I have taken yearly subscription for times of india and economic times subscription for 1year. I have paid advance subscription fee. Now i am not receiving any paper copies from 3 months. Need my refund. Called customer care. No response after 4times customer call. Pleas el? [protected] -

I have taken yearly subscription but from march 22nd, 2020 to still not paper not getting.
Please extend these gap period and also need to come daily paper to my house.

Paper agent not giving paper to my house. he saying will come and collect my house from starting onwards i have taken like that only.

Please see on this issue and resolve as early as possible.

Times of india daily paper not delivered since two months

I had been subscribing for times of india newspaper for the last 4 years and never had this issue but this time after i had renewed the subscription, i have not been receiving the newspaper for nearly a month now.

My consumer id is [protected].

I tried calling the customer care #[protected] but nobody is picking up the call for registering my complaint, although i had received msg that i will receive the newspaper without issues from 1st may'20 to 30th apr'21 and if any issue i can reach out to the above number.

However, nobody is attending that call.

Need your immediate help to resolve the issue and ensure uninterrupted service till the end of this subscription period which is 30th apr'21

I am a regular toi news paper reader for nearly 10 years. This year on 13/03/2020, i have renewed the subscription id of my son ch[protected] and got transferred the id in my name after submitting my id and address proof due to shifting of my residence in the same city. My subscription id now is ch[protected].

Originally the subscription was in the name of my son at my previous residence in chennai and it was due for renewal from 14.04.2020. I had requested for name transfer & depot transfer to manapakkam, chennai where i am residing presently. The toi collected the yearly subscription of rs.599/- through online on 13/03/2020 and not issued the coupon sofar to my new address. With more than 20 mails and several telephone calls to toi, chennai still not getting my coupon (Or) receiving the news paper at my new residential address even after payment of subscription from 14/04/2020 to 13/04/2021.

My several requests to crm toi, chennai through mail was not taken seriously and no one is accountable to solve the issue. I will receive a request number when i lodge the complaint through mail or telephone call. But no one will call back for sorting out the issue. But they were very prompt in collecting the subscription well before due date sending so many reminders, sms and phone calls from telecallers regularly 3 months before due date.

Collected the money so easily by sending a web link to collect online subscription but when i contact for non receipt of newspaper coupon no one is answering.

Totally dishortening to see the non response of a leading newspaper treating their news readers even after payment of subscription. Till today (24.05.2020) i have not received the coupon.

I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest to get my news paper for which i have paid the money already.

A site with the address https://karsirimangoes.karnataka.gov.in/ was launched with an adverstisement that mangoes will be delivered at home upon receiving the order and online payment. I placed the order on 21st april and despite numerous followup no response. No body picks the phone nor they respond to online complaints. This seems to be a fraud sute and i want to make others aware of the same

Please note that i've been a regular subscriber of all the three daily newspaper i. E., mumbai edition of toi, bombay times and mumbai mirror. I've already paid two years subscription in advance and my subscription no. Is 25490881. Due to lockdown, i'm unable to get print version. Despite requesting several times to our area times vendor, i'm unable to get e-paper daily edition of these 3 papers. Please note my e-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com and ensure sending e-paper version of these papers or send me password for e-mail to access these papers. Please do the needful immediately.

Subscription amount paid for et on 16 may 2020 but delivery not started yet.
The status of the order is still in processing state. It's been a week, my email enquiries went unanswered twice.

It is said e paper of toi can be read with out any cost for indian citizens in your toi e paper login address. Later i came to know that it is fake news.
Toi is one of the leading news paper, con't they offer and extend this facility to the public even after 15/5/2020, why it is withdrawn.
If we want to pay for e paper reading you are asking rs. 234/- pm including gst, physical paper itself we get for 150/- pm and in this we can save rs 84/- pm
Is this is the way you people are duping the readers.
Pl note i am the toi physical paper reader since last two decades, and becoz of carona crisis, i stopped the physical paper, and started reading e paper.
This is not fare and ethical to the big news papers like this.
So kindly withdraw this existing option, and continue with the old option so that we can enjoy in reading e paper of toi without cost. Or charge rs. 30/- pm for e paper, and not more than this.

