you instruction (Recorded) vendor (I think this is a big mistake done by you )not delivery to coupon and not delivery to TOI paper.
Sir, You please action against Mr.Roy otherwise he will continue doing false declaration. He is forget that he is a representative of TOI. He can not blame any other person without proper supporting.
Sir, I have loss my money so do the needful at the earliest. Till time Vendor not delivery TOI paper AND my coupon as per instruction Mr Roy.
Sir, Please ask to Mr.Roy How he paid My coupon money to vendor from your company if he not delivery TOI Paper to me.