Indian express and hindustan times are sending e paper through email to us, pl keep this mind.
If you extend this free facility you wont loose a big money from this. Keep it in mind. Earn the good name by the people of india and donot go behind the money. Hope carona tought a big lesson to all the human being.

Late delivery of TOI

We are residents of bangalore city and stuck in chennai from the date of lockdown in march, and obtained necessary permission from bangalore concerned police officials on 9 th may 2020 to travel from chennai to bangalore by car. On reaching bangalore unfortunately the concerned officials not permting us to travel to our residences inspite of showing the permits and aadhar cards. We are stuck with children at the boarder from morning in the scorching sun with out food, proper toilets and can't return back to chennai too. Please visit the place/ help us to travel to our residences. Its a humanitarian consideration/ humiliation to the indian public.

From the beginning of lock down day,
Till today 9 of may, I have not received the daily newspaper,
In spite of calling the local agent, no proper response or feed was not given,

I had made annual subscription for times of india newspaper, bangalore edition vide number blo [protected] in june 2019. Delivery of newspaper was very irregular from the beginning and for the past 40 days no paper has been delivered although my neighbours are receiving it. Compalints to the delivery man and area manager have been made repeatedly but my grievance has not been resolved

After along followup, today i have received first toi paper. Our area agent, mr. Lokesh (Mob no. [protected]) started delivering toi news paper from today. He has supplied main toi paper with out bangalore mirror sheet. I have paid rs. 858/- online subscription on 23/12/2019 for supply of toi paper for 6 months.

Pl clarify whether i am not eligible for supply of bangalore mirror sheet along with main toi sheet.

With reference to my Annual Subscription ID. HY[protected], I am not getting your daily news paper since[protected], i have tried your customer care no. [protected] several times, but, no response from your end.

I have subscribed to times of india newspaper for a year for the second year in march 2020 and my subscriber id is vj[protected]

There seem to be a problem some where in their system or process or with their dealer that i am not receiving the daily newspaper. When i speak to the dealer mr. Sathish the paper comes for two days and again stops for two days. When ever i call, the dealer gives lot of assurance without any outcome. For the whole month of april 2020, my news paper was not delivered for 15 days

I am fed up with toi, please help

In bandra, 10-15 people gathering everyday from 10.30pm to 4am, no action being taken even after umpteen complaints on 100 police helpline. One person from building and the rest outsiders, even if one person geta corona virus, building gets sealed and all residents should suffer.. That one person thinks he's a goon and get away with anything.. Even corona virus.. No action yet taken by police..!!

On 28th april 2020 under health, " another coronavirus symptom in kids, covid toes"the image shows foot of an elderly person.This makes us not to believe the information given in the paper. kindly check the same and revert

Dear sir,

We have paid times of india yearly subscription amount on dec 2019, and we are residing in chintadripet as there is only one paper agency proprietor and his name is balu. Even after paying subscription amount in online he is not giving paper for past 1 and a half month and he is not giving respect and proper response. And also he is telling that if you pay the amount by cheque i will give the paper otherwise pay the paper cost and get the paper or go and complain wherever you want.

Hence please take necessary action and refund the subscription amount. We don't want newspaper.

Toi newspaper has been renewed by me subscriber id ch[protected] delivery to commence on 24th april 2020.
My usual delivery person says he will no longer deliver to me when i questioned as to why i did not get my paper today.
Delivery person name mr. Ismayil ph no. [protected].
He further told me 'its your fault for nor renewing on time'.
He has told me to quote him 'you go and find some other delivery person'.
I have already shared your sms reg. Renewal on 18th april itself.
As i had not signed up for this, i request times of india to
Either, ensure immediate supply of newspaper from today itself, or else
Refund me the full amount paid by me immediately by means of demand draft.
I would like a response today itself
